We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities are top-notch, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. My son especially loved the water park — it was definitely a highlight of our stay! Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone in the family. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and are already looking forward to staying here again when we return next summer

Ein sauberes und geschmackvolles Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch die beiden Mitarbeiter am Strand. Das Essen ist vielfältig. Große Auswahl an Salaten. Schöner Poolbereich und Wellnessbereich im Hotel. Im Aussenbereich begeistert immer wieder das Thermalbecken. Wir waren zum zweitenmal im Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking available. We were out of season, so didn't go into the sea or use the outside pools but the pools inside were sufficient for me and my son to use. Rooms were great with a sea view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff, food , spa, were excellent The only thing in my opinion this resort was lacking was entertainment, like any kind of night club dancing with live music or even DJ sort of music.

**The Best Family Hotel in Çeşme/Ilıca** From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The hotel has its own private beach with crystal-clear water and excellent service. The menu offers reasonable prices with generous portions. I imagine it gets quite crowded during the high season, but our stay in October was absolutely perfect—no crowds, no stress over finding the best sun spots. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is close to the center, making it easy to find great restaurants. Even after check-out, we could stay at the hotel and use the spa facilities to change. Breakfast had a great selection, though it’s a shame that some guests take too much and a lot gets wasted. There’s plenty of parking available. We will definitely return during the same period and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Simply amazing! Kind regards Semiha & Özgur

Eşim ve 1 yaşındaki kızımla tatilimizi yaptık. Otel çalışanları girişteki güvenlikten itibaren çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda gayet temiz ve ferahtı, havuz ve hamamın temizliği iyiydi, tek eleştirim belki çocuk kapalı havuzunun derecesi bi tık daha sıcak olabilirdi. Sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği hepsi çok başarılı diyebilirim. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff in the reception, restaurant, and also on the beach. House keeping also very kind and helpful. The food is colorful, varied and delicious, typically Turkish style. The hotel location, and its infrastructure, comparing with other hotel’s nearby, is the best.

What is really exceptional in this hotel is their STAFF. I won't be exaggerating if I say that they were one of the most professional hotel staff I met in Turkiye in the past year. Very nice, friendly, and professional. We arrived 1 hour after dinner time and they managed to prepare us a fresh dinner in no time. Thanks to the restaurant manager and the receptionist (who wears eyeglasses, forgot his name). Also thanks to their Spa staff and Narti in specific who offered my wife a delightful massage experience. On the other hand, what really was lacking in this hotel is the comfort. We booked the deluxe room which was spacious, but unfortunately, not so clean and requires major renovation. The mattress was not comfy, the water boiler was stained, the curtains had many stains, and the lamb had a thick layer of dust. The toilet was not cleaned well. The blankets had stains and so did the ironing table. We weren't happy about our room. It's worth mentioning that we had a half board booking )breakfast and dinner included) and the food was very good, especially breakfast food, where we enjoyed fresh soups everyday with a nice collection of salads and olives (oh my! olives were really good)! The indoor pool, kids water area and thermals pools were OKAY not wow. The location is premium.

Ekip profesyonel ve güler yüzlü🙂 Açık büfe sabah kahvaltısı çok özenli, zengin çeşitli ve lezzetli. Biz hafta sonu kış tatili yaptık yaz döneminde de tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz. Goed resort en super faciliteiten. Ligging is ook super als je een auto hebt waarbij Cesme en Alacati zo te bereikbaar is. Helaas iets verouderd en schimmel in hoeken badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug met mijn gezin.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, jedoch wäre es super wenn man das Licht in der Minibar ausschalten könnte oder vor die Minibar eine Tür macht. Es ist doch recht störend wenn man ins Bett geht und das Licht die ganze Nacht an ist. Sonst sehr zufrieden.

Ana binada yer alan 5. kattaki Superior Deluxe odada kaldık. Bulunduğumuz kat epey sıcaktı. Oda büyük oranda konforlu ancak biraz bakımsız kalmış. Detaylarda yapılan tamir ve bakım işlemlerinin özensiz olduğunu fark ettim. Mesela duş gideri doğru çalışmıyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu. Odanın çeşitli yerlerinde ve mobilyalarda hasarlar vardı. Aynı hafif bakımsızlık otelin genel kullanım alanlarında da yer alıyor. Yine de Türkiye standartlarında görece yeni ve temiz bir tesis. Personel konusunu ikiye ayırmak lazım. Birinci grup komi ve şef üzeri pozisyonlar, ki bunlar oldukça ilgili ve işine hakimdiler. Diğer grup çok genç garson ve servis elemanları, bu grup ise son derece iyi niyetli olmakla birlikte genel anlamda turizm ve hizmet konusunda çok deneyimsiz ve acemilerdi. Menüde servis edilen ürünlerden bile habersiz bir grup maalesef. Örnek vermek gerekirse toplamda 10 un üzerinde Aperol Spritz içtim ve her seferinde farklı geldi. Verdiğim şarap siparişleri 2 kez yanlış geldi gibi... Hamburger, soft içecek gibi ürünlerde ok ancak kokteyl, şarap gibi biraz daha karmaşık ürünlerde çok bilgisizler. Yemekler fevkalade lezzetliydi. Bana kalırsa bu otele ilişkin hatırlayacağımız en iyi şey şüphesiz açık büfesiydi. Son derece zengin ve leziz bir mutfak bizi sabah ve akşamalrı keyiflendirdi. Plajı doğal değil (sanırım mermer parçası dökülmüş) ama oldukça keyifli, çocuklar için uygun deniz sığı. Çeşme olduğu için biraz rüzgarlı. Göreceli olarak bence iyi bir otel.

Verdiğim şarap siparişleri 2 kez yanlış geldi gibi... Hamburger, soft içecek gibi ürünlerde ok ancak kokteyl, şarap gibi biraz daha karmaşık ürünlerde çok bilgisizler. Yemekler fevkalade lezzetliydi. Bana kalırsa bu otele ilişkin hatırlayacağımız en iyi şey şüphesiz açık büfesiydi. Son derece zengin ve leziz bir mutfak bizi sabah ve akşamalrı keyiflendirdi. Plajı doğal değil (sanırım mermer parçası dökülmüş) ama oldukça keyifli, çocuklar için uygun deniz sığı. Çeşme olduğu için biraz rüzgarlı. Göreceli olarak bence iyi bir otel.

Absolutely Beautiful lobby and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful, helpful staff. But the rooms are as dark as a cave. Worst room lighting i have seen in any hotel. Bathroom light shines on the back of your head rather than your face. Not enought light to see what is in the closet. A unsolved mystery for an otherwise excellet hotel.

Instead of treating this as a very serious safety issue, the staff completely failed to understand the situation. Our room was great with good amount of sea view. The hotel was clean and compact which is what we needed for our stay. We were also allowed to do the late checkout and it helped us a lot.

Von fünf Sternen erwarte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Service und Luxus. Das Servicepersonal an der Poolbar reagiert überhaupt nicht auf Gäste. An der Rezeption spricht leider nicht jeder Englisch, hab ich das Gefühl aber der Concierge.

I can’t really complain about the property. I do enjoy my time here, especially beach and the spa. Only major disappointment was check-in, this time staying at the property. They don’t recognize VIP gold member status. At check-in Bert, Bircan and Selin who is customer care service doesn’t understand the extra VIP perks. It was recognize before at my stay here but this time around check in agents at the front desk doesn’t know much about it. Only one check in agent Gokhan was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, if you are an VIP Gold member with Expedia, don’t except to get the extra perks here. Good thing, they do have wonderful beach and spa with Narti that makes me want come back here. Beach staff is wonderful as well or else I would tried other resort that gives respect to VIP perks.

This was our 3rd back to back years. The quality over the years drastically reduced, fewer member of the staff, housekeeping who constantly gossip about us out-loud, a safe couldn’t fix in a 5 day stay and a mini bar person who enters the room as he please. When I stayed here 3 years ago my experience was ‘wow’ now just an average hotel. Won’t be coming back next year. Thanks to the bakery chef who accommodate my daughter’s allergens, spa staff and Musa from the beach

A very commercial busy hotel . Full of children. It’s a family getaway holiday hotel If you are looking to disconnect or unwind for a holiday this would not be the place . Staff are friendly though and location is well situated.

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking available. We were out of season, so didn't go into the sea or use the outside pools but the pools inside were sufficient for me and my son to use. Rooms were great with a sea view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

**The Best Family Hotel in Çeşme/Ilıca** From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. The hotel has its own private beach with crystal-clear water and excellent service. The menu offers reasonable prices with generous portions. I imagine it gets quite crowded during the high season, but our stay in October was absolutely perfect—no crowds, no stress over finding the best sun spots. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is close to the center, making it easy to find great restaurants. Even after check-out, we could stay at the hotel and use the spa facilities to change. Breakfast had a great selection, though it’s a shame that some guests take too much and a lot gets wasted. There’s plenty of parking available. We will definitely return during the same period and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Simply amazing! Kind regards Semiha & Özgur

Det er et flot hotel, som også ligger i et flot område. Der er ca. 10 min. i dolmus (bus) til hhv. Alacati og Cesme, men det ligger over en times kørsel til selve Izmir by. Der ligger en rigtig god cafe/bager, som hedder Reyhan. Den ligger lige ved siden af, og kan varmt anbefales. Eneste ulempe er at der ikke ligger nogen spisesteder eller supermarkeder i nærheden.

Genel anlamda deniz tatili için güzel ailelerin rahatlıkla konaklama yapabileceği bir otel. Sahili kum ve hemen derinleşmiyor. Yemekleri çeşit var ama cidden lezzet hiç yoktu maalesef. Kahvaltı da akşam yemeğini de denedik. İçtiği soğuk içeceğiniz de en azından 1 adet yemek fiyatına dahil olmalıydı. Yaz tatili, insan en azından akşamları keyifli bir vakit için müzik istiyor ama sahil barında maalesef sadece pazar öğlen saatlerinde müzik var , akşam sessizlik oluyor sıkılabilirsiniz. otopark problemi yok bu çok iyi. Çocuklu aileler için aquapark var. çalışanları kibar ve iyi. Özellikle sahilde can kurtaran olarak çalışan beyfendiyi gözlemlediğimde, işini özümseyerek yaptığı, görevi olmadığı halde plajda misafirlere nasıl yardımcı olabilirim diye sürekli dolaştığına sahit oldum. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkürler. Sadece bellboy olarak çalışan harun beyin yaklaşımına çok kızdım çıkışta, kolum incindi ve otoparka kadar eşyalarım için yardım istedi . The food was fantastic, really outstanding in its variety. I have gluten and nightshade intolerance, which is rough in Turkey, and even so, there was incredible variety that I could eat. I'd go back just for the food, haute cuisine buffet style! The grounds were beautiful and the service excellent. I stayed in a very small room ("executive single") but the price was great to stay in such a nice place. I also loved the outdoor thermal pool. I look forward to returning.

Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel.
