Recently stayed at the White Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. Large, comfortable room, hot shower. The bed was extremely firm. The Hotel is not far from the Old City. The evening desk staff were very helpful in directing us to street markets and restaurants. All within a 15-20 minute walk. And the staff managing the tour desk arranged our taxi rides to and between our next destinations. We also had Thai massages in The Home Spa attached to the Hotel and would highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere there, unlike many of the massage places you see lining all the streets of Chiang Mai. And the massage itself was fabulous!

A great place and even better people working there. The spa is great. Only 2 or 3 minute walk from the Old Town SW corner and 5 minute walk to the canal with night shops. True local food near the canal or the more tourist locations near Old Town. Will definitely stay here again!

Our second visit to this lovely hotel close to the moat. Good swimming pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. One observation, the sunbeds need cushions. However, will stay again on our next visit to Chiang Mai.

Our stay was short but wonderful. the staff were so helpful and quickly fixed any issues that our room had which were minimal - (soap dispenser was clogged) the pool was a lovely way to refresh and meet other guests and breakfast was delicious! A great stay overall!

The room was ok, hard and flat pillows. Even at the highest floor, you have a free wakeup call by rooster every mornings. Lots of tv channels and I loved the bathrobe. Pool seems to lack chlorine. Breakfast is terrible, you should go to restaurants instead. Location is good but not in the modern area.

The White Boutique Hotel was closed to the old town and temples, which was great. We requested our room to be on a higher floor and in a quiet area, which we got. We really appreciated it. The breakfast was bland. It was missing minus maintenance.

This could be a much better hotel if they paid attention to detail. No soap in three bathroom. Only one small tube of shower gel. Ask for more if you need it. No shower curtains. The bathroom becomes so messy. Breakfast is good and they make eggs as you like. Staff is very polite and responsive to your needs. Location is good. You have to take Tuk tuck or a taxi to shopping about 5-10 min drive. Best part was taking breakfast by the pool side. For someone on a budget it is a good choice. We are seniors and have higher expectations. There is nothing “Boutique “ about this hotel.

The pictures made the property look better than it was. The beds were very uncomfortable…the worst out of our five hotel stays in Thailand. Felt like I was sleeping on a table. It was okay just nothing special. Drivers had a hard time finding it. We did feel safe. They did hold our luggage for us for a few hours.

Not bad hotel with good location if it wasn’t treachery walking from hotel to Old Town. The sidewalks are grotesquely uneven and disappearing. With traffic speeding next to pedestrians with little regard for safety. I would not recommend for mobility challenged.

The pictures made the property look better than it was. The beds were very uncomfortable…the worst out of our five hotel stays in Thailand. Felt like I was sleeping on a table. It was okay just nothing special. Drivers had a hard time finding it. We did feel safe. They did hold our luggage for us for a few hours.

A really nice hotel with comfortable spacious rooms. Excellent beds and showers. A nice breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall a great place to stay. A short walk from yhe Old Town. Very safe area.

Good sized and tasteful room, walkable to Chiang Mai old town and markets. The only thing I dislike is the cold daylight (white) lighting commonly used by hospitals.

The White Boutique Hotel was closed to the old town and temples, which was great. We requested our room to be on a higher floor and in a quiet area, which we got. We really appreciated it. The breakfast was bland. It was missing minus maintenance.

Our stay was short but wonderful. the staff were so helpful and quickly fixed any issues that our room had which were minimal - (soap dispenser was clogged) the pool was a lovely way to refresh and meet other guests and breakfast was delicious! A great stay overall!

The room was ok, hard and flat pillows. Even at the highest floor, you have a free wakeup call by rooster every mornings. Lots of tv channels and I loved the bathrobe. Pool seems to lack chlorine. Breakfast is terrible, you should go to restaurants instead. Location is good but not in the modern area.
