We stay here quite often when flying in or out of yyc. We really like the hotel and staff, we received an upgrade upon check in to a higher floor giving us a view of downtown Calgary

A great place, close to the airport. Pick up and drop off to the hotel was done quickly and professionally. The continental breakfast was enough to get us on our way the next morning.

My reservation said I had a check out at noon. They called my room at 11.15 and asked me to check out. Their check out time was 11 Didn’t care for the service.

We called from the Calgary airport and we’re told to wait inside - it was 5 degrees Fahrenheit - after 25 minutes we went out to the pick up area, having seen no van to the Hyatt go by. We called again and we’re told the van had just picked up 9 people. We told them we were at the International door 17, where we were told to wait. Just then, the van drove right by us in the outer lane and did not even look for us. We called again and we’re told the van would circle around and come get us. We were already freezing and had to wait another 10 minutes for the van. All in all a very bad and cold experience. We have canceled our booking to stay at this hotel until n our way back from Calgary
