We arrived on a windy day, the doors were hard to get in to. We went to eat at the hotel bar and they were just about out of everything. The pool was easy to locate but not heated so the kids didn’t utilize it for very long.

Very clean, house keeping daily, very flexible. Food is amazing. They let us check in earlier and out a bit late which was amazing. Kids love the pool. Very clean and not too deep for kids. Front desk stuff very nice. Love it.

The issue we have is, we booked this property for the pool, and searched for properties with this filter applied, when we arrived with our 3 kids, we found out the pool was being renovated. The manager offered to refund the room, but we’d have to leave, not ideal for a family to find another hotel at 5pm.

23.00 a night is very high and access to good parking sucks. Disappointing website didn’t say pet fee and the amount for breakfast was wrong , not 11.00 but 14.00 a person. Plus website Didnot say they do not take cash. I understand they try to prevent theft but we still live in the USA and they won’t take USA Cash currency- so wrong!

Pool was fantastic for kids, the varying depths made it easy for my 8 and 10 year olds to touch the bottom comfortably while playing. Rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. Twenty minute walk to the Keybank arena.

Very pricey for an outdated Hilton Garden. Furniture and rugs were worn and stained. The bed was old and incomfortable. Lampshades were damaged. On arrival, the floor in our room was dirty. There was a spill left from previous traveler, and they said they couldn’t come clean it until morning and then never did. Housekeeping came just as we were nearly ready to leave for an event. I told her two minutes and it was all hers. She refuse and I was handed fresh towels during our interaction. Our room was never cleaned the entire 3 day stay. On a positive note, the location was the perfect and the servers for breakfast were a blast.

Staff was very friendly and location was great =) The room was comfortable, but inside one of the dresser drawers was a wet towel and trash, im assuming from the previous occupant. In the morning i went to make coffee and 2 of the 4 kuerig pods were used , but someone had put them back in the tray. We skipped using the coffee machine. Overall our stay was fine, but I feel like some of the cleanliness was lacking.

“Heated” pool wasn’t heated, and I found the staff to be very rude. I requested a late checkout of 2pm, and it couldn’t be accommodated. They said the latest they would go was 1pm, and the front desk manager looked at me and rudely said “but it is a hard 1pm.” Additionally, my key access stopped working at 11am - couldn’t access any floor but the lobby. Checkout is at 12, and I lost access an hour before check out and 2 hours before my “hard” 1pm checkout. If that’s how you feel you provide good customer service to your Hilton Honors members, I’ll be staying at another hotel if I stay in Buffalo again.

We expected to have a room at check in time since, well that is the check in time. Didn’t get a room until 9pm. We were traveling with other families who got rooms with no issues. No one offered to even discount the room since we lost 6 hours of time, use & convenience. Terrible customer service, all around super disappointed in the property.

The first night there was a large group of parents socializing loudly on my guest floor. It kept me awake very late. The front employee told me they can't enforce noise after 11 pm, only 'suggest'?! He said my only option was to switch rooms (at midnight). Terrible service. This is not an inexpensive hotel. My expectation is for a good night sleep. The next morning the day staff were accommodating and gave me a different room on another room. After that first night, happy with the hotel.

The free wifi didn’t work in my room, so they gave me a special “premium member” “coupon code” to connect to a third party wifi service. I had to give a credit card and now, weeks later, am seeing a recurring charge from this company, whose website is pretty clearly bogus. I’m having to go through a disputed charge process with my credit card company. In short: Not a serious option for business travel. Additionally, the neighborhood felt very unsafe at night. Large homeless presence in the small park immediately in front of the property and tons of road construction everywhere around.
