We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zero in Danbury, CT. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was also plenty of parking available in their large lot. In addition, the free Continental Breakfast was excellent. However, I did have one complaint. The toilet seat in the room’s bathroom was very low with no grab bars. As a 78 year old with back issues, it was really difficult for me to lift myself up. For our next stay in a few weeks, I requested a room that’s handicapped accessible to solve this issue.

We love staying here on our way to and from Maine. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are usually very comfortable. Lovely lobby and outside seating area. The breakfast is average but it's complimentary! The restaurant, "Terra" is a MUST!! There were some issues this time with customer service but William, the manager, made efforts to correct these inadequacies. I think it may have been new staff that just needs to be trained to be more assertive. Will stay again, thanks to William!
