What guests think
Grand Hotel Ontur Cesme offers a beachfront stay with clean sea, multiple pools, and a family-friendly atmosphere; many guests praise the helpful staff, while recurring drawbacks include rocky beach areas, dated rooms, and occasional bathroom odors.
Spa and thermal facilities draw repeated complaints for closures or maintenance issues, and on-site entertainment is limited. Dining feedback ranges from excellent to disappointing, and drinks at dinner are often charged separately. The location is quiet and somewhat removed from Cesme and Alacati, with little nearby but a minibus to the center. Overall, expect a relaxed seaside stay best suited to families and beach time.
