Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff SO friendly and helpful. Great location: right on a beautiful beach (golden sand, clear warm water, no rocks & no seaweed). Nearby are lots of bars/cafes/restaurants to walk to as well as Lamai night time food market (huge choice!) with nightly live music, cocktails etc. Hotel itself serves great food (huge menu) in it’s restaurant & we even had dinner at a table in the middle of the beach (private/beautiful: no extra but u can pay more for fancy stuff). Wed night was a bbq & salads etc with a crazy fire show after: def recommend! Good prices! Reviews prior made me nervous but it was so much better. Comfy bed (best of 14 hotels on our tour!) robes, slippers, toiletries & waters/tea/coffee. Towels for pool/beach given daily. Bathroom a bit dated but still adequate. Many plug sockets. Main bedroom lovely with fridge, lovely lighting and balcony/chairs/table and drying rack on it. Safe area. Pool area really good (long hours). When we checked out the hotel stored our bags for free and supplied us with fresh towels and a changing area with showers for free. Can’t believe is not 4 star & our time there/whole hotel & island experience was 10/10!

Vi hadde det veldig hyggelig på hotellet. Servicen er god. Solsengene ved stranden er ubehagelig, og gir deg merker i huden, men dette er et lite minus. Det er ikke treningsrom selv om det var opplistet. Vi tok ikke frokost da det var mange restauranter i nærheten som solgte billigere frokost. Rommet trenger kanskje litt oppgradering, men sengene var behagelige. Vaskerne burde få en støvsuger fordi kostene ikke greier å ta opp alt fra gulvet. Vi fant en stor hårdott midt på gulvet da vi sjekket inn.

Pool was excellent. Right on the beach and great restaurant with happy hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. Massage ladies were wonderful. Room was a villa with balcony on 2nd floor, very private. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy for tours pick up at lobby. Great relaxing time. Recommended and worth the price, not far from the airport.

Perfect location on the beach. You can watch the waves and feel the breeze while enjoying breakfast in the restaurant. The hotel is a little dated and could use some new beach chairs. Considering the location you get very very good value overall. Will come back if in Samui again.

Great property, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was dark and quiet at night and room was made up daily. Perfect location with plenty of sun loungers right on the beach and convenient to lots of bars and restaurants. Would definitely return.

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Straße mit Restaurants und Shops erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten. Anlage sehr nett konzipiert. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Pool nicht in Betrieb, was aber nur eine temporäre Einschränkung ist.

Perfekt läge vid bästa delen av stranden i Lamai. Stort plus med 50 m till affärer och restauranger i området. Rummen ok inte mer. Rummen drar ner det hela lite. Bra frukost och restaurang med fin terass mot havet under tak. Relativt liten pool med två små anslutande varav en jaccuzzi. Poolen nog mest för familjer med barn. Egna solstolar. Vi fick alltid plats men detta var juli/lågsäsong.

Easy check-in, Staff all very courteous and professional. Although the pool was out of use for the majority of our stay a nearby alternative was offered till problem was rectified. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und jeden Tag gab es ausreichend frisches Obst. Da wir bereits das zweite mal hier waren, hatten wir eine Thai House Villa gebucht. Das Zimmer war leider etwas kleiner als erwartet und es gab nur einen kleinen Kasten und kaum Ablagen. Die Fliesen im Bad waren noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Bei jedem Regen kam Wasser durch den Boden in unser Badezimmer. Die Haustechniker waren bemüht das Problem zu lösen was aber leider nicht gelang. Es wurde uns keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten. Die Liegen am Pool waren trotz Reservierungsverbot täglich reserviert. Im Pool war des öfteren ein Ölfilm an der Wasseroberfläche und man musste darauf hinweisen das es wieder zu reinigen ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf keinen Fall.

The Thai beach house is situated right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The restaurant has sea views and the breakfasts were delicious. The public areas were clean and well tended. However our room ( number 116 ) was very gloomy as it faced onto an internal courtyard overlooked by 3 stories of balconies. We could barely see the sky ! The bed was comfortable but the bathroom smelt of drains and had a grate in the floor through which water came up ....most disconcerting. If you are offered this room ask for a change as the other ones looked much nicer

I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is very well located. We mostly enjoyed our stay there but rated it only 3 stars because our room was very much in need of a refurb. Also the house keeping was very poor. Bathroom rarely cleaned and often didn't leave water, toilet paper and new towels. The sink was terribly pitted and stained black, we bought some cleaning stuff but was beyond help. On the plus side, although small, the pool area was nice and right on the beach. The breakfast was good, and the staff at the restaurant nice and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also convenient and located in the vicinity of many small shops, dining spots, and local areas, such as Lamai Night Market and Lamai beach. Staff were polite and make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet consisted of a decent range of Western, Asian and Thai cuisine, with slightly varying options daily. Our only qualm was that the sofa and armchair cushions were old and did not look too clean, however the floor, bathroom and beds were very clean. Overall, Thai House Beach Resort was a comfortable and lovely place to stay in.

An absolute stunner hotel in a fun neighborhood with lots of fantastic, walkable food options. This place is worth it for the amazing balcony, and the beach views out of the ocean (especially at sunset) are incredible. We loved it.

Really enjoyed my stay. Facilities could do with an update but everything clean and working fine. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Location is amazing for both town and beach. I had a poolside villa and size was perfect, very quiet, and brilliant for just chilling on the terrace. If you want a warm, friendly and comfortable stay you won’t be disappointed

Excellent internet able to stream without interruption. Large room on beach with nice pool. In the middle of the action of the town. Town is small. Breakfast ok with omelette/egg bar. Very nice for price.

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with wife and son. The resort location is right on the beach. Hospitality at its best. Rooms were spacious. The only complain is that the toilet door does not have a locking mechanism... Is a bit uncomfortable if you are not used to it. The pool and breakfast was amazing. Walks on the beach in the morning are a treat.

Yes this property is definitely dated but the location is great for restaurants and shopping , the beach location is great , sand that you can walk on - rooms are large with nice storage areas for clothing and bags as well as clean . Air con , whilst newish was a bit challenging to get right . Our rooms balcony view wasn’t fantastic but was very comfortable- equipped with a practical clothes airer for all wet swimmers etc Staff numbers were down but those that were on site were coping very well , friendly and more than happy to help . Yes we would stay here again . Many thanks for an enjoyable stay

The villa we were first put in was very run down. Taps rusty, stain marks and poor water pressure in the shower. We complained to management and they arranged to shift us to a different villa the next day. The second villa looked to be better than the first. However when I went to have a shower, I nearly flooded the bathroom because the rain shower drain was blocked. I swapped to the shower over the bathtub and the bathtub filled with water because that drain was also blocked. Rang management again and they sent a technician to fix the drains. He put acid down the drains. This fixed the bathtub but not the rain shower. Spoke to management again and they had to get someone to dig up the pipes. They found a tree root in the pipe. By removing that they fixed the blockage. After that everything was ok. This isn’t what you should have to deal with on holidays. However the staff and manager were always polite and friendly and responded to our complaints. They also gave us a complimentary transfer to the airport when we left. In saying that I am not sure why the previous tenants did not point the problems out to management. Blockages like what we had must have been there before we got there

Although there was some issues with the bar/restaurant and getting a lounge chair, overall this was a great stay. Coming at off season might have played a role as they were doing a lot of remodeling. The staff was attentive, helped with laundry and gave me a deal on getting to the airport. I actually stayed here longer given the time I had I loved the area so much. It is easily walkable to a night market and several bars and other restaurants in the area. And who can really complain when you can wake up and just run out to the water and jump in.

The hotel was in a perfect location, so convenient and close to everything. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. I even got a birthday cake and sing along for my 50th! The beach was beautiful, great for swimming, with lots of activities along the beach. Jet skis and other water sports happening everyday.

We have just returned from our stay. It was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The amenities worked very well for us. The convenience of having our room in a straight shoot to the pool then beach was amazing! I had read some disappointing reviews before we arrived and was a bit nervous however I can speak to the kind natured very helpful staff who helped book and plan all our day trips and activities upon arrival as well as the beautiful location. There are some hotels on here that we almost booked. Thank heavens we didn't. Some we walked by on our trip and they are very poor. Bad location and unkept amenities. Advice for other travelers be sure and look at the location on google maps. One hotel was stunning however you had to cross the main road any time you wanted to get to the pool and beach facilities! Not with this place. You are right on the beach! We literally drank Mai Thai's and lay on the beach it was GLORIOUS! Thank you to the beautiful staff. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff SO friendly and helpful. Great location: right on a beautiful beach (golden sand, clear warm water, no rocks & no seaweed). Nearby are lots of bars/cafes/restaurants to walk to as well as Lamai night time food market (huge choice!) with nightly live music, cocktails etc. Hotel itself serves great food (huge menu) in it’s restaurant & we even had dinner at a table in the middle of the beach (private/beautiful: no extra but u can pay more for fancy stuff). Wed night was a bbq & salads etc with a crazy fire show after: def recommend! Good prices! Reviews prior made me nervous but it was so much better. Comfy bed (best of 14 hotels on our tour!) robes, slippers, toiletries & waters/tea/coffee. Towels for pool/beach given daily. Bathroom a bit dated but still adequate. Many plug sockets. Main bedroom lovely with fridge, lovely lighting and balcony/chairs/table and drying rack on it. Safe area. Pool area really good (long hours). When we checked out the hotel stored our bags for free and supplied us with fresh towels and a changing area with showers for free. Can’t believe is not 4 star & our time there/whole hotel & island experience was 10/10!

The room was spacious and clean. The location was also convenient and located in the vicinity of many small shops, dining spots, and local areas, such as Lamai Night Market and Lamai beach. Staff were polite and make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet consisted of a decent range of Western, Asian and Thai cuisine, with slightly varying options daily. Our only qualm was that the sofa and armchair cushions were old and did not look too clean, however the floor, bathroom and beds were very clean. Overall, Thai House Beach Resort was a comfortable and lovely place to stay in.

La rue commerçante avec ses bars, ses restaurants, ses boutiques et ses salons de massage est juste derrière et on n'entend aucun bruit, c'est même plutôt calme malgré une petite vie nocturne. Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Straße mit Restaurants und Shops erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten. Anlage sehr nett konzipiert. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Pool nicht in Betrieb, was aber nur eine temporäre Einschränkung ist.

Stunning beach resort right on Lamai beach area. The staff took such good care of me and made sure I was tended to perfectly, as it was my first time coming to Thailand. The restaurant and bar was right on the beach and made things so much easier. Breakfast was phenomenal, the shower and bathroom was okay though. You cannot flush any toilet paper so guests are required to throw away their used toilet paper in the garbage for pick up later. Still was incredible to be right on Lamai beach for sunrises walking distance from my room. Would stay here again if I wanted to be near Lamai beach area!

Pool was excellent. Right on the beach and great restaurant with happy hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. Massage ladies were wonderful. Room was a villa with balcony on 2nd floor, very private. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy for tours pick up at lobby. Great relaxing time. Pool was excellent. Right on the beach and great restaurant with happy hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. Massage ladies were wonderful. Room was a villa with balcony on 2nd floor, very private. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy for tours pick up at lobby. Great relaxing time. Recommended and worth the price, not far from the airport.

Front desk staff excellent. Housekeeping very poor - almost none exciting. Room, pool area and restaurant really needs maintenance. Breakfast just ok. Great location on beach and close to restaurants, bars and shops. Great massage team.

This resort is a bit smaller than we usually go for, but it's amazing. Beautifully landscaped. We liked it more and more, and after 12 days it just felt like our home. The staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is great, the food at the restaurant, the barbeques at night all wonderful. The beach is super, great for kids. Quiet at night (no loud party music). The beach road right outside. Very clean, all superb.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance, it’s not overly plush and swept up. The breakfast is brilliant and caters for all sorts of nationalities with lots of variety from muesli, eggs done however you want and loads of fruit and salad stuff. The staff are very friendly and the service is second to none. We had a garden villa which was a stone’s throw from the lovely beach with its loungers and parasols. The room itself has a big and very comfortable bed although I did struggle a bit trying to find the right pillow! The shower is in the bath which slightly surprised me as I was expecting a walk in shower but not a big problem even though there is no shower curtain so the water goes everywhere. All in all a 9 out of 10…the mark down is because there were too many Russians there!

On the higher price point but the resort is wonderful! The pool and direct access to the beach are amazing! Also very nice bed, clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool can be renewed some time because of the tiles in the whirlpool

This is the third time I have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, great access to Lamai beach & restaurants. The staff here are the best & go out of their way to be helpful & friendly! Great price point too. I always feel safe & welcome when I stay here
