Tesis oldukça büyük, her gün ve gece farklı mekanlarında farklı eğlence ve aktiviteler vardı.Yemekler lezzetli, çeşit olarak böyle büyük bir tesiste, kalabalık için gayet yeterli, hatta şöyle ki"bu tesiste aç kalmak mümkün değil", 24 saat yemek yiyebilirsiniz (bizim için değil ama belki beklentisi olanlar için).Kokteyller harika, gün içinde, dondurma, pasta...vs her şeye rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Biz deniz ve sahil tercih ettiğimiz için havuz pek kullanmadık ancak havuzlar yeterliydi. Sahildeki iskele ve barı - hizmeti çok iyiydi.Önemli bir konuda temizlik, biz memnun kaldık, tesis içinde yeme içme konusundaki bazı kurallar hijyeni mümkün kılıyor. Bir kere bile tesisteki herhangi bir tuvaleti kirli görmedik.Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, çalışkandı.SPA da masaj deneyimim çok çok iyiydi, Ayşe Hanımın bir kere daha" ellerine sağlık.Tesise tekrar gitme konusunda hepimiz hemfikir ayrıldık.

Nice big resort. Many activities for kids. Absolutely crazy buffet.

Everything was excellent. The buffet was great and so many options and fresh! The only thing I didn’t like was the pools were not heated. So the water was always cold. We couldn’t swim at all.

Amazing venue with good food and exceptional entertainment. One major issue for us, however, was that the hotel doesn’t heat the pools until the 1st of November. During our stay in mid-October, the pool temperature averaged around 20°C, which was quite cold. For many families visiting from the UK during the half-term break, the warm weather and swimming pools are a big part of the attraction, so this really limited how much guests — especially children — could enjoy swimming. The hotel confirmed that they heat the pools to around 26°C from November onwards, but I think it’s a mistake not to start this earlier. It seems this policy is common among hotels in the area. October is an ideal time to visit because the summer months can be far too hot, so it’s disappointing that the pools aren’t heated during this key period for families. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay — particularly the fantastic evening entertainment for the kids.

İskeleye ayrı değinmek lazım, şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en büyük ve güzel otel iskelesiydi. İskelede bar, oturma alanları, onlarca şezlong, ayrı ayrı denize iniş çıkış merdivenleri ve duşlar var. Her yaşa uygun su kaydırakları var, bir tanesinde otelin bir ve iki kişilik kaydırak botlarıyla kayabiliyorsunuz, çok eğlenceliydi. Akşamları canlı müzik ve ondan ayrı dans-akrobasi şovları oluyor. Canlı müzikler çok iyi değildi ama akrobasi dans şovları çok çok iyiydi. Otelin kendi animasyon ekibi genelde suratsızdı. Ama asıl suratsızlar cankurtaranlardı (özellikle iskelede orta yaşlı, kilolu olanı). Otel büyük ve kalabalık ama bu kalabalığı karşılayacak kadar yeme içme imkanları ve şezlong vardı. Havuzlar da yeterliydi. Biz çok sıkıntı yaşamadık, ara sıra bar da sıra bekledik o kadar. Bir de bilardo masası iki tane vardı, orda çok bekleniyor.

Sehr grosses sauberes Hotelareal, sauber und gepflegt, tolle Essensauswahl und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Strand schön und sauber, auch die Pools sehr gepflegt.

Otel güzel bakımlı ve temiz. 4 gece konaklama yaptık.Temizlik konusunda çok iyiler.snack kısmı biraz daha geliştirilebilir. İçkiler genel olarak iyi. Ayrıca İnna nın konsere gelmesi mükemmel oldu.

We stayed for 3 nights at Swandor Topkapi Palace as a family and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with well-kept grounds, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and lively. The all-inclusive package was generous, with plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day – from buffet meals to convenient snack bars. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of facilities. The spa and massage were definite highlights, offering a peaceful break during our stay. There were also evening shows and entertainment, which added a fun touch to the nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised despite the resort being busy. We left feeling relaxed and well taken care of, and would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.

yemekler harikaydı. en cok beğendiğim kısmı bu oldu. ayrıca hotel çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydüler oldukça yoğun çalışmalarına rağmen olabildiğince güleryüz göstermeye çabalıyorlardı, bu takdir edilesi bir durum. ne otele girerken ne otelden ayrılırken tedirgin/rahatsız edici bir personel yaklaşımına denk gelmedim. daha iyi olsa mükemmel olur dediğim bir kaç durum var sadece; 1. aquapark çok zayıf kalmış. 2. cocuk misafirler için ıslak ve kuru alanlar daha iyi olabilir. 3. yönlendirme konusu eksik kalmış ne nerede tam anlamak zor. 4. spa alanlarının sadece ücretli olması bir eksik nokta, sauna ve hamamı ücretsiz olabilirdi. 5. alkolsüz içecek tercih eden misafirler barmenler tarafından ihmal edilip içecekler baştan savma yapılıyor, ama alkollü icecek istenirse bir sürü zaman ayırabiliyorlar. genel deneyimim olumluydu. denizi sahili güzel kumluk bir alan. pavilyonlar sanırım ekstra ücretli.

The Good The aqua park and nightly amphitheater shows were top-notch, providing fantastic entertainment. The pools were great, with the smaller one offering a good alternative to the busy main pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beach bar had a wonderful atmosphere, although bug spray is recommended. The Bad The disco was a major letdown, with a limited techno music selection and loud music. The room was disappointing, not meeting the standard of a 5-star hotel, with minor issues like a lack of cups in bathroom to rinse mouth. Transportation was also a problem; the hotel was late with luggage collection, and the taxi was cash-only despite being told otherwise. The a la carte restaurant was a poor experience, ruined by a disruptive guest and an unhelpful staff response. Finally, the spa and sauna were in poor condition due to broken tiles and excessive heat. Be aware that communication can be a challenge, as things often get lost in translation.

the room was good size, but the bathroom was far too small and the shower door did not close properly so there was always water coming on to the bathroom floor. kettle in the room was faulty, but this got replace once the fault was pointed out. lots of variety in food!

Hotel was nice. We had a really bad smell in our bathroom. We said it, but nothing changed. The buffet is really impressive, overwhelming big, there is everything for everybody. Overall, it was a good stay, wish the bathroom did not smell as bad.

I stayed for 10 days and found the hotel to be impeccably clean. The rooms are a decent size and are cleaned daily. The staff is generally helpful, though there were instances where they came across as rude. The quality of the drinks was disappointing; the alcohol was barely detectable, and the soft drinks like Coke and Fanta were flat. While there is a wide variety of food options, not all were to my taste, and some dishes felt repetitive. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but the bands tended to perform the same songs, such as "Waka Waka" and "We Will Rock You," which were also played in the nightclub. I would definitely consider staying here again, but I don't believe it meets the standards of a five-star hotel. That said, it is still worth a visit.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatten und jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – es gab eine große Auswahl und alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Auch die Shows und Veranstaltungen am Abend waren abwechslungsreich und unterhaltsam. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und stets sauber. Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Überall verteilt gibt es viele Bars, sodass man immer schnell etwas zu trinken bekommt – egal, wo man sich gerade aufhält. Besonders positiv: Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern – es gibt viel zu entdecken, genug Platz zum Spielen und ein sehr kinderfreundliches Personal. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen werden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Room was cosy. I am not happy with room cleaning. Food was not good. Restaurant smells all the time.

Enttäuschend! Die gesamte Atmosphäre erinnerte an einen großen Schlussverkauf: laut, überfüllt und überlastetes Personal, Das Essen konnte nicht überzeugen. Selbst ein einfaches Gericht wie die Mercimek Çorba schmeckte jedes Mal anders, leider nie gut. Im Hauptrestaurant herrschte ein ständiges Durcheinander: hektisches Hin- und Herlaufen von Gästen und Personal, klirrende Gläser, klappernde Teller und das Rattern der Essenswagen. Trotz der Größe des Restaurants war es zu Stoßzeiten schwer, überhaupt einen Platz zu finden. Das Personal hatte nur wenige Sekunden, um die Tische mit einem ständig wiederverwendeten Lappen zu säubern, ohne diesen auszuwaschen. Besonders negativ fiel der enorme Lebensmittelmüll auf, halbvolle Gläser standen in der Anlage herum und überall lagen Einweg-Plastikbecher. Leider fand man diese auch am Strand, im Meer oder auf den Grünflächen. Das überforderte Personal konnte den Müllmengen schlicht nicht hinterherkommen. Hinzu kam, dass ich zwei Tage mit Magen-Darm-Erkrankung im Bett lag und ich war nicht die Einzige. Mein Sohn bekam anschließend Fieber und ein anderer Hotelgast berichtete mir von Ähnlichem. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die schön gestaltete Gartenanlage und die detailreiche Architektur. Allerdings passen äußere Schönheit und innerer Eindruck nicht zusammen. Überfüllung und Qualitätsmängel lassen den Verdacht entstehen, dass hier auf größtmöglichen Profit gesetzt wird, leider auf Kosten der Gästezufriedenheit.

Çalışanlar gayet kibar ve saygılı.

This would of been a perfect review had the bathroom just been up to scratch - 5 star resort with a 3 star bathroom.

Overall, we had a great time in April and got lucky with the weather. We would gladly visit again which is rare for me! It is a large resort with very modern rooms, spacious and stylish. However, the towels and room cleaning wasn't regularly done and AC failed, as well as loud construction work behind block 4 during our time. The grounds are clean, lots of tiling and nice decor, domes, stylish lighting, props dotted around and bars in convenient places too. There are nice activities available as well as a kids club with soft play, playground and mini disco and games each night. There are various pools dotted around and very good kids and adults slides which was good fun. Need more sun umbrellas as certain areas had none. The amphitheatre shows were excellent. No glass drinks should be allowed as there were broken ones some nights. The spa was good but could do with a jacuzzi and steam room. Great food variety and quality. Nice patisserie place and ice cream always available. Sadly the a la carte themed restaurants are paid for. Sometimes it is nice to be waited on fully which is done at lower star rated restaurants for free. The beach was OK. Needs cleaner pebble free and more shading. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming apart from a few. English comprehension isn't very good amongst most of the workers, so oftentimes had difficulty getting our drink orders or cleaning carries out correctly. Very good but needs some attention to detail on points mentioned.

If i could give 10 start i would i didnt have one complain didnt see one mistake in this resort I have been in Mexico Dominican Republic Jamaica Bahamas and many more vacation destinations but never seen such service taste such good food staff is excellent on task very responsive Entertainment is every day and night for young or older for kids and babies i cant explain the best thing i liked and my family is cleanliness or resort how food is tasty and how is organized every day you can try different things and out of those u do t have time to try everything you are already full. Chefs are excellent cooks i mean like i said i dont have one thing bad to say about this resort Rooms are very modern and spacious and clean by the time you are back from breakfast they are done and clean. Pools are very clean and around areas all facilities like bars bathrooms and such beach everything is very clean and organized Best resort so far for me and best service

Bedden waren niet goed je lag niet goed op de matrassen elke ochtend werd je wakker met vreselijke rugpijn. Bovendien werkten de Airco te luid en sloegen om de vijf seconden weer aan.

The property is huge and the facilities are great. Lots of room around the pools and never an issue finding a sunbed. Drinks were really good and all branded spirits and no queues at the bar. We found the food became a bit repetitive after a few days. Would suggest having more theme type evenings. However the food was good quality, especially the salads. Also breakfasts were absolutely manic, so busy and big queues for omelettes. It would be better if there were 2-3 venues for breakfast to spread people outa bit more. We had the family duplex room which was very spacious and worked well for us as our 2 kids had the room upstairs. However we found the room very noisy - both outside noise and our neighbours. We heard our neighbour snoring very loudly most nights! Also the quilts could do with upgrading, it didn’t fully cover our bed, which I found bizarre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a very well setup resort but I would say it’s more a 4 star than 5 star.

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

No welcome information when checking in, didn’t know the way to the restaurants or the opening hours. Some of the restaurants were closing down at the end of our stay

Activities were limited for us. Hotel weren’t informative and the staff at reception didnt inform us we had to pre book for certain restaurants so we couldn’t make most of the stay.

Nice entertainment. Many activities and good food selection. Drinks at the beach are average or below. Customer Relations need work. The lady at that desk was on her cell phone while talking to us. She looks like in a hurry for us to leave. Her instructions of how to get to the beach were vague. Our phone at the room did not work. She said someone will go to fix it. Nobody came. The QR information at the room did not work either. She said that is common. Employees need more customer service training!

People at the reception in the lobby area were not friendly and welcoming, All the other staff were good?

Personel girişte yetersizdi, yöresel kıyafet giyen karşılama personeli ilgilenmedi bile. Sezon değil anlıyorum ama yüzü gülen tek bir personel yoktu, zorla misafirliğe gelmişiz hissi bıraktı.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und warmherzigen Mitarbeitern. Ich habe täglich eine Massage bei Zulkuf genossen., der mit größter Expertise aufwartet. Kurbangül empfängt im Spa die Gäste mit einem unschlagbaren Lächeln und Hilfsbereitschaft. Dankeschön an alle!

Fantastic staff

I had a great time during my stay there with my family. Travel to there took about 30 minutes from the airport. Parking felt limited, be sure to ask for help if you can’t find a spot. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff members I encountered were friendly and eager to help. The amenities were great, and the views from the beach were amazing come sunset. I would say there was a lot of variety for the food. In terms of the taste I could say the buffet food could be better, but there are restaurants you could visit where the quality is improved.

Many people who come here will love this resort type " Palace " hotel . The appeal is to large family groups particularly with young children and those who want to stay by the pools , drink a lot and not go further afield . Its was a case of quantity rather than quality in most areas. The location is also long way from the main centre ( Antalya)with poor public transport - even the local town is not walkable for all and requires a car or expensive taxis .Overall It isn't good for everyone and flatters to deceive - particularly if you want a quieter stay, despite being marketed as being "peaceful and secluded " - it is not .

Die Anlage ist sehr groß und hat einiges zu bieten. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist enorm, jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, dennoch ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und die Betten gemütlich. Das Abendprogramm ist sehr unterhaltsam und die Kinderbetreuung der Wahnsinn! Auf die Betreuung und Unterhaltung der Kinder wird großen Wert gelegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und auf die Wünsche der Gäste wird umgehend eingegangen.

L’hôtel est bien , la nourriture très bonne , chambre bien aussi mais nous étions à côté de la piscine d’un autre hôtel et il y a eu tous les soir de la musique très forte jusqu’à minuit! On sentait les vibrations tellement c’était fort ! Avec deux enfants c’est pas top ! Il y a beaucoup de russes qui sont très désagréable du coup sauf quelques exceptions le personnel lui aussi n’est pas agréable! J’ai très souvent eu l’impression d’embêter les serveurs au bar ! Si non nos vacances on été super ! Tout est fait pour pouvoir avoir du bon temps en famille!

I loved everything about our stay! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach and directly off the Mediterranean Sea, so the water is beautiful and refreshing. The view and beachfront access truly made the trip unforgettable. The staff were immaculate, especially Azad and Omar, who made us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The place itself is gorgeous, and the food options are amazing with something for everyone. The only thing I didn’t love is that while the hotel has a lot of great amenities, they don’t really tell you about them, so you have to figure things out on your own. I would definitely come back

Swandor is a great place for adults and children. We found it to be very family friendly. We felt very safe here. There was a wide variety of food options catering for all needs. It's quite a way out from anything local but there are so many activities at the hotel you don't really need to go anywhere. We would definitely return here again

Great location with access to private beach.

Overall, excellent stay and we were very well looked after. The buffet is fantastic, and the staff will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. The building is beautiful and the ground are large with a lot of *potential* activities. The only downsides: - The hotel should make it clear at booking that not all facilities are available, should it be due to weather, constructiom, staffing or any other reason. We were slightly disappointed to see most of the facilities in the hotel were closed, and the beach pavillion under construction. Perhaps this won't be a problem in the future. - Other MAJOR issue is the local taxi service "Kundu Taxis", which is the yellow taxi service which operates in the area are extremely cunning. I would like to reiterate this is nothing to do with the hotel, but visitors need to be aware of this. As soon as you leave the hotel, taxi services will illegitimately charge you extortionate amounts to take you to places. If you try to book an uber (or Turkish equivalent), these orders are blocked and rejected. Upon further research, the Kundu Taxi service have somewhat of a mob-like monopoly where they won't allow other taxi services to operate in this area so they can charge tourists large amounts. The hotel staff were understanding and suggested the bus for travel, which was a fantastic alternative and takes you most places. The only disappointing part was that the security guard at the hotel seemed to be colluding with the taxi services.

Otel ve yaşadığım deneyim neredeyse kusursuzdu. Oda temiz, geniş ve rahattı. Çalışanlar genel olarak ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yemekler oldukça çeşitli ve başarılıydı; alkol çeşitleri ve kalitesi de gayet iyiydi. Tek eleştirim tatlılara olacak: çeşit açısından zengin olmalarına rağmen lezzet açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadılar. Bunun dışında “şu eksikti” dediğim bir an olmadı, aksine “bu da mı var” diyerek şaşırdığım birçok an oldu. Otel etkinlikleri ve eğlence ekibine ise ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim. Eğlence ekibi çok güler yüzlü, enerjik ve aktifti. Havuz partileri, akşam etkinlikleri, farklı noktalarda aynı anda düzenlenen canlı müzikler, sabahları futbol ve voleybol gibi birçok keyifli aktiviteyle tatili çok daha eğlenceli hale getirdiler. Sonuç olarak burası kesinlikle favori otelim oldu.

Yemekler mükemmel. Her zaman et yemegi, balık bulabiliyorsunuz. Tatlilar kahvaltı mükemmel. İçkikalitesi güzel. Personel nazik, çalışkanotelin konumu sahil güzel

Akşam etkinlikleri çok güzel otel canlı. Çocuklar için üstü kapalı ve açık olmam üzere 2 havuz var mükemmel. Yetişkinler için olan havuz kocaman. Odalar çok güzel temizleniyor , garsonlar güler yüzlü vs. En büyük problem yemekler lezzetsiz ve hep aynı yemekler var. 5 gün kaldık. Ana yemeklerde hafif değişikler var geri kalan hep aynı. Yemeklerde lezzet yok. Günlüğü 17 bin liraya gelen otele gidiyoruz ama hamburger köftesi hazır donmuş köfte oluyor… Yemekler tam bir hayal kırıklığı… bir daha tercih etmeyiz maalesef.

The property is huge and the facilities are great. Lots of room around the pools and never an issue finding a sunbed. Drinks were really good and all branded spirits and no queues at the bar. We found the food became a bit repetitive after a few days. Would suggest having more theme type evenings. However the food was good quality, especially the salads. Also breakfasts were absolutely manic, so busy and big queues for omelettes. It would be better if there were 2-3 venues for breakfast to spread people outa bit more. We had the family duplex room which was very spacious and worked well for us as our 2 kids had the room upstairs. However we found the room very noisy - both outside noise and our neighbours. We heard our neighbour snoring very loudly most nights! Also the quilts could do with upgrading, it didn’t fully cover our bed, which I found bizarre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a very well setup resort but I would say it’s more a 4 star than 5 star.

Entertainment at the resort was good. Very few vegetarian dinning options. Chefs didn’t try to make anything apart from the available buffet. Same menu everyday.
