It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Mycket trevligt hotell, med personal som verkligen gjorde sitt bästa för att vi skulle ha det bra. God mat både frukosten och middagsbuffén. Härligt hav och bra pooler för både vuxna och barn. Trevliga och renliga rum. Fin utsikt över havet.

Termal sıcak su içinde yosunlar olması biraz rahatsız etti, sıcak suyun içeriğini ve o yosunların neden olduğunu sorduk fakat bilgi alamadık, sıpa alanında buhar odaları çalışmıyordu, daha etkin bir sıpa alanı bekliyordum. Odamız havasız kaldığında çok aşırı nem kokusu vardı. Bu konuların dikkate alınmasını rica ederiz. Sevgiler

Sea was magnificent. Calm, clean, beautiful. Cabanas very good. Room was nice and big. Food was very good, even for some picky vegetarian family members. Staff very helpful. A perfect Turkish Aegean stay.

8-11eylül arası konakladım. Deniz kenarı harika, deniz tertemiz. Beach bar biraz erken kapanıyor, uzatılabilir. Havuzları kullanmadım fakat uzaktan temiz duruyordu. Spaya gittim, spa özensizdi, termal havuz kapalıydı, yalnızca hamamı kullandım, hamam güzeldi, fakat genel olarak hamam spa ortamı biraz daha özenli hale gelebilir. Saat altıda gittim, hiçbir görevli vs yoktu. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Alakart restoran seçeneğinin olmadığı söylendi. Temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadım. Her yer gayet düzgündü. Otelin önünden yarım saatte bir merkeze minibüs kalkıyor. Otelin yakınında yapılacak bir şey yok,otel sitelerin arasında. Dışarı çıkmak isterseniz merkeze gitmeniz gerekir, minibüsle 10 dk sürüyor. Eylül ortası gittiğim için sakindi, beş yıldızlı otelde butik bir deneyim yaşadım ve bu çok hoşuma gitti. Bir daha Çeşme’de tatil yaparsam oteliniz seçeneklerim arasında yer alacak. Teşekkür ederim.

The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore during our 3 days stay. Disappointed

My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otelin ambiyansı güzeldi. İç mimarisi biraz eski ama çok güzel bir hava katıyor sanki zamanda yolculuk yapmış gibi oluyor. Tarkan’ın şımarık albümünün çıktığı yıllara. Tek sıkıntı küçük küçük rahatsız edici kirli fincan ve lekeli havlular vardı bizim önümüze gelen. Kahvaltı çok süper değil ama akşam yemeği gayet iyi. Tatlı kısmı vasat. Deniz çok güzel havuzlar da gayet iyi. Servis elemanları çok saygılı ve kibar.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir entschieden uns aufgrund der tollen und ruhigen Lage dafür. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Obwohl Zimmer mit Gartenblick hat man eine Sicht auf das Meer. Das Essen war gut, da landestypische Gerichte angeboten werden. Vom Personal am Strand würde ich mir wünschen, dass diese zwischendurch den Müll aufsammeln. Dieser fliegt aufgrund des Windes manchmal herum. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn die Iskele renoviert werden würde. Zur Erholung bestens geeignet.

Oda banyosunun yapısal sorunu dışında , keyifli , güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Kahvaltı ve akşam açık büfe yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetli idi , akşam yemeği sırasında canlı müzik olmasından çok keyif aldık. Restoran bölümündeki tüm personelin hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Mini kulüp etkinlikleri kızımız için çok keyifliydi. Otel kapalı ve açık havuzları, plaj ve spa hizmetleri gayet yeterli idi. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz ve tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir tatil yaşadık. Tesis genelinde çalışan , emeği geçen tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otelin ambiyansı güzeldi. İç mimarisi biraz eski ama çok güzel bir hava katıyor sanki zamanda yolculuk yapmış gibi oluyor. Tarkan’ın şımarık albümünün çıktığı yıllara. Alles war schön, wir haben ins Wohl gefühlt. Was ganz für mich negativ war; diese service Gebühr um einen glas 2 meter weiter zu bringen von 10% von Endbetrag !! Die preise am Bar und überall im hotel waren ohnehin schon überteuert ohne Ende, dazu noch service Gebühr verlangen?? Sonst passt soweit alles. Für die Preise könnte man bisschen mehr an animation und Attraktionen anbieten sogar noch all-inclusive.. Danke

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir entschieden uns aufgrund der tollen und ruhigen Lage dafür. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Obwohl Zimmer mit Gartenblick hat man eine Sicht auf das Meer. Das Essen war gut, da landestypische Gerichte angeboten werden. Vom Personal am Strand würde ich mir wünschen, dass diese zwischendurch den Müll aufsammeln. Dieser fliegt aufgrund des Windes manchmal herum. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn die Iskele renoviert werden würde. Zur Erholung bestens geeignet.

My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!

Our hotel was clean, but there are a few points that I have to remind: 1- We were traveled as a family and because of this we rather to reserve half passion (breakfast and dinner). I asked 2 plates and bowl from Housekeeping, she said that we have to charge you for 500TL 🙄. Room space was good. Cleaning inn the room was good. Cleaning inn common toilets was bad. There was no activity at all. For one night it was ok but more would be boring. Swimming pool was good. Sea was wavy. Dinner was Fine. But drinks was paid while dining. Breakfast was poor. Breads were not fresh and tost machine wouldnt work proper. The menus for extra food was like 2 time expensive. Room space was good. Cleaning inn the room was good. Cleaning inn common toilets was bad. There was no activity at all. For one night it was ok but more would be boring. Swimming pool was good. Sea was wavy. Dinner was Fine. But drinks was paid while dining. Breakfast was poor. Breads were not fresh and tost machine wouldnt work proper. The menus for extra food was like 2 time expensive. If you are going to stay for 1 or at most 2 nights , the hotel is Fine.

It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.
