Our stay at this property was wonderful. The parking garage is under construction and seems very hazardous finding your way to the elevator with cars zipping in and out and limited places to walk. It was tiring walking through the entire casino to check in and then back to the elevators to get to our room but after that? Flawless visit. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean with incredible views and also luxuriously appointed. The casino was- like all casinos, but all staff we were in contact with were very helpful and friendly. We ate a late night snack from Tim Hortons and also lunch at Cafe 377 the next day and both provided great service and delicious food! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. So clean and new. Pool area was nice but water needed attention as it was cloudy and had a funky smell. Front desk staff were courteous. Italian restaurant was fast and delicious. Band in bar was awesome! We learned a good lesson on self park. If you take elevator to 1st and cross road youre right in main lobby. Taking walking bridge forces you to walk around entire casino with luggage which is a looong walk. One frustration was we booked through expedia last minute and had to wait an hour for the reservation to go through. Definitely going back.

Relatively difficult to access and find hotel registration if coming in from the parking garage. Ups and downs on stairs, escalators and elevators and a long walk through the casino areas . We are seniors and didn’t realize there would be so much walking. .

Didn't love how much walking you had to do with all your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel, had to go through the whole casino (no ramps) and 4 seperate ID /security checks before I could get to my room. Key card system for the elevators needs work as well. We got trapped in the elevator because it wouldn't let us out at our floor even though we scanned the card

Seen Gabriel Iglesias on july 18th. Show was good place was clean ans friendly. But the room!!!, I have not smelled a room like that ever in a hotel. It had a strong smell of old urine and alchohal that was musty and thick in the air , like a frat house carpet that never gets cleaned. The kind of musty stink of an old dirty room that makes you feel gross just being in it. We were just onetime for the show, i did not have time to take it to the front desk. After the show i was running on being up for 30 hours on 2 hours sleep because of my shift and the 3 hour drive, that i just crashed after the show and left asap in the morning. I will not be spending that type of money again on a room there. Grab a super 8, its just as clean in the room.

If youre staying at the hotel...VALET! The parking garage is a VERY long walk to the check-in area! Also, i appreciated the brand new irons. Ive had clothes ruined from crusty, burnt irons. Theirs were brand new. Room was exceptionally clean, bathroom was huge with VERY nice shower! (Steaming hot, powerful ahower head) also a seperate tub in the room. Wifi didnt work.

A group of people staying the night at the hotel woke us up at 3am by screaming in the corridor. We already couldn't fall back asleep from the screaming alone, only to be disrupted even more when they checked in to the room next to us. It was so frustrating because all we could hear was their loud conversations. Either the wall insulation is not good enough or the visitors were too loud.... we had a terrible night.

Everything was perfect the bed was nice the room was clean the only thing I would say is to keep in mind if you’re planning on using the TV you cannot connect anything to the tv at all it is only what the tv comes with and most of it will cost money. No laptop, no console, nothing with Bluetooth or HDMI can be connected. Overall other than the TV 10/10 experience

Upon checking in we found the front desk attendant a bit short and dry in his tone. It was surely off putting. I was very annoyed after checking in. Maybe train staff to be pleasant to all guests as we are spending our money in your establishment. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Everything was very nice except the check in was digusting. It took almost an hour and we were fourth in line. We could have been spending money in the casino instead of wasting all this time. The woman who checked us in very unfriendly and talked to her computer and had no eye contact with us.

I had a great stay at the Windsor Casino! My room was large, spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the Detroit River. While staying at the Casino, I took the opportunity to walk along the river on two occasions:) I plan on staying again on my next visit to Windsor!

Room was spotless, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Downriver view room was lovely. We didn't use ammenities much but gym looked good. Pool will be closed Jan 2026 for renovations so they already know update was needed. Spago's restautant was absolutley delicious. quality and quantity. You need reservations, even on a Monday! The bed and linens were SO luxurious.

Staff was extremely rude, no room service, valet took over 45 minutes coming in and out. Restaurants did would not do take out orders so you’re forced to wait over an hour for seating and another hour to receive a menu. Would not recommend.

only one restaurant open after an event. You would think there would be more options to dine after a show that’s scheduled to end at 10 but it felt like they are never prepared for that capacity. The only thing that redeemed it was the waitress at legends was so kind and the food was good. But it was frustrating have to hike all over the casino to find something.

Great comfy room. Easy check in. Only downfall was the food options were so understaffed 2 of us couldn’t even eat anywhere in the hotel and casino so we had to venture in the cold which kind of defeated the purpose of staying there

There is no room service and you can’t by alcohol of any kind to take to your room. We stayed in the adult only tower. The room service (that you go and pick up is over at 3:pm

Making reservations for the restaurants is a must or you're not eating or making any show you are there for, and there was no room service making finding something to eat very difficult. Coffee and teas were in the room but no milk cream or sugars, this is small but even the most basic of hotel rooms provide this. Not a bad stay the room was comfortable but definitely not your money's worth for what you pay for a room
