Das Zimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Soweit gab es keine Beanstandungen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war "ruhig" trotz relativer, zentraler Lage. Nach 10 Min gehen, war man Mitten von Chan Mai's Innen/Altstadt. Gegenüber des Hotelsist ein Kindergarten. Was wir als belustigendes Empfanden, wenn die Kinder gesungen und gespuelt haben, könnte es für andere als Störung empfunden werden. Der Pool ist etwas klein und dient lediglich zur Abfrischung.

The hotel and room were clean, new and well-kept. The cleaning service was prompt and thorough too. The staff was polite and obliging. The breakfast which came with the booking was delicious. It was in the Old City and within walking distance to many temples, dining options, massage services and just about anything. Such a pleasant experience we had! Thank you, Cheeva Dee! A beautiful boutique hotel experience in Chiang Mai. The location was wonderful and the staff were amazing - so warm, welcoming and kind. The facility was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Although the breakfast spread was limited but it was delicious and pretty! Welcome drink was tasty too and came with a lovely snack. The room was clean and the staff were polite. Stayed in a junior suite which has a small balcony that has very limited view.

Excellent hôtel. L’établissement est petit et intime, avec de très belles chambres d’une propreté impeccable. Le lit est très confortable, la literie de très bonne facture. Le petit déjeuner est luxueux et varié, avec de nombreux choix y compris pour les végétariens. La réception est impeccable, le service également. Le personnel est agréable, parle bien anglais et n’hésite pas à vous aider. Ils ont appelé et effectué une réservation pour moi auprès d’un établissement qui ne parlait pas anglais. Je recommande !

Loved this hotel, a hidden gem! Amazing staff, great breakfast included and super clean! Made me feel like I was a 5star guest at a 3 star price. Don't be fooled by the price! Helped me organize trips and transportation. I will hands down stay here next time. I am a picky guest too.
