Although listed on Expedia and on the hotel’s website, this property had no hot tub. In addition, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:54am, waking us up when checkout isn’t even until 11:00. The lobby space was nice with a little market and restaurant, nice little fitness room and pool had plenty of towels. Room was clean and had all working amenities.

There were some problems at check in with the system being down. Couldn’t find a working ice machine (a nice guy was able to grab ice from the restaurant). WiFi didn’t work without a lot of trouble. All of this could have been forgiven if it weren’t for the extremely unfriendly woman at the front desk. I have never encountered such terrible service at a Hilton, or any chain hotel. When trying to check in, after entering my credit card and everything, she just stared at us. Didn’t tell us to enjoy our stay, thank us for choosing Hilton, etc. We were still standing there because she didn’t give us our room key! But apparently we were wasting HER time. When the WiFi didn’t work and we called the front desk, she made us go back to the lobby (she had originally given us the wrong password). And she again had attitude. We will gladly never stay here again. Not sure of the name of the woman at the front desk, but she was working the evening of Sunday, May 28, 2023.

We’ve stayed here before and everything was great. This time, the pool was under maintenance so couldn’t swim, and our tv did not work most of the time. It kept just saying bad signal. I realize this isn’t really anyone’s fault but coming here after a long day at Legoland with kids with no tv or pool was a bummer.

This is a great little hotel with a indoor swimming pool and gym which is always nice when traveling for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it was great being able to have a beer at the end of the day at the little bar. It feels very cozy, only three seats at the bar, but the lobby has some great seating options next to the fireplace. So the bad. The room. It was not clean. The bed was obviously not turned over, and there were hair not only on the pillow but also when lifting the sheets. Because I arrived late (10pm) I didn’t bother to ask for clean sheets, and just used towels to lay on. The heating system also didn’t work and was either on (85 degrees) or off dropping to the 60’s (December). This was room 154. If not for this experience, I’d give this hotel a much higher rating, but they need to work on cleanliness.

We had an excellent stay. Sandy was amazing at check-in — she solved an issue we truly didn’t think could be fixed, and she did it with so much kindness and professionalism, even though we were initially frustrated with the situation. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The entire staff has been incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we’re very impressed and grateful for the experience.

The walls were very thin. You could hear when neighbors were talking and using bathroom and especially opening and closing doors. My bathroom had hair in the sink and shower when I arrived. Overall it was average, but I did not sleep well due to the noise.

Bathroom tub appeared to be dirty, but it was actually rust or some other stain. Not very pleasant. As well the panels on the floor were popping up. The bathroom definitely needs to be renovated.

Extremely Clean room and inviting lobby. This location was updated compared to the Poughkeepsie location. Restaurant & snacks for purchase on site. Perfect area off the freeway. Welcoming front desk and friendly house keepers. A smaller size Hilton, but an amazing stay!

This place was disgusting. If you have to stay here be sure to avoid any rooms on the first level, you’ll thank me I promise. We booked two rooms and at first we’re given room on the first floor which we had to vacate due to the overwhelming odor of mildew and mold. The rugs in both rooms felt damp as well as in the hall ways. The front desk moved us to the 2nd floor without any hesitation as if they were aware of these issues. They weren’t great but did not come with overwhelming odors. However the privacy latch on one room was broken and the mattresses felt like sleeping on rocks. Never again would i stay here. The pool is a joke, and definitely not worth a visit. This hotel is poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. Wish I could get my money back because this hotel was not close to Hilton standards and I will never stay at another Hilton or any establishment associated with them.

Great new hotel with very spacious room and huge bathroom. Zero complaints about anything. A guy that seemed like a manager was super helpful and polite. I saw him instruct another employee that someone was waiting, showing the customer service expectation. Very well ran and great rooms. If I had to complain, the breakfast pastries were not great and burnt, and eggs had ham in them. It was only $13. I’d recommend the hotel!

We had an excellent stay. Sherrie, who handled my call the day before and who greeted us upon check in, was outstanding, welcoming, pleasant and responsive to our needs and questions. Every other employee was also very polite and pleasant. The hotel lobby and room was very clean and bright. Loved the pet friendly features. No issues with anything. had a great stay here and will do so in the future.

The hotel definitely needs updates. The restaurant sucked, expensive and unkept. Most would prefer a breakfast bar. The employees were not helpful and rude. We stayed on first floor near pool because of granddaughter. Room had not been renovated but was clean and quiet. Would not stay there again.

The walls must be pretty thin as I could hear my neighbor coughing continuously for quite awhile the night of my stay. The door to the adjacent room was missing a handle on our side but I am not sure why. Otherwise my stay was fine. The breakfast choices were varied. The store front had some incidentals. The parking was good.
