Airport shuttle did not come to airport after being contacted 3 times (two times by another customer as well) and being informed that the shuttle was on its way. This situation was complicated by the fact that it is common for travellers to have difficulty connecting to cel towers in the hotel shuttle area vs and the airport area in general. Eventually I had to pay for taxi to the hotel, where the receptionist apologized for the poor service, but made no effort to correct the situation. So after booking a hotel with included shuttle for easy travel, I wasted about 3 hours and ended up $25 out of pocket.

The place is pretty run down but they are remodeling it. The staff were very helpful, even helping me with my suitcases. It was clean and the beds were good. Quiet too. This will be a nice place when it gets gussied up. I would stay again. Only problem was the shuttle stops at midnight and my flight was delayed so I had to take an uber which effectively added $40 to my bill.

Shuttle was an hour and half late to the airport. When I checked in I would told to wake up early and walk to office to remind them I needed the shuttle in the morning. Property is run down.

If I could give this property ZERO stars I would. They advertise “airport shuttle”. In the freezing cold, I waited for the shuttle over an hour, and called the lobby over 10 times. I was always assured “it is on the way”…. It turns out - I had to take an Uber and the shuttle is parked out front with 4 inches of snow on it!! There is no operating shuttle!! If The front desk person would’ve simply told me the truth and told me there is no shuttle, that would’ve saved me a lot of time. Additionally, the power of the property was out for roughly 3 hours!!! With zero lights and zero heat! And in the middle of the night, there was screaming of people fighting in the hallway. This is not a safe property. If you care about your time or your SAFETY, do not waste your time at this property

Carpet was flooded, outlets were taped to the wall, no safety lock, torn shower curtain, tub nozzle barely hanging on, no knobs on the cabinets, ceiling falling in and mold everywhere, room curtain not hanging to cover entire window, I had to put a piece of furniture in front of the door to feel safe. No other room available. No breakfast area as it was broken. If something is not done I will NEVER go back. I have already spent 54 nights in hotel in 2025 so I know what to expect. The sweet housekeeper changed my shower curtain and put more towels over the flooding but the other things were not really things that were her job. Said they only had ONE working washing machine. Their morning shuttle driver was beyond rude on ny Tuesday morning trip. He cussed your manager and refused to stop and get me. A kind customer offered to drive me

The AC was also leaking into the room soaking the carpet. The covered up the smell with a plug in air freshener. The bed and furniture was clean and comfortable. There wete some very questionable activity in the parking lot and the cops were there when we returned after dinner. The main issue was that around midnight our first night, the front desk checked in another guest and assigned them to our room. The locks on the door apparently did not function properly because the other guest was able to walk all the way into our room until they noticed us in the bed.

There was a roach in the bathroom. I took a picture of the roach. The bed-skirt and sofa chair in the corner of the room, was filled with stains. The bathroom sink was filthy. The room smelled. I spent a good portion of the night checking the bed for other bugs. The facilities looked dilapidated. The lobby floor was soiled with what smelled like fecal matter. I unfortunately thought that because this was a Wyndham property it would have been reputable, but I was mistaken. It wasn’t even worth what I paid. I would not have stayed there for free, had I known about the facilities. There were individuals hanging out in the front of the property as well. I felt unsafe as I waited for my uber to bring me back to the airport.

This was by far the worst hotel i stayed in. Roaches on the property , the room is NOTHING like what’s pictured . Ceiling falling apart. The tub was molded and most out the outlets didn’t work and was rusted . I planned to stay for 3 nights and due to everywhere else being booked up i had to stay for a half of night and got out of there the next morning

My room had a fridge but no microwave. The remote barely worked unless you stood up in front of the tv. the door wouldnt secure flush against the door jam so there was constant gap. And to top it all off there was a shooting right across the street at the gas station. Other than that it was great!

Booked a non-smoking room and got placed in two smoking rooms before getting into a non-smoking room. The non-smoking room had trash left inside in trash can. Blinds/curtains did not fully close so outside light shined in all night making it tougher to fall asleep.

The property was not clean and well kept. The carpets in the hallway looked like they had not been cleaned in 5 years...very dirty, especially down the middle. The shower did not switch from the spigot to the shower head completely...I got this anemic flow of water out of the shower head while VERY HOT water flowed out of the spigot around my feet.

The room was mostly clean except there were cockrocks (one dead on the bathroom floor and one alive). The shower curtain was broken and left in the room, fortunately it was a wheelchair accessible room so not having a shower curtain wasn't so bad. Weird thing is they ask for a $60 deposit when you check in that you get back at checkout. My room was facing the highway so it gets really loud in early morning with traffick. There isn't much around the hotel and it gets pretty sketchy at night. Parking is mess, as people didn't bother to park between the lines. The front desk personal at night was ok but definitely not as friendly as the morning one.

Staff were great and the room was spotless. The facility is not good. The first room the deadbolt would not work. The second had the shower rod pulled down, the shower faucet loose in the wall, the premium channels on the TV were fuzzy and unwatchable, the USB port plate pulled out of the side table when you tried to remove the cord, and there was 2”x4” hole in the carpet.

The room looked like it was mid-remodeling and the curtain for the window wouldn’t close all the way. The TV kept going all rainbow and it didn’t have good reception to play the show or movie selected.

Horrible. Didnt even check in yet & Guy at front desk was extremely rude. Yelling & Threatened me and my husband. Told us to go back to jamacia just because my husband has locks . Told us to stay somewhere fuc*ing else. Started the booking so expedia couldnt refund me and told me he will also not refund and to get the fuc* out.

I called the front desk to arrange a pick up for the hotel shuttle. I ended up wandering around the airport because they wanted to pick me up in an unloading zone rather than the hotel shuttle loading zone. But it also gets better; there are TWO Days Inns that are about 2 miles apart. It’s easy to end up getting in the wrong shuttle and then having to Lyft/Uber over to the correct one.

Me and my two kids was in the room when the person from the front desk knocked on the door, I didn’t go to the door when he knocked the first couple of times and he proceeded to use his own key to open the door and let himself in lucky the latch was on the door and I don’t think that’s right. So I checked out early

The front of the hotel was clean but if you come during a time where they are cleaning it’s very strong. The “free breakfast “ is coffee, juice, and granola bars and they go fast! I booked on Expedia and it just says free breakfast which in usual situations it’s continental! The front is also a bit outdated in terms of look but the rooms were very clean I had no issues. They were very generous when we used the shuttles to get to public transportation from the airport. The halls did smell like smoke but that’s what you get when you stay in a smoke free hotel. Overall 4 stars for good service and a clean room. But I wouldn’t put free breakfast if it’s not actually breakfast

We didn't feel quite safe in this area. Our stay was only an overnight for our flight connection, so we stayed but had it been longer, we would have gone elsewhere. The pictures do not accurately reflect the condition of the room/hotel.

I pulled in around 9pm after a long 13 hour drive. I had already paid for a reservation so I was staying no matter what. The room was clean; I didn't see bugs or anything gross. The hotel is right past a boarded up building though, and really sketchy people hang out in front of the hotel. Pretty sure they were dealing. Might want to invest in armed security and better surveillance equipment so people feel safe staying at the hotel.

Awful hotel in bad area. Didn’t feel safe. Bed was metal springs. No towels. No trash can. Slept in clothes and wooly hat as cold and only a sheet on bed. Would have left but no other airport room available.

Very clean, shuttle service to and from the airport. Only a couple of options to eat around. No breakfast, only juice, cafe and grain bars. Far from the rest of hotels, maybe the farest one from airport but still Ok.

The first room we were assigned the television wasn’t working. The carpet smells like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was wet and soggy from a leak from the bathroom. I’m guessing we move to another room looks slight improvement. The TV still didn’t work the curtains were broken. There was no breakfast as advertised. They were granola bars, the second day, juice and coffee and that was the breakfast to say we were disappointed is an understatement.
