What guests think

Based on recent reviews, Hotel Oui GO! stands out for its central old-town location, clean and well-kept boutique rooms, and friendly staff, while recurring drawbacks include off-site parking, street and hallway noise, and some compact rooms.

Guests like the historic building’s character, high ceilings, comfortable beds, and modern decor, though a few note worn finishes. Breakfast at the adjacent spot is widely praised, but availability, late start times, or closures occasionally disappoint. A few mention ventilation or climate-control quirks and sporadic front-desk delays. Overall, it suits travellers who value character and walkability over full-service amenities.

We arrived for check in but no one was at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes and then saw the instructions for parking on the counter so went to park. Parking was about 5-10 min walk from the hotel, something we were not aware of when we booked. The lot was $10 for 24hours. The room was small and akward. But the bed was fairly comfortable and the view was nice. The bathroom was small and did not contain a fan for ventilation. Also no bathtub. We went for dinner and came back for the night. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant was closed so we walked to find something.

Nice hotel, but our room did not look anything like the pictures on the website. Price is way too high for the room we had. You can hear people walking outside your door, let alone when they talk. A/C was shut off, so the room was too hot at 22deg for sleeping and there was no way to put it on. They were closed for the winter.

Pros: location. Clean. Cons: Tiny room. Parking is far. Curtains don't block lights at night, felt like daylight during the night. We checked in at 2:40pm and employee told us to come back for 3! Didn't even check if room was ready. I thought that was kind of rude.

Hotel Oui Go is situated in the midst of old Trois Rivière, close to great dining options, local attractions and so close to the river walk and bike trails. Being so close, it can be a little noisy for those who seek an early bed time, but things did quiet down by 11 pm. For breakfast I would highly suggest the adjacent restaurant - nice options and plated with care. Thank you for a wonderful get away

Nice boutique hotel in a perfect location downtown Trois-Rivières. Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed. I ate breakfast twice at the adjoining restaurant Le Bistroquet. Both times the food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Loads of restaurants and bars walking distance. The only inconvenience is the off-site parking which is not controlled. Hotel staff does go check and ticket those who park without authorisation, but they cannot be there all the time and I had a situation where my parking spot was taken by someone parking illegally. Not a big inconvenience as they were able to quickly assign me a new spot. That said, my overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back.
