Otel temizdi odalar güzeldi. Ama kapasitesinin üstüne misafir aldığını düşünüyorum. Ne kapalı havuza ne termal havuza hiçbir şekilde giremedik. Havlu ve peştemal istediğimizde kalmadığını söylediler. Aralıklarla gidip sormamıza rağmen havlu alamadık. Her yer aşırı boğucu şekilde kalabalıktı oturacak yer bulmakta bile çok zorlandık. Termal ve spa için ücret ödedik ama sauna dışında herhangi bir imkanını kalabalıktan kullanamadık.

Oda iyiydi, personel de nazikti ama otelin termal imkanlarını hiç beğenmedim. Büyük bir otelin küçük bir kapalı havuzu ve sadece iki küçük jakuzisi vardı , havuz da çocuk istilasında idi.

Otele Sevgililer Günü için gittik, zaten amacımız spa hizmetlerinden faydalanmaktı. Ancak spa alanı o kadar kalabalıktı ki ne masajdan yararlanabildik ne de havuza girebildik. Spa için havlu sorduğumuzda maalesef havlu bile yoktu. Çok fazla günübirlik misafir vardı; özellikle böyle özel bir günde yoğunluğun daha kontrollü olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yemekle beraber içecek bir şeyler söylemek istedik fakat yoğunluktan çok geç geldi. Bunun dışında otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Yemekleri harikaydı, personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, odamız da hazırdı. Genel olarak konaklamadan memnun kaldık ancak spa deneyimi beklentimizin altında kaldı.

We stayed for two nights, and while the property appears modern from the outside, the interior was underwhelming and dated. The design feels old, with worn carpets and walls that need updating. Unfortunately, the dining experience was the worst we had in Turkey. The food quality was poor, and to our surprise, soft drinks and juices were not included and had to be purchased separately. The dining staff offered little to no assistance, and we constantly had to ask for basic things like water at the table. The service didn’t improve when it came to checking out. At around 9 a.m., there was no valet available, and the reception simply handed us our car keys. I had to locate the car myself, bring it to the front, and load our luggage without any help. Overall, the service and experience were far below what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

The property had a luxurious feel, looking out at the infinity pool to the ocean. The lobby was spacious and the rooms were a good size and amenities were good. The indoor pool, spa area and sauna was clean and serviced well. The breakfast and dinners had lots of options, food was fresh and tasty.

The room was not clean, we tried to find someone to help, finally we did it ourselves. There were several holes of cigarette burns on the chair. Most staff speak no or little English, but they try to be helpful, use a translator app.

Room did not have chairs; you need to sit in bed to read or watch TV. Lights in the bath was so week, you could not put a make up on. Room was the same; no enough lights . Employee was very well trained, but not at the reception area.

1 gece eşim ve oğlum ile kaldık. Odamızda mini barda içecek yoktu. Sadece çerez vardı. Su bile yoktu. Gece oda servisini arayarak su istedim. Ertesi gün çıkış yaparken bana bir liste verdiler ve minibarda olmayan içeceklerin parasını istediler. Odaya giriş yaptığımda olmadıklarını söyledim ve bana bir kağıt imzalattılar. Bu tavırlarını ve ihmalkar davranışlarını bu otele hiç yakıştıramadım. Onun dışında otel, temizlik, yemekler ve hizmet güzeldi.

Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. We said , we didn’t take anything, but they still need to check. Please, there is the other way to deal with that issue. You just showed us that you don’t trust your guests and told us in our face. You are 5 stars hotel. Overall nice stay.

We really loved this hotel. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful. The only downside, and not the hotels fault, but it was super windy the few days we were there. So unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beach or sea. We ended up driving to a different beach club where the water was calm. Otherwise it would have been perfect here. The day we left it started to calm down & I could tell it was going to be beautiful. Would definitely come again. The breakfast buffet was great & we had lunch once, which was good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the weather next time!

Les services proposés sont de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup les repas servis, les buffets étant très bien garnis et de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, propre. Nous n’avons rien à redire, tout était parfait. L’accès à une plage privative est un véritable atout supplémentaire (plage de sable), il en ai de même pour la piscine extérieure, la piscine intérieure et le bain thermal (à absolument tester). L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Çeşme et Alaçatı.

sehr freundliches Personal - tolle Abendmenüs - reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstücksbuffet -tolle Lage die Aussicht im 9. Stock traumhaft!!! Unser zimmer war groß, sauber, toll gestaltet... Den Abend in der gemütlichen Bar ausklingen zu lassen, war eine gute Vorbereitung auf einen angenehmen Schlaf… Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch im August und werden dann gern etwas länger bleiben! Wir waren als Paar im Juli 2025 für eine Woche da. Die Anlage befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet. Neben einem öffentlichen Strand. Mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt zur Cesme Marina 10min. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gut empfangen mussten aber auf unsere Koffer achten die uns später in das Zimmer gebracht wurden. Man hat uns nicht zum Zimmer geführt wir mussten selbst den Weg finden. Das Gebäude ist zwar schön aber macht auf mich ein bedrückenden Eindruck sehr dunkel kaum Tageslicht. Der Fahrstuhl hat ein Touchscreen was manchmal kompliziert wird. Wir haben ein Standartzimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht dort war neben dem Fernseher eine Durchgangstür vor dem kleiner Tisch abgestellt wurde. Das geht gar nicht wegen evtl. Lärm der Gäste aus dem Zimmer neben an. Wir sind zur Rezeption und haben ein neues Zimmer gefordert. Die kam mit irgendwelchen Ausreden die ich nicht akzeptiert habe. Das neue Zimmer war gut und sauber. Softgetränke müssen bei der Halbpension extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes nur zweimal eine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht! Folgende Probleme: 1. Trotz Hinweis zur Zimmereinigung wurde diese nicht durchgeführt 2. Am nächsten Tag erneut um Reinigung gebeten trotzdem nicht erfolgt mich komischen Aussagen das die Tür sich nicht öffnen lies. 3. wieder mündlich um eine Reinigung gebeten wieder verspätet und erneut nachhefragt bis dann das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Essen gut Hotel okay Strand perfekt Personal schlecht Zimmertüren sehr laut lautes knallen

As I mentioned before checking time was 15:15 instead of 14:00 pm. Staff were helpful, friendly made us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was super, too many choices but when we were checking out we made to wait 20 minutes for staff to check minibar in the room. My word wasn’t enough for them to let us go. Minibar fridge wasn’t working properly and there was only 2 cans of coke and beer. I didn’t understand why they fuss about the minibar, specially for 5 star hotel

We stayed for two nights, and while the property appears modern from the outside, the interior was underwhelming and dated. The design feels old, with worn carpets and walls that need updating. Unfortunately, the dining experience was the worst we had in Turkey. The food quality was poor, and to our surprise, soft drinks and juices were not included and had to be purchased separately. The dining staff offered little to no assistance, and we constantly had to ask for basic things like water at the table. The service didn’t improve when it came to checking out. At around 9 a.m., there was no valet available, and the reception simply handed us our car keys. I had to locate the car myself, bring it to the front, and load our luggage without any help. Overall, the service and experience were far below what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel was overall fine. The room is dated but still ok. The biggest obstacle was for me the language barrier. The majority of employees do not speak English at all. That brings one to awkward moments when you order food twice in the restaurant but find out after 45 min that it was never ordered as the waiters did not understand you. The Menue for the restaurant is reached by QR code and it’s then displayed in your mobiles language, so in my case in German. I travel a lot but these kind of easy to fix language problems I haven’t seen for quite some time. The reception staff was better trained but also not fully , so you have to have patience for them to find a colleague who speaks English. Rooms interior need update. Perfect location. Food is average. After checkout we’ve been asked to wait for a couple minutes till someone will check if we took something from the fridge. Otele Sevgililer Günü için gittik, zaten amacımız spa hizmetlerinden faydalanmaktı. Ancak spa alanı o kadar kalabalıktı ki ne masajdan yararlanabildik ne de havuza girebildik. Spa için havlu sorduğumuzda maalesef havlu bile yoktu. Çok fazla günübirlik misafir vardı; özellikle böyle özel bir günde yoğunluğun daha kontrollü olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yemekle beraber içecek bir şeyler söylemek istedik fakat yoğunluktan çok geç geldi. Bunun dışında otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Yemekleri harikaydı, personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, odamız da hazırdı. Genel olarak konaklamadan memnun kaldık ancak spa deneyimi beklentimizin altında kaldı.

Gerçekten güzel ve tatil yapılabilecek bi otel.odaları iyi, denizi ve plajı temiz (biraz rüzgar ve dalga), yemekler bol, çeşitli ve lezzetli sayılır. Çalışanlar genç, özverili, saygılı. Zor beğenen biri olarak beğendiğim otel. Eşimle beraber tatil yaptığımız bu otele tekrar gitmek isteriz.

Notre séjour à Boyalık était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillies, les services proposés sont de qualité. Nous avons beaucoup les repas servis, les buffets étant très bien garnis et de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, propre. Nous n’avons rien à redire, tout était parfait. L’accès à une plage privative est un véritable atout supplémentaire (plage de sable), il en ai de même pour la piscine extérieure, la piscine intérieure et le bain thermal (à absolument tester). Notre séjour fut une super expérience que nous recommandons à tout ceux souhaitant venir dans ce coin. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Çeşme et Alaçatı. Das Hotel ist sehr alt, für die verhältnis ist sehr teuer In der Umgebung gibt es nichts, man muss immer Taxi rufen. Es sind nicht nur die Hotelgäste, es kommen auch fremde leute ins Hotelbeach.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde çok ciddi anlamda yer ve masa bulma sıkıntısı yaşadık. Tesis overload durumdaydı. Hamam havuz termal fena değil. İnsanlar akşam yemeğinde lobide yemek zorunda kaldı. Bu durum ciddi bir memnuniyetsizlik. 30 dak yer aradıktan sonra barda son masayı bulup oturabildik. Ciddi sıkıntı ve stres yaşadık

We had a problem with electric in the room and no one was able to sort the issue. They offered us to shower in the spa but we did not want to leave our room. They would Not issue a refund and told us we need to deal with Expedia for all refunds. Also, at the dinner buffet no drinks were included. Everything was al a carte Foe such a “nice” hotel it seemed a little petty that neither coffee or tea was included. Even in cruise ships they offer ice tea and coffee with all meals.

bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

The hotel was overall fine. The room is dated but still ok. The biggest obstacle was for me the language barrier. The majority of employees do not speak English at all. That brings one to awkward moments when you order food twice in the restaurant but find out after 45 min that it was never ordered as the waiters did not understand you. The Menue for the restaurant is reached by QR code and it’s then displayed in your mobiles language, so in my case in German. I travel a lot but these kind of easy to fix language problems I haven’t seen for quite some time. The reception staff was better trained but also not fully , so you have to have patience for them to find a colleague who speaks English. The food was very good, but at night I did not understand why only water was served. I was never asked if I like to drink something else, that looked like a missed opportunity on the hotel side.

The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment
