Nicest Ramada I have ever stayed in. It could be a model of excellence for Ramada nationwide. Indoor pool and hot tub were welcome find after long day of airl travel. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Paid extra on hotels.com for a picture of a room that opens up to the courtyard (pool house entrance access). I did not get that room. I was placed on the second floor overlooking a parking lot and there wasn't an elevator-fine for most. Up/down them even one flight was a lot for this gramma. The pool house was overcrowded, not enough seating or tables not enough towels. If you go for the waterslide, only open from 4p-9p on the slide. Pool hours are good but no lifeguard for the slide any other time. I asked for a late checkout (noon) and I did get it but it wasn't communicated with the housekeeping staff who kept say "hmm and looking at her watch. That wasn't comfortable. I felt like it should have been communicated. I love the pump style shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower but I had to figure out opening the thing as they weren't full enough to pump. Just a bunch of little things that made the stay less than expected compared to the reviews I had read.

I would have given a better review but they towed everyone's car from this 1 parking lot without telling us they were going to repave the next day! We were all scrambling to find our cars, ours being a rental. So that part really was not good. Also, please tell people there is no elevator. We had to drag heavy suitcases up to second floor.

We checked in, to avoid a long drive home. We’ve stayed here before. Place obviously needs some assistance. Close to airport etc. On this stay, the toilet bowl had been blown up by maybe last stay, and the cleaning person never cleaned it up. Chunks of poop and streaks still in the bowl. I’m like , are you kidding me. How could they leave it like that, and rent it out. Not at all professional.

I chose this hotel because of the location, few minutes drive to airport. Bathroom walls had what looked like dried blood on the walls, definitely didnt feel clean. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Lobby was clean and looked like it was going to be a nice stay but room could use a good deep clean.

Sheets had blood on them. Hair in the tub and on the walls in the shower.. Only there for four hours. If I was to stay there again, I would check my room and then if it was like that would ask for another room. It wasn’t just me. I saw another guest complaining about their room same thing dirty linens and more. I’ve stayed here many times and never had this issue.

The thermostat in the room was from the dark ages- no way to set a digital temp. Had to do trial and error on the dial for hours. Went to check out and the clerk said we were never checked in, although we had a key. The paperwork for long term parking was missing as well. Guess mistakes were made by the previous day's clerk. Shuttle to the airport was great.

This place is old and tired, the front desk staff was obviously disengaged and maybe said 2 words at check-in, the rooms are super basic and not updated, the bathroom was clean enough but in desperate need of a refresh to actually look clean. To top it off the front desk called at 11:00 PM to tell is they had a noise complaint of us “jumping” around?? We literally had just arrived from a concert 30 min prior and were certainly NOT jumping. Then after we went to bed, they came to our door to tell us about the complaint!!! Honestly would never stay again and do not recommend.

I booked through hotels.com because it was a cheaper rate and the front desk staff couldn't price match low enough. And then I felt like I was treated differently by front desk staff because I had booked through a third party. Like they had a chip on their shoulder about it. The room was decent, although the air conditioner was very noisy. If you are a deep sleeper, it probably wouldn't bother you, but I am a light sleeper and it kept me awake most of the night, but was needed because it was unusually hot during our stay. The courtyard was nice and the bar staff were friendly. It was very convenient to the airport and rental car return area. Room and bathroom seemed to be clean.

Convenient hotel for air travel to/from Spokane Airport. Literally walk across the street from baggage claim. Very friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff was very eager to please. Reservation was ready and check-in took all of five minutes. Most if that time was clerk changing my room to a more quiet area due to my late arrival. This was not even asked for. Mac just did it out of professional courtesy. Room was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated.

Overall good but there were a few annoying details. The waterslide is only open when lifeguard is on duty.... but no info on when that is. The pillows on the bed are half the size of normal pillows. So bizarre and uncomfortable. Only one nightstand Microwave is "communal" in a hallway Lack of elevators & the one is tiny tiny. We paid for a late check out but room service was knocking & asked when w were leaving (do they not pass this info on to them?!) No menu in room even though they have a restraunt & bar. Would of been nice to know what was offered.

After arriving around 10:30pm, I tried to call for the shuttle. Two different attempts got me multiple loops of a ringing phone, then a message to start over again. We finally walked almost half a mile to the hotel lobby, where I was told that "I was really busy, I had six people in line checking in and I am the only one here." So, maybe if I had kept calling for another 15-20 minutes, she would have had time to answer the phone and dispatch the shuttle? Inexcusable! I will look for other options next time I need them at GEG.

My stay at the hotel was fine, but when I arrived back to Spokane after a long flight from Savannah to Spokane, I had a hard time getting someone from the Ramada to pick me up. I left my car at the Ramada and was told to call the hotel when I arrived back in Spokane. After I retrieved my luggage, I call the hotel. It was cold outside, and I waited and waited. After 20 minutes or so, I called AGAIN. This time I waited inside the airport. I waited 35 minutes total, and I ended up walking back to the hotel, which I had two heavy bags with me. I'm 82 years old with a bad hip, and for the next 4 days, I couldn't put any weight on my leg. This is actually the 2nd time I've had to wait a long time for the shuttle. That time there was snow on the ground and dark, so there was no way I could walk. While I was waiting, there were all kinds of shuttles from various hotels picking up their customers. I always stay at the Ramada when I travel, and I suggest that during the day they have someone who can drive to the airport to pick up travelers.

I came to the lobby at 03:45 am for a shuttle to the airport. I was informed by the desk person that the shuttle driver hadn't shown up for work. I asked how I was supposed to get myself and my luggage to the terminal. She didn't know. I asked her to call an Uber. She didn't know how. Even though it is not too far to the terminal, I am 77 years old, disabled and need wheelchair assistance. I had to walk and drag my luggage. I made it but with a lot of pain and I am still suffering the effects today. That was inexcusable. I want a full refund and I doubt that I will ever stay there again.

Our rooms tub didn’t drain, we had standing water while showering about a half of a tub full. Otherwise great stay. The 509 restaurant has great food but slim on stuff towards closing time. What happened to 24 hour coffee?? That was a little disappointing

As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved

This was a very convenient hotel. In terms of location. You can literally walk across the street to the airport and to/from the rental car return. However, the restaurant was badly understaffed and could not provide us with dinner. The menu did not look very awesome anyway.

Great stay! We drove from Oregon and we also had family fly in from Tennessee. They were happy Ramada was so close to the airport. Our rooms were clean. Easy check in. Pool was amazing! My kids loved it. No complaints about anything. Clearly I didn't read up on the hotel very well because I had no idea they offered free breakfast. That was a pleasant surprise! The flow of getting it went smoothly and lots of comfortable seating. I would stay again!

The young man that checked us in was friendly and processed our room efficiently after midnight. He was great! The breakfast staff was over their heads, unfortunately. There were a lot of guest and not enough food or utensils. We ended up going out to breakfast because it was so under staffed and empty.

I was incredibly disappointed that the water slide is open only between 5pm - 9pm. We checked in from a long day of travel at 10:30pm and asked for a late check out so we could use the pool and slide. We were granted the late check out, but not informed that the slide would be closed the following morning. I chose this property solely on the water slide. Additionally, the property is dated - and dirty. I saw bandaids, a fake nail, hair clogging the pool drains, speckled paint all over the bathroom floor from a prior “renovation” and worn grease in the grooves of the painted bathroom door. Additionally, the shower curtain had stain or someone else’s shampoo splatters. Gross. I will NEVER stay at this property again - whether the slide is open or not.
