Property was nice. Well placed in downtown, close to some cute restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Pool water was a bit cloudy/dirty and cold so didn't go in it. Wifi didn't work midway through the stay. Staff was all very friendly, excellent customer service.

Very good location in downtown Buffalo. The staff were very friendly and the lobby is welcoming. Bar and restaurant were good. Swimming pool has a great view but isnt heated and was unbearably cold My room was very dated with few amenities and really needed renovating.

Chophouse just down the street, They need to work on their valet parking. A lot of confusion and cars parked everywhere and not moving. Got locked in and 1 attendant on phone outside and no others to be seen. Sat night there were more attendants I guess hotel got the message from other people….still hectic.

The room was in good condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired and it was unfortunately full of self-entitled city folk during my stay (not their fault, I guess and not at all like the other hotels I stayed at in Buffalo). The biggest issue I had was with the wait times for the lifts. I gave up and used the stairs quite a few times - fortunately I was only on floor 4!

Nice room. Issues with the elevators. Of three elevators only one worked. Ice machines broken on all floors but the 11th and 12th. You have to pay for valet parking. When checking in the front desk clerk was not welcoming. Very rude. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

Service was excellent check in was easy. Parking is either 29 dollar valley, 12 dollar parking next door or free from 5pm-8am on the street. The room was filthy. I won’t ever stay at the hotel again. There was an empty water bottle under the nightstand, dirty floor when I walked onto the 11th floor. I knew it was a dirty hotel when I saw the lint and bits of stuff all over the floor. Same with inside the room. I dropped my phone and looked for it behind the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The overall appearance of the room was dinged and aged.

The hotel and most of its facilities and fitness center were dirty, not properly cleaned, and worn down. The room was not clean including the bathroom and garbage on the floor under the desk/table in the room from prior occupants. Wallpaper was peeling in common areas/hallways. The $25 breakfast buffet was limited and there was hair in the breakfast potatoes. Multiple plates stacked at the buffet line for use by guests were dirty.

The hotel lobby is amazing, bright and friendly. Starbucks is in the hotel as well. That's where it kind of ends. Iced machine was broken on our floor. The Hotel room was full of mold in the bathroom, Peeling wallpaper and blood on the wall near the toilet paper holder. The Remote had disgusting white stuff on it that had to be cleaned off. The Fitness room was ok. I don't know if it is other people or cleanliness but so much dirt on the treadmill and not cleaned off. Didn't use the pool so cannot comment on that Can use Valet but parking across the street was half the price! For a $250 stay was kind of disappointed.

This hotel is disgusting. There is mold in the bathroom. Stains all over the rooms, every mattress is broken, the carpet is sticky, show dirty. What more do you need to hear? The bar team was rude. There is no room service. The person working the pantry was mean to people. The restaurant turned people away a full 30 min before closing. Waste of money. This place is gross and not an enjoyable experience.

Cleanliness room was terrible. The carpets were heavily stained, the toilet rang constantly, and you couldn’t regulate the temperature of the shower. After getting out of the shower, my feet were filthy within five minutes of walking on the carpet. There was a recent coffee stain by the window and nobody attempted to clean it up. I share this with the individual that I was checking out and he said that must’ve been terrible And did nothing else.

The Huron Suite was very spacious and comfortable and perfect for our family. Pool is a bit dated and very warm due to all the glazing. Avoid the pool shower rooms as are need off a full update. Hotel is in a Good downtown location.

This is a very comfortable hotel which is extraordinarily convenient to the Convention Center! The staff was helpful, the room was quiet, and the shower had great water pressure. My room had a fantastic view. The valet was helpful. I would happily return here!

Location is amazing. Staff at this hotel very nice. The big issue is the AC. We had multiple rooms with our group and only 2 were cool enough with the 85 degree heat. They switched our room on check in because it was so warm. The second room was steamy through the weekend- not very comfortable. However the location and staff helped!

The AC was not working in the hotel. When we checked in no one told us that. You would think they would let us know that up front in the heat of the summer. Also bed sheets had stains on them. Also they have a Starbucks in the lobby but was not open. The ice machines were not working either. They provided no fans or water or anything with the AC out.

As soon as we got there (it was late), the toilet in our room flooded. Not just a little, the entire bathroom had a 1/2 of standing water. when I went to the front desk to try to find staff I had to wait 15 minutes as no one was there, no one responded to my calls, and when I rang the phone number I could hear it ringing and no one answered. They finally fixed it after about 40 minutes, but it did it again in the morning, spilling into the carpeted area of the room. Also, the iron leaked water all over my clothes, staining them. Not a good stay.

It was nice being in the middle of downtown where the places we were visiting were relatively easy to reach and go to. Also, big shout out to Kevin at the front desk area. He’s the man, made sure I was happy and everything was going smoothly the entire time I was there. Went above and beyond to handle some stuff for me too. Mans needs a raise or at the very least some acknowledgment for his ability to help make a guest comfortable while staying there. Shout out Kevin

The property was beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk Kevin was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room. Within 5 minutes Kevin had it resolved and had us in a beautiful new suite. His attention to detail and customer service went well above anything I usually see.

Great stay. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all the fun shops, eateries and bars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and stocked. The only thing that stood out was the large vent over the door appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time and the hairdryer had a stain. Overall it was a good stay.

We stanyed here for 5 days. Our stay was very nice close to transportation and bars and restaurants near us. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to this place Johnny Ds and the food was very delicious there. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast included, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was delicious however they are very short staffed and takes forever to get your food. so that was the only bad thing here.

Property website said there was on site dining. The bar was supposed to be open but it was not. Not many restaurants in the immediate area. I went to a concert and was looking for anything to eat in the area. Nothing was open at 10pm on a Thursday night. Also, not a lot of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and from the rooms around mine.

Beautiful room. Breakfast buffet was horrible! We assumed it was continental due to the appearance and quality. I took a bite of the French toast and discarded it. My husband attempted to eat the eggs and also discarded it. We were charged $50. The room was $250. And there was no parking. Would not stay again.

Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included. Overall stay was great and food from the bar and restaurants were good.
