Great spot for an affordable weekend with the kids. The water slide in the pool area is amazing. Rooms are big and clean, too. Special shout out to Ben at the front desk (I believe he's the manager) for the awesome service. Will definitely be going back.

Ne pas choisir cet hôtel pour la piscine, car, elle n'est pas bien entretenu. Le matin que l'on y était, l'eau y était trouble et ca sentait mauvais. La dame nous avertit de ne pas se baigner pour lui donner le temps de mettre des produits. A la vue et l'odeur, ça nous a coupé l'envie. Elle nous a dit d'attendre 30 minutes, ce qui est très peu pour laisser agir les produits tant qu'a nous. Un entretien regulier de la piscine assure la qualité de l'eau, pas un traitement le matin même ! Ça aurait dû être fait la veille. Le dejeuner est ordinaire. Le comfort du matelas est ordinaire. Très ordinaire comme place. Seulement son emplacement près de l'autoroute lui donne un avantage. Pas très super. Et encore moins super 8 fois.

Le "Petit-Dejeuner" est que céréales et pains! Dans l\'endroit où on doit se faire notre déjeuner, c\'était peu entretenue (céréales,sucre,graine partout) et les Contenants n\'étaient pas remplis souvent. La piscine et le spa était EXTRÊMEMENT sales. L\'ameublement de la chambre était désuet ( les colanlant antidérapants dans le bain de fait dater des années 80) et s\'était peu insonorisée.

Had a hard time rating. It was fine for a night, the pool was fun but as you looked around, you can see some wear and tear on the facilities. Things floating in the pool. Hallways on 2nd floor smelled like cigarette smoke but the actual room smelled fine. Did the usual bed check, pulled up the clean linens, saw the mattresses were stained. Tried not to think about it as I slept. Staff was very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly good for a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was adequate. My only complaint was the non-existant sound-proofing between my room and the room next door, which was connected by an adjoining door (locked during my stay, but could be opened to connect the two rooms for a family). The sound traveled so well that I could listen to his TV program and hear every word when he talked, it was a bit awkward.

Excellent large room with comfortable king bed and hot tub jacuzzi in room. Temperature was plenty hot enough in hot tub. Hotel also included an indoor pool & hot tub that we did not use. Breakfast was decent with all the usual options. Very clean, new looking hotel with friendly staff. Convenient patio door in room to load and unload your luggage to & from. Very pleasant overnight stay while travelling further north in Quebec. Great Mexican restaurant in downtown Trois Rivières, 20 min drive away.

Séjour étape inclus dans un circuit à travers le Canada. La chambre est propre, possède un micro-ondes et un petit réfrigérateur. MAIS pas possible de faire un repas à deux dans la chambre car juste un petit guéridon dans un angle avec impossibilité d'y mettre deux chaises. Mon ordi portable tenait tout juste sur cette table. Le système de climatisation est un vieux modèle, extrêmement bruyant et installé proche du lit donc il faut fermer la clim la nuit. Ce problème était identique au Super 8 by Windham de Kingston. Choix petit-déjeuner un peu juste mais reste correct. L'hôtel a un hall accueillant et agréable ; Accueil aimable et disponible à l'arrivée ; le bâtiment est en cours de rénovation, ayant vu le peintre repeindre les murs du rdc ! Par contre, comme tous les hôtels de notre circuit, nous avons dû laisser une caution à l'arrivée. Caution, donc pas encaissé, bien évidemment. Dans cet hôtel, au moment du départ, l'hôtesse nous a dit qu'il fallait compter jusqu'à 5 jours pour être remboursé car ils encaissent la caution... sans prévenir à l'arrivée ! Cela nous a surpris. C'est un peu léger comme façon de procéder.

Service clients médiocre. L'hotel a eu une longue panne d'électricité de plusieurs heures à partir de 5h du matin, aucune lumière dans l'hotel et les detecteurs de fumée dans les chambres qui bippait au 5 minutes pour nous empêcher de dormir. À 8h nous avons donc décidé de partir puisque l'électricité ne revenait pas, et l'hotel a refusé de nous rembourser notre dernière nuit puisque nous n'étions pas 24h à l'avance. Malgré que je leur ai expliqué qu'avec 3 jeunes enfants, une hotel avec des chambres sans lumière et des détecteurs qui bip dans les chambres ne soit pas acceptable, ils m'ont simplement dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire contre la politique, que l'électricité allait revenir éventuellement et qu'ils étaient désolé pour les inconvénients.

For the price, it was an excellent stay. Very convenient off of the highway and has a McDonald's nearby for late night runs. The room was definitely dated but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food selection was pretty sparse but it got you out and on your way quickly.

Apparently, there was a bus group at the hotel and it was a free for all in the tiny dining area trying to get something to eat at breakfast. Extremely noisy and rude people. Not pleasant at all. Eventually, took a couple of items to the room and left the hotel. Disappointed.

J'ai réservé 4 chambres et tous avaient des aspect différent. D'une avec du tapis et une finission vieillissante jusqu'à une complète rénover. La propriété était bien. La piscines etait un bel ajout avec sa glissade d'eau. Parcontre le coin déjeuner et petit donc il se remplis vite.

La chambre était en excellente état. Le lit était très confortable. Le déjeuner fourni était seulement du pain, bagel, céréales et œuf à la coque qui goûtait le vinaigre. C’était assez bas de gamme comme déjeuner. En plus, les tables étaient sales et pleins de déchets par terre en dessous des tables. Heureusement il y a un tim Horton l’autre côté de la rue où nous avons déjeuner.

Le déjeuner continental était compris, mais à notre arrivée, à 8h30, et ce, jusqu'à 9h30, nous n'avons jamais été capable de déjeuner. Il n'y avait plus rien en stock: aucune tranche de pain pour les rôties, aucun lait pour les céréales. Aucun muffin. Chaque fois que des muffins étaient placés, des familles en prenaient jusqu'à 8 pour combler le manque de rôties et mes enfants n'ont rien pu avoir. Seuls des yogourts étaient disponibles pour déjeuner avec quelques céréales. Je comprends que c'était un grand week-end, mais dans ces cas-là, une meilleure planification de l'offre de la nourriture est nécessaire. Nous avons donc dus dépenser plus d'une 40 aine de dollars au Tim Hortons d'en face afin de déjeuner convenablement.
