Hyatt Home is what this places should be called instead of Hyatt House. My room has a queen size bed, ensuite and a seperate dining / lounge room. The day starts with a workout in the generous fitness centre (3 running machines, a semi broken cross walker and ample weights. Theres even an area to complete a stretch on THICK mats) After the workout, its a shower and FREE breakfast which will always have cooked eggs / meat and other option. You could also get a fresh made omlette. Then its off to work, but you cant walk anywhere because this hotel is not in Waltham but near the freeway. But if you are fit and the weather is good, you could walk to the shopping complex about 1 mile away. After work, you can enjoy a drink at the friendly bar and chat to any of the many travelling workers or head out for dinner at a few of the local locations. Then when your day is over, return to the hotel to settle into a very comfortable and clean bed. Get some great sleep and repeat the day. There is a guest laundry onsite for $3 wash and $3 dry (cash only) for those travelling an extended time or who happen to spill there breakfast on their business clothes (ooops). Great front counter staff. I will be back when my work insist a stay in waltham, not Boston, for a week

Great place! Room was awesome and the grounds are terrific. Fantastic breakfast and really nice courtyard area with heated pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again!

The last time I stayed here was 3 months ago when I wrote a glowing review. On this visit, I brought my daughter and we both loved Hyatt House. For an extended stay, its good price with a nice bed, standard / good gym and it was great to use the pool. Both of us really liked the breakfast each day. As mentioned in my ratings, there aren't many restaurant options within walking distance. its good to be home and to share it with my family

The super friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and even recommended things to do with our 2 young kids. Thankfully the EV chargers, while slow, are working and conveniently located right outside the front door.

the location and near restaurants are really good, the room needed a really deep cleaning, bathtub, sink and toilet had mold, carpet had seen better days, every time the room was clean house keeping forgot to put towels in room, etc

Room clean, but after returning to the room from dinner, numerous ants were found on the countertop. Called front desk and they moved us, but the new room did not have the same amenities. Breakfast was good. Bar at the location way overpriced.

Completely OK. For $300 a night outside of town I would have expected better. The rooms are a little bit old and dirty and in need of renovation. Bit of mould in the shower, that kind of thing.

I had serious issues with my visit at Hyatt House. Felt like I was staying in an apartment building not a hotel. Shoes and Bikes were allowed to stay in the hall. Linen carts were kept open and out in the hall as well so they had potential to be dirtied by anyone. Second day there I was making the bed and found BLOOD, yes blood on the blanket covered up by the duvet. There’s no way housekeeping couldn’t see it when they made the bed. Didn’t offer to changed my room! Didn’t offer a refund or discount, cleaners didn’t come for 4 hours after I initially reported it!! Gross, Don’t stay there, not worth it!

Property is well maintained and staff is friendly and engaging. The breakfast is delicious and a good variety (a bit more bacon would be nice though). The parking is a bit tight but plentiful. Always a comfortable stay!!

The room walls were kind of thin. I could hear the other person in the room next to me talking loudly at night time. Also one of the vents in my room near the entry way was dripping water. That was unusual. Also the rooms were kind of far from the elevators. The hotel is huge so there was a lot of walking to get to and from the front desk/dining area.

Excellent suite setup with a full size refrigerator and microwave, 2 burner electric stove top, dishes and glasses. Staff were great. 4/5 breakfast buffet. Probably even more fun in the summer when the pool and courtyard are available. We have stayed at a half-dozen hotels in this area as we visit our daughter in Waltham 1-2 times a year. This is our favorite.

The room was beautiful. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was extensive. The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that a king bed was ordered but we arrived late and had to settle for a queen. It was more of a mini-suite. The location was convenient to the highway and Boston. The rooms were very quiet. The hotel was packed but you never heard anyone else in the hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just outside Boston- we had a spacious suite with king and a sofa bed . Property was in very good condition. Free parking - lots of space. Nice looking pool very good included buffet breakfast.

The suite with kitchenette was a nice size. We had a 1-bedroom with 2 beds. I think the beds were full and not queen, as it was a bit cramped. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices. Easy to get to the commuter railroad to take the train into downtown Boston.

The only complaint is the bathroom in room was a bad design. You had to go in hover over toilet to close door then do what you got to the door actually hits shower it was all gouged where it hits base of shower moulding. And sink in bed room not in bathroom if they had included sink and closet in bathroom there would have been no complaints and no questions but build and design wise I'm not sure who oked that. It's just dumb. It would have been less material, faster, made more appeal and sense. Huge shower beds company nice to have kitchen and couch and bed. Would stay here again in heart beat. Nice light blocking shades and black out shades too. Good breakfast great staff very helpful and kind.

In preparation for this trip, I made two phone calls approximately one week prior to our arrival to request early check-in and a specific room location. Despite the hotel’s assurance that these arrangements would be accommodated, we were not able to check in until three hours after the standard check-in time due to delays in room cleaning. As a result, my family had to adjust our travel schedule unexpectedly, incurring both stress and additional expenses that were entirely our burden. When we were finally given the room key around 6:30 PM, we were disappointed to find tissue scraps on the floor, and the cleanliness and organization of the bathroom and bedding were noticeably below the standard we’ve experienced at other hotels. Moreover, the staff member handling our check-in offered no apology for the delay, and instead suggested we could take a different room we had not requested, as if it were a reasonable solution. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or discomfort caused to our family. We booked this stay trusting in the Hyatt brand’s reputation for quality service, but unfortunately, the service we received did not meet the basic standards we expect from Hyatt. The check-in experience is a vital first impression of any stay, and the issues we faced during this process were deeply disappointing. Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service we experienced.

Great stay. The staff was amazing, especially Cole. He was so friendly and helpful. I had concerns over a noise I could hear in our room. Cole had it checked out. Boiler noise, so he upgraded our room so we could have quiet. He also helped us with how to use public transportation to get around Boston and even suggested a couple of great pastry shops to check out. We were very appreciative of his willingness to help 3 older ladies make the most of their time in Boston.

Overall a good experience. Lia the receptionist was very helpful when she realised I had run into an issue. I liked the kitchen, the ability to do laundry and the complimentary breakfast. What I didn't like was the cleaning. The hotel explained their policy at check in, but as I was travelling with children, I requested the room to be cleaned every day. That unfortunately did not occur. When it did occur, was when I asked for them to do so. Furthermore, I requested for them to change my sheets and I was handed the sheets.

We arrived at 4, an hour after check in and they had no clean rooms available. We had to leave for our event and couldn’t wait for a room to become available. After our event when we came back to the hotel they had trouble finding a room for us. The first one they gave us was not the type we reserved and had not been cleaned. It has trash and dirty towels all over it. The second one was the right room but did have some issues of broken items and not very clean.

We stayed for four days and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite my daily requests. I had to extend our stay because my husband got admitted to the hospital and was dramatically overcharged on top of what I was told the cost would be. Nice property but the behavior overall very disappointing.

Booked into the Hyatt House for 10 days while visiting family in Boston. Great value, staff helpful and friendly, room (King suite) was clean and comfortable, had good kitchen facilities and lounge area perfect for relaxing after a day out sightseeing. Breakfast was included, good selection but didn’t like having to use paper plates at the weekend when it was busy. Location of hotel great for freeway etc. but you do need a car as not on T line and commuter rail 45min walk or 10 dollar Uber ride, nearby bus stop but busses not frequent, courtesy bus radius 3 miles but you do need to book beforehand. Nothing to find fault with.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Breakfast had plenty of options. We were touring colleges and this property was at the perfect location. Only 15 minute drive to the red line to take the train to all of the colleges. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was just fine for us. We just spent the night, before heading to the airport the next morning, except for food service. For dinner we ordered some pretty simple sandwiches from the food bar, to be picked up downstairs. They turned out to be a disgrace. Obviously we Expected they would be over priced, but given two huge pieces of white, supposedly sourdough bread and toasted. Each sandwich was supposed to have chicken and other things. The amount of chicken was so skimpy and one leaf of lettuce and a tomato slice. Nothing CLOSE to what was listed for this on the menu!

The room was sufficient for the short trip we had for a family event. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options including a made-to-order omelette station. Only disappointment was the hotel “restaurant” - technically it’s just food you order at the hotel bar - and not all options on the menu were available due to lack of supplies. The bartender was the only one on duty and also had to make the food. Food wasn’t worth the prices paid for. Overall, though, our stay was pleasant and would stay there again.

Pointed for a three star hotel it was no noisy. The food was not great and the fact that they make you wait until 6:30 in the morning before you can have breakfast when you have appointments around town at seven doesn’t give you a lot of time.
