Lovely property in great location by the sea. Check in was overly complicated- despite having pre filled out registration online I was asked to provide the same information again at check in. Also for some reason there are 2 lobbies and we had to lug our own luggage across from one to the other. On checking out, the staff simply said thank you and goodbye. No offer of help with luggage or if we needed a taxi calling. The little things which make a difference. Breakfast was very chaotic- nobody seemed to be in charge and too many people for the room size. Queues for food were long, and I even had to ask the chef to re stock the tray of fried eggs which had run out, meaning even longer queues. In general not a pleasant start to the day. Otherwise a very nice stay with nice staff.

We booked a Deluxe Room, which was located in the older part of the resort. Unfortunately, this also meant that it was very close to the main road, and there was noticeable traffic noise during the night. As someone who travels extensively around the world, this was not what I expected considering the high price of the stay. The buildings numbered 1–7 appear to need renovation in order to meet the standard guests would reasonably expect from a resort in this price category. We also asked for a late check-out of approximately three hours. Although the hotel did not appear to be fully booked, we were told that we would need to pay half of an additional day’s rate. We found this inflexible and disappointing. In addition, we saw several cats around the property. On two occasions, we observed cats defecating in the sand near the breakfast area, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the resort has potential, but the room location, noise, maintenance, late check-out policy, and cleanliness around the breakfast area did not justify the price we paid. Kind regards

Excellent location. Fabulous room. Resort on the beach front. Fabulous breakfast and great food all round. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Only a 20 minute walk along a well lit busy road to Fisherman’s village with its local food outlets, bars and boutique shops. Lots of day trips available at very reasonable prices.
