When we checked in, the guy asked me to put a credit card on file in case something went wrong with the room. The room was already prepaid through Hotels.com. I went up to the front desk because $269 was taking off my card. The manager looked at me like I was stupid and told me it was my bank. When I went to the other guy, he said they mistakenly took it off of my card instead of the one it was supposed to be taking off of through Hotels.com. So they said they refunded my money but instead they took another $269 out. Again when I went up, they all talk to me like I’m stupid and I don’t know what I’m talking about. Somehow, they’ve all worked at a bank and know what’s going on or worked at multiple hotels and kept telling me that it was going to return and it was only pending. It is completed at my bank and the other one is still pending. So because of that, I couldn’t have a vacation with my kids and had to borrow money off of someone for gas home because they took close to $600 off of me. I will never stay at one of their hotels again.

Smells bad, the room had a bag of eaten chips in one of the drawers. The attention at the lobby and by the gentleman in charge of the breakfast was rude. Avoid if you can.

This was by far our worst experience EVER! They didn’t have our room so they shipped us to a different hotel…put us in a room that looked like a dungeon and was disgustingly filthy. Also the electrical room which was right next door had the door propped open with the panels open with fans blowing on them…uh right so we then looked at another room which wasn’t so much like a dungeon but it wasn’t clean AT ALL. The floors o don’t think have ever been washed! We went back to the other hotel and they refunded are stay and then sent us up to a different room….horrible honestly. The bathroom was at best the size of a 1950’s closet and dirty as well. We, now 9pm, booked a different much more expensive hotel and left this very nasty property. Stay anywhere else.

Room was good for what we needed, but a little dated. Air conditioner would not cool the room well. Tub fixture not up to standard with missing shower pull knob. We made it work for the night. Rooms were clean, that staff engagement was average. Breakfast was good. Good parking. It was as close to the airport for our early departure.
