It was cheaper than it has been, but we found out that was because they are doing a lot of construction in the parking lot. So, if you can’t sleep through construction noise at 8am, you may want to look elsewhere. That also takes up a lot of the parking spaces which can lead to parking problems. For example, being woken up at 6am to move your car because the person next to you can’t get out because they had to park a tour bus in non-bus parking.

Everything was fine except they have some construction going in parking lot area around the property. There were not enough parking and I arrived late so I had to park in some fire lane. Then got waken up in the morning to move my car because it was blocking the construction. Other than that the hotel looks clean and pretty new.

Been there a few times, doctor appointments in Boston. Easy in and out, clean, friendly staff and PARKING INCLUDED! As well as a quick bite in the morning. Now I book every time we are out there.

A very clean, family-oriented hotel. The daily breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Our room was cleaned and stocked with fresh towels every day. Truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

When we stayed here this past weekend. There were ants in the room. We did not eat in there or have any food so they were there prior to our arrival. When I bought this up to the front desk they just kept telling me they would bring this up to management, who would be in on Monday (this was Saturday evening). There was no remediation, no discount, no room change, no pest control. We couldn’t properly enjoy the visit there because the room was infested with ants. It’s currently Thursday and management still hasn’t reached out to me. Room 153.

We stayed at the Hampton because of its proximity to Boston College. The facilities were excellent. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t make up our room one time - not a big deal but we did have to ask for towels. The staff were always friendly, the wi-fi worked fine, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This property seems like a fairly new one. Our biggest negative was the breakfast. Eggs were just not edible, and other hot items weren’t good either. On the other hand, breakfast is free so can’t complain too much.

The room had a major privacy and comfort issue — half of the window didn’t have a curtain, which made it very difficult to sleep due to light exposure throughout our stay. It also made changing in the room uncomfortable, as we had to go to the bathroom just to have privacy. This really impacted our overall experience.

the sounds insulation is poor. We woke up by neighbor room door knocking. And we arrived at the hotel 3AM that night, was waking up by the door knocking around 8 AM. And a fire drill occurred afterwards. So totally a horrible staying in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean. The standing lamp was broken however. The only downside is the rooms do not come with a microwave, but they do come with a mini fridge, thankfully. You have to pay $25 per day if you request to have a microwave in your room. I used the microwave downstairs in the lobby instead. There market basket grocery store near by and dunkin donuts too. Some other shops in the area as well. Free parking in the parking lot. It got full at night time.

Room was probably the cleanest hotel room I've seen since who knows how long, which I appreciate the most out of everything! Shower and thermostat worked well, and the bed was quite comfy for a hotel bed! You can hear a bit of door slamming/footsteps from the hall & upstairs, but nothing that will really wreck your night/stay, and I've certainly had less sound-proofed rooms, including my own apartment! Only downsides were the front desk wasn't very friendly (not mean, just also not friendly) and I wasn't as at all impressed with the breakfast they provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Only complaint is that the bathroom door was a barn door that doubled as a closet. There was no sound privacy, did not lock and you could see through the corners. I am not sure what this is about but guests would appreciate a bathroom door that locks

The staff in the breakfast room was rude. She threw the serving spoon on the spoon rest & made a face. The place was busy on breakfast time and it took them a long time to serve more food when they ran out of the hot food (eggs, sausages, and potatoes). The food was good though.

The gentleman checking us in was so good. I needed a bench in a handicap shower for my daughter and he was great making sure she had this. He even came up to the room with us to make sure the room was durable for her. He was polite and kind. I love this hotel and stay every time I’m in the area. Thanks for the coffe being available at all times!!!

Hotel was very clean with a lovely free breakfast. It is located in an area which is a little industrial but with free parking, it's only a 30min drive into Boston city centre. Also handy to the 90 if you need to get to the airport.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Waltham was outstanding in every way. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and convenient transportation. It was complimentary, but the quality exceeded expectations — the orange juice tasted like it came from a 4- or 5-star hotel, and the food selection was excellent. I liked the free and plentiful parking. It was near two major freeways. The room was big and clean. The buffet breakfast has what you want. Downside--no walkable restaurants other than Costo food court. Not near any subway T stations (Alewife is 12 minutes away if there is no traffic). No microwave in room.

Room was excellent. Desk staff responsive to requests. However, by 8 am, the breakfast was scanty. One day there was no bread or rolls and the kitchen staff was no where to be found. By 8 am the dark coffee urn was empty, the milk hardly flowing. One morning the oj was empty and there was a consider wait while the staff re filled the machine. Understaffed? Or just income?
