The hotel room was very quiet, the lobby during the day was very busy. The location is a good 10 mins walk to Osmanbey metro which quickly gets you into the main areas for sightseeing. The facilities are very good. Great spa, good breakfast although main food hall is busy. We had lounge access which was quieter but less choice.

Hilton Bomonti Istanbul is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I've stayed in this hotel 5-6 times, and this hotel every time exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and very stylish, the lounge area is fantastic, the swimming pool and spa area are amazing. Breakfast is one of the best or potentially the best, I've tried. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They went the extra mile every time I've asked for something. Even when taxi ripped me of, I complained and they called the taxi company and requested the refund, which I got. Duty manager Harun did a great job making my stay extremely nice. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

spacious rooms, clean , comfortable bed and pillows , very friendly staff , specially Mehmet R . at front desk was very polite and helpful , very nice lobby and lounge , good food , great location , this is the most hotel I like in Istanbul , this is my fourth time here at the same hotel and when ever I visit again I will stay here for sure and I highly recommended it , I used the spa twice , once with my daughter and once with my husband , both times we did Hammam and massage , it was amazing , the spa is very clean and spacious

I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day. There was also a very nice restaurant right up the street in walking distance. In addition, Uber is also an option. There is also a laundromat maybe 8 minutes a way by Uber. There’s also plenty of shopping nearby in walking distance for clothes and a supermarket. The stay at this Hilton was amazing and I would definitely recommend for families.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel Bomonti in Istanbul and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, we were promptly assisted with our luggage, and the reception staff were generally friendly. I had a wonderful 4-day stay, enjoyed breakfast & drinks in the executive lounge, the view is gorgeous and I'd definitely recommend buying this upgrade. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool as it is really good size, I was pleasantly surprised. Not the most convenient location but there are plenty of eateries nearby. We enjoyed the 10 min walk to nearest Metro station.

Wonderful hotel and service over all. However, they charge a fee to use the outdoor pool! Valet people are rude, all they care about is the tip. Parking kiosk wanted to charge extra even though the nightly self park is set at 150tl.

It’s a very very commercial hotel there were way too many people and there was never required time at any of the area of the hotel. Daily cleaning was not super thorough, at one point bathroom smell of urine probably coming from the drainage. The room service was too slow! I would never stay here again. There are many other hotels in the same area. The same price at the service is much better and also it’s a lot cleaner, The room was very outdated and we never got the room be paid for because I didn’t have it available.

Room cleaning was not good. I stayed for 5 nights. House keeping who cleaned the room did not clean the toilets. It was stinky by on the 4th and 5th day. House keeping should not just replace towels n make bed. They should have cleaned the toilets too.

This Hilton Hotel is the best I have ever stayed at. Top notch service from everyone. The cleaning staff is exceptional. The breakfast presentation is wonderful. HUGE varieties of food, everything you can imagine. The front desk staff was very helpful even when I had lost my debit card and then needed to extend my stay. When I return I will not stay anywhere else.

We had family suit and rooms condition was perfect, but carpets need to cleaned up and vacuumed well, also I do not know if it is because of post pandemic or it is Turkey, compare to the price that we charged and a five stars hotel, the room service was poor.

Not a 5 star hotel. mini bar was empty, the shower had an issue where I asked reception to bring someone to fix, which they never did. They should remove the term “King Bed” from their room description because the bed was smaller than “King” more of a “Queen sized” bed. breakfast was great, Unsafe lobby and many low-end guests. very expensive for what it is. pure disappointment for Hilton franchise.

It took us two hours to check into the hotel. The people at the front desk kept saying 30 minutes and after those 30 minutes they said another an hour then there was no hot water in the room but overall the hotels is good just the service is not that good

I stayed for only one night . When I checked in they charged my crad… when I was checking out the reception guy said I need your credit card again! I asked. Why and he said to charge you for the room, when I explained that I was charged already he stated that the first charge was only as a reservation and that it will be refunded, I said fine do you want the same credit card? He said no any card is fines, so I gave him a different card, for which full one night stay was charged. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I came back home and no refund! Still charged for two nights although I stayed only one night !

I stayed in many 5 star hotels in Istanbul. For the last 3 years, I only stay in Hilton Istanbul Bomonti. They have professional, caring, and respectful staff. The hotel has a great environment, perfect location and access, great food, and great amenities. It is also very safe and secured. My only suggestions which are definitely not a deal breaker for me: - Have a more diverse night meal menu. It is very limited, - waive outdoor pool fee for executive guests, - Upgrade A/V system (e.g. Bluetooth connection) of the rooms. Thank you very much for your great service, as always :)

The stay was good in general the only issue is at the reception for check out the lineup unprofessionally handled by Esra, not respecting the turn of the clients and offer help to random people in line instead of respecting turns.

The hotel is fabulous! The facilities, customer service, and location are excellent. Bomonti is a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and snack options nearby. The Asian side is also within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

We enjoyed our visit so much. One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The standard room is big and comfortable. The lobby is huge and the service is excellent. The hotel looks much better and more beautiful than the pictures. Location: around 10-15 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station. We have a car so moving from and to the hotel was very smooth. I recommend it. We will definitely come back again.

Temizlik konusunda gayet iyiydi.Şampuan ve sabunların tek buyuk bir pompalı şişeden kulanılması gereksız kullanımı önlüyordu.Minik bir sürü şişe kullanılmıyordu.Fakat bunun hijyenik olarak daha iyi olup olmadıgından emin değilim.Otel genelinde kotu koku vb yoktu.Konforlu görünüyordu. Kahvaltısı temiz sunumlarda yapılmıstı.Sadece biraz fazla kalabalıktı.
