We last minute booked after missing our flight out and needed a quick and cost friendly stay close to the airport. The bell offered this to us, as well as for a small fee we could have airport transfer, which was extremely convenient. Overall room was clean, if we had some time, we definitely would’ve enjoyed the pool. For one night it met all of our needs.

The Bell is small but immaculately clean. The area is very quiet so it really doesn’t matter where your room is situated. The pool is small but is in beautiful condition. Perfect for a few nights at the beginning or end of your trip

We travelled by bus from Phuket’s Patong Beach and the Smart Bus driver stopped at the entrance road leading to the Bell Airport Hotel. The hotel facilities are very modern and our large bedroom was comfortable with a small fridge, kettle, secured safe, two bottles of water and coffee/tea and other amenities. The swimming pool was wading depth and clean with several patio lounge chairs, umbrellas, three bean bag chairs and several small tables and chairs off some first floor patios. The optional restaurant breakfast menu was 150 baht and offered several breakfast choices and had very reasonable dinner and drink prices. The location was a 15-20 minutes walk past a mini mart and thru a large local market that sold clothing, shoes, fresh fish, vegetables and a variety of ethnic meals on our walk to Nai Yang Beach. The free airport hotel shuttle was about a five to ten minute drive to the Phuket Domestic/ International Airport. A nice modern and comfortable hotel that is easily accessible to the main road going to either Nai Yang or Phuket’s Patong Beach or the Phuket airport. A well priced hotel if booked in advance but found it expensive if trying to book the Bell Airport Hotel at the last minute on the arrival day.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The driver who picked me up from the airport is good. All staff in the hotel are so kind, helpful and polite. The room I stayed is huge, very clean. This budgeted hotel is excellent. Food are also delicious

Although it is conveniently close to the airport, and our rooms were clean, we had a hard time breathing in our hotel room due to the mildew. We tried telling them about this issue, but instead, the gentleman that worked at the front desk only opened our balcony door and insinuated that it was probably coming from our suitcase as to why the room smelled the way that it did. There was also a language barrier, which I didn’t mind… but wasn’t expecting to get disrespected in the process. We checked out of the hotel that very night and went elsewhere.

They were very accommodating! This is more of a 48-hour max stay than the extended one I had. The bed and shower weren't deep cleaned and the balcony view opposite the pool was weak. I had to ask for regular cleaning. Overall, it was a solid experience and everyone helped me as best they could. The sliding doors weren't very secure though.

Nay picked us up from the airport. He was right where he said he would be when he said he would be there, very professional. The checkin was quick and easy. The room and the whole resort was clean and well maintained. The pool area was great. Breakfast had some nice choices and was very fresh and good. We would stay here again.

The staff was fantastic. They even picked us up at the airport. The food was great and the drinks were cold. The showers were hot and plenty of pressure. The only down side at all was the beds being hard. I cannot say enough good about the staff.

A nice well positioned for the airport hotel. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Check in was slow but friendly however, Lex on reception was amazing she managed Rude, Obnoxious & Abrasive all at the same time, Suggest more customer service training required, Much More. The same can be said for the night manager who isn't to happy to be disturbed when he's sleeping on the lobby sofa, even if it is 7am. I wouldn't stay here purely because of the poor service.

We travelled by bus from Phuket’s Patong Beach and the Smart Bus driver stopped at the entrance road leading to the Bell Airport Hotel. The hotel facilities are very modern and our large bedroom was comfortable with a small fridge, kettle, secured safe, two bottles of water and coffee/tea and other amenities. The swimming pool was wading depth and clean with several patio lounge chairs, umbrellas, three bean bag chairs and several small tables and chairs off some first floor patios. The optional restaurant breakfast menu was 150 baht and offered several breakfast choices and had very reasonable dinner and drink prices. The location was a 15-20 minutes walk past a mini mart and thru a large local market that sold clothing, shoes, fresh fish, vegetables and a variety of ethnic meals on our walk to Nai Yang Beach. The free airport hotel shuttle was about a five to ten minute drive to the Phuket Domestic/ International Airport. A nice modern and comfortable hotel that is easily accessible to the main road going to either Nai Yang or Phuket’s Patong Beach or the Phuket airport. A well priced hotel if booked in advance but found it expensive if trying to book the Bell Airport Hotel at the last minute on the arrival day.

Pues la habitacion olia a cigarro y nos costo dormir. Las instalaciones son bastantes buenas y la psicina se miraba muy bien. No hay casi nada a lo alrededores y el desayuno estuvo feo sin sabor y sin bastantes opciones. El personal es muy amable y tienen trasporte pero hay que hablar para que vengan al aerpuerto y la ducha estaba muy buena de la habitacion.

The staff was fantastic. They even picked us up at the airport. The food was great and the drinks were cold. The showers were hot and plenty of pressure. The only down side at all was the beds being hard. I cannot say enough good about the staff.
