Check in staff was great. Their little snack store had everything from potato chips to frozen dinners which was much appreciated. The room was modern and clean and well appointed. But the thing that really said apart, oddly enough was the breakfast. Top quality, food, drinks, coffee. I just had a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but it was real Philadelphia cream cheese and there was lots of it and the bagel was very good. All the other food looked good as well. I actually looked for a Holiday Inn express for my next hotel need because of the experience I had here.

Elevator was broken. Because I’m notable to climb stairs I was placed in a ground floor room TU it was next to the stairs and very noisy from usage.

The hotel itself was clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked. We traveled with 3 kids to go visit a family member in the hospital the only reason we stayed overnight was it was a holiday weekend and beautiful weather and the kids wanted to go swimming but to our disappointment the pool wasn’t available. Cover was off water was clear blue but couldn’t go in so basically we wasted $200 for nothing. The bed was very uncomfortable also unless you like a firm mattress woke up next morning with everything aching. Really I do not understand why you would have outdoor pool and not have it open on memorial weekend is beyond me. Kids were very upset.

The property looked very nice. Our bathtub had some mold around the edges. Room 121 We were said the pool closed at 8pm. When we went in the pool in the morning, there were a lot of bugs in it. The breakfast was great!

Good place to stay, reasonably priced, friendly staff. The room was clean , bed comfortable. On the day of our stay the elevator was not functional, (s#$@& happens). The one thing that was not acceptable was that window in the room was damaged so it could not be closed properly, we noticed because we had to raise the room temp to overcome the cold draft..

I had a good experience checking in and the room seemed clean and updated. My initial only complaint was that the bathtub had what looked like rust stains and chipped enamel that made it look dirty. We slept well but then in the morning as we were getting ready to check out my mom found a used bandaid stuck to the bed sheet- my mom was not using any bandaids. This was quite disturbing and I informed the front desk clerk who made a look of disgust and said he would notify housekeeping but there was no other apology or offer for compensation for the situation. Not impressed with the cleanliness or customer service.

We chose a “suite” so that we would have a sofa for reading and watching tv in the evening. The sofa needs to be replaced, quite uncomfortable, creaky. Requested an extra pillow, non available.

Been staying there for 10 years now and this is the third time I was put in room 214 which is right next to the elevator shaft All you hear constantly is the noise from the elevator going up and down The bedroom is right up against the elevator wall cannot get a good nights sleep The hotel was not booked to capacity and I should have requested another room and next year when I go there I will let them know that I will NOT accept any room near the elevator Other than that they did a great job on the renovation

The young man at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in quickly and efficiently, which was appreciated after such a long day of travel. It is also very rare to find a hotel with decent pillows, so big bonus! Only complaint is that the housekeeping crew came in while I was out despite me hanging the sign on the door - plus someone left their microfiber towel that was likely used for dusting in my room. Otherwise this was a generally positive experience!

Great hotel however the 1st night when I got in from the hotel I asked for a towel because we only got 3 for a 4 person reservation. The front desk clerk was rude especially when I said if I dont get a wash rag.

The service in general was excellent. Except for Erick, who was rude to me, a dark-skinned man who served at the counter. The hotel is excellent. Clean, comfortable and generally very good service. I recommend it and would go back!! El servicio en general fue excelente. Salvo por Erick que fue un mal educado conmigo un señor moreno que atendía en el mostrador. El Hotel es excelente. Limpio, confortable y en general muy buena atención. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir!!

I was wowed with this hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff. Exceptionally clean facility and clean room. Easy access to many nearby restaurants and Route 84. A great value, nice breakfast, and best of all…the coffee was delicious! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re passing through.

This is a great hotel! It’s SO clean and comfortable! It’s in the middle of everything so you have many options for dining and shopping. It’s approximately 7 minutes away from the mall as well. There’s a market within walking distance directly across the street! The free breakfast is really good as well!

There was no regular coffee for breakfast other than decaf. The decanter was taken away. The staff brought out a Keurig and once my husband made a cup with the k cup from our room, they took the Keurig away again. We had to get coffee elsewhere.
