We loved staying here! Our checkin’ was great! All of our questions were answered! We were able to get a tray and take our breakfast back to our room. There were two places to eat on a table surface which was great! Their coffee was good. I didn’t really like their rain shower as it didn’t have a lot of pressure. Checking out was a breeze! They were so accommodating to our dog! I also appreciated the front door being locked as it felt safe with us on the first floor! I would stay here again! Great price!

The shower temperature was warm enough but never got hot. The hotel staff was very friendly! There was not enough parking so we had to park on a street outside the gate, but the gate would not open for us to get back in, so we had to walk around the building.

The hotel was okay. Many homeless and sketchy people around so we felt concerned about the safety of our car. Didn't feel safe in the neighbourhood. Even main lobby entrance doors were locked for sfety and we needed a room key card to enter.

Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot. That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in.

The staff was beyond helpful and caring they made our stay very comfortable and were very friendly from tcheck in day to checkout day the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and modern hot water stayed hot and ac was cold yes the location has its faults but the parking lot is secure and lighted well also front door does not open unless you have a key or they buzz you in feels very safe and secure also it close to everything which is a plus will definitely be recommending and staying at this location anytime we are in Spokane

First of all, the room was dirty. Bathroom shower was dirty and moldy. Mirror in bathroom and room was dirty with fingerprint makrks everywhere. Mini fridge was dirty inside and fingerprint marks on the door (some red sauce). There was hairs everywhere on floor as well as hallway. There was dust everywhere. The bed had hairs on sheets, and the sheets smelled like someone laid in them. Elevator walls were dirty, finger and handmarks everywhere, not just on arrival but even the next day. The cleanliness of this hotel is well below acceptable. I will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

When we got to our room there was somebody's old crusty sock on the floor. There was a long brown hair on one of the pillows and one of the beds had some sort of bodily fluid all over the sheet and the bed skirt. The shower was very hard to open and had a big glob of dried on soap/conditioner of some sort all over the door like it had not been cleaned. One of the towels also had something weird and brown on it. This room was not clean. There's a lot of homeless people gathering around outside and it doesn't feel like a safe place to park my vehicle overnight.

The hotel is well managed, very clean, and feels safe. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were nice and clean. The bathroom was well above average in decor and function. You could tell the staff really cared about running a quality establishment. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

We removed numerous bugs (5 at last count) from the inside window and in the bathroom. The comforter on the bed had several stains on it. There was also a used bar of soap left in the shower. This was obviously noticed by the staff because they restocked and left an unopened bar of soap near it. I also found multiple hairs (body) in the shower.

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. My room was ok, the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. I would recommend descaling the shower head and adding some texture in the bottom of the shower. It was very slick when we.

The room was fine. I needed to do laundry but the guest laundry washing machine was not working so I was unable to do that. The internet was very slow. And my bedspread was dirty so I think they should have changed that out and washed it.

On the upside, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the location was excellent for access to I-90 and downtown. On the downside, the room was very poorly lit. There were four lamps but very little light over the desk area, much to dark to read comfortably. The Thermostat would not stay where I set it, so room temp for sleeping was not easy to regulate. Finally, the window did not have blackout blinds so some light came through the window all night long. The breakfast was okay, but not the selection that I usually see at La Quinta properties.

Rooms are quite nice. Everything is pretty new. The fitness room has new Precor machines; nice touch. The breakfast is great with waffles, etc. The one big negative issue I have is the noise. The doors are very loud and slam all night. I didnt sleep well due to the noise of doors and loud people in the halls.

We were on our way to Iowa to see my dying father and our brand new car broke down in spokane so we had to get a hotel for 2 days. And Amy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Im battling stage 3 breast cancer and ahe waa so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making an awful situation a bit better.

Staff at this hotel made it a great stay. The room was excellent all around, enjoyed the hotel itself. Was able to check in unexpectedly early, received really fantastic service. Too bad it’s a pretty bad location next to a shelter, there was a lot of drug use and generally frightening behavior. Would not walk this area after dark at all.

Drove 10 hours to get to this hotel and was shocked with the amount of homeless surrounding the area. Doesn’t seem same for kids. Our tv wasn’t working. Required a 4 digit pin to watch a show. This was extremely disappointing for us. I texted the hotel number that were asking me how things were. They didn’t respond. Then when they did respond it just said it shouldn’t require code. So I called the front desk and she said she would call be right back. She did not call me Back. Shower gets clogged while showering and bathroom sink also gets clogged. Saturday evening I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk. She was the only one who helped me. She came up to the room to try and troubleshoot. Unfortunately she did not figure it out, but she was wonderful. My daughter and I went to the lobby to play games since we didn’t have a working tv. There’s no lobby games.. so we colored. The front desk lady took out number down for the manager to reach out to and I didn’t hear anything from him. Doesn’t seem like them hotel staff cares. Lots of homeless around. I did have to empty my car because I truly believed my items where not safe. I won’t stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Shortly after we checked into our room, the hotel sent us a text asking if we needed anything. I replied asking if the thermostat could go any lower, the hotel didn’t respond. We stayed 4 nights and mid way through just after breakfast we asked the front desk for a room refresh. They said someone will be by soon to refresh the room, so we left for the day. When we got back hours later, the room had not been touched. I called the front desk to ask why. They said they were not sure what happened but there send someone soon. When we went to head out to dinner, the lady at the front desk asked if we could wait till tomorrow, that we waited too late to ask for housekeeping and that they had left for the day. This really bothered me. Trying to shift the responsibility and blaming us (the guests) for the being the reason they couldn’t refresh our room. I calmly said, no. We requested this service this morning. When we got back to our room that night, it had been refreshed very basically, and my sweater had been thrown on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Which is unfortunate because the location is convenient.

Good place to stay. The customer service was above and beyond expectations even before we checked in! Started with a text to see if we needed anything extra in our room for our stay. All my requests were met. The bed as was comfortable, pillows were a little flat though. Plenty of towels. Fitness room was clean and accessible. Breakfast was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Someone was always at the front desk and made sure to buzz you in right away especially at night due to the homelessness and drug use near by. This helped to ensure that we felt safe staying there.

We were in town for a memorial with my parents. The rooms were very comfortable. I felt very safe and we were right downtown. It would be a perfect place if somebody needed to stay if they had somebody in the hospital because it’s a very short distance away from the hospital.

Excellent location, a couple of blocks off I-90. An attractive building with plenty of parking. Breakfast was a few notches better than other La Quintas. It will now be my preferred property when visiting Spokane.

Hotel is great! Area around is not ideal due to a small homeless population but very close to breweries coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel also makes you feel quite safe as the parking lot is fenced and the lobby requires a key to enter. Overall would definitely recommend if you are staying in Spokane!

I made a reservation at the La Quinta two days in advance when I had a change in our road trip and we decided to make a late night stop in Spokane before continuing on to Montana. We arrived at 11 PM and the room was ready and clean, smelled good with the AC running even tho it was very hot the last few days. I was grateful for the free parking (some hotels in Spokane charge now!) and the staff was sooo nice when we checked in with our exhausted young child. The free breakfast in the AM was yummy, the usual scrambled eggs, pork sausages, make your own waffles, a few cereal options + milk, juice and coffee. Something for everything! This La Quinta is right off I-90 and despite being 5 mins off the freeway, our room was pretty quiet w/ limited freeway and downtown city noises (and the police were DEFINITELY getting around that night). Check out was at a very generous noon! We would stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Very lacking in the parking, and the area is extremely sketchy. It seems to be in the middle of the unhoused population downtown. Also side note* the alarm clock in the room was set for 5:24 am and it was turned on. Was not overly impressed about that.

The front desk staff cheerfully greeted us. We felt truly welcomed. The bed was very comfortable though the pillows were miniscule. My white socks gave evidence that the carpet needed a shampoo. Breakfast was hot and very tasty and way more than expected. The attendant kept the fine selection of foods full. Delightful stay.
