The property was perfect because I was traveling with my son. The kids play area and pool worked out perfectly! It was also only a short distance from the airport and Magic Kingdom. The drawbacks were the $10 "credit" for food and beverages really wasn't one. We did receive a gift bag with two water bottles and two snack bags of chips, tho. Also, our reservation was to include "late checkout when available." The front desk staff informed me that that does not apply and I could have late checkout, but it would be $75.

The floor are run down, the music is on a loud speaker outside but when I called to ask when they would be shutting it off they did turn it off at 9:30 pm, cute place. Note no elevator to bring bags upstairs. Shuttle to parks is one time in the day before the free breakfast and I think 2 hrs before parks open so will be at parks not doing anything until then. The breakfast was great!! Staff were kind and room clean

If you're looking for kid-friendly hotel, look no further. Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club is truly a paradise for families looking to entertain their children. From the delicious buffet style breakfast, to the pool, bouncy castle, gamer zone, playground and football area, your child(ren) will definitely have a blast. As a parent, I truly appreciate the cleanliness, convenience of the location, the staff's professionalism and the extremely comfortable bed (which is an absolute must after a long day at seaworld/disney/etc) Needless to say, my son and I had a blast and we'll definitely be back.

The property has a second story and no elevator to access it. They didn’t have dollys to get items from the car to the stairwell so we had to make a ton of trips back and forth to get our belongs upstairs. After unloading the luggage we left and when we returned, the AC was not cooling the room. We had to switch rooms and repack to move everything to the next room. Outside of that we had a good stay. Most if not all the guests had kids and we didn’t hear them once in the room so it was a peaceful night. I thought being right in front of the playground could be disturbing but it wasn’t which was great!

The property is conveniently located around multiple shopping and dining. The breakfast was always great! Probably the best part of our stay. They variety of options, and the staff was friendly. The self made/serve Mickey waffle was a delight! The manager Jesus was awesome! When he learned about the main down side we had about our rooms (lack of microwave), he offered us another room which had one. Although we declined to switch rooms with only one more night left, it was very nice of him. However, there was a central microwave in the game room. The pool was clean, and the staff kept it stacked with fresh towels. Suggestion: The shower head could use a little more cleaning, there was black buildup dirt on it. Maybe restock toiletries frequenty. Have at least 2 staff memmbers at Startbucks; the wait times were too long. After long flights people do not want to wait so long. Overall, it was so much fun for the kids-TRULY A KIDS CLUB!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic Moments,front of house staff were always friendly,place was clean, breakfast was a good mix,go 7-8am otherwise busy, enough to cater for all ,kids loved the pool area and park, good location near restaurants, shops(Aldi),free shuttle bus to certain parks ,room was clean,a little tired in places but was perfect for what we needed,great place,would return, have one gripe but don't want it to tarnish the review, few issues with housekeeping, always giving incorrect number of towels ,not a massive issue but a pain when already mentioned to the staff and your there for 2 weeks and kept happening ....

This Hotel is amazing for families! We enjoyed all of the activities that the hotel has to offer! It is less than 15 minutes away from Disney and for a great price I can’t wait for our next stay. The only thing I would recommend though… we stayed for 6 nights and our room was on the 2nd floor. This hotel does not have elevators. We brought snacks and drinks for the trip and lugging all of that up and down the stairs at the beginning and end of our trip was a lot!

I had to kill 2 german cockroaches and there were food crumbs on the couch and floor. The new coffee shop is an absolute joke. Only 1 person working when its busy and they didnt either have or understand that I wanted a medium roast coffee. There was also very limited power outlets. Ridiculous overall.

Very clean and comfortable. There is a dollar tree and Aldi grocery right beside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and Krispy Kreme donuts within walking distance. Great kids play area and large pool. Very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast included was fantastic. The kids loved the Mickey waffles. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Orlando area.

The hotel looked much better in the online photos than in reality. I spent nearly two hours going back and forth with staff, only to be told they had no lotion available. This caused me to walk to a local store. The bathroom was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant odor, almost like burning hair, which suggested the traps needed flushing. Housekeeping did not service the room daily, so it quickly started to smell of old food and dirty towels. Clean towels were only provided when I called to request them, and on my third night, I waited over two hours before growing frustrated and just check out early. The breakfast itself was decent, but the waffle station was chaotic—unsupervised with long lines and small children running around near the hot iron. Overall, I wish I had chosen another hotel.

Very family oriented. I stayed at Magic Moment from February 28 to March 3 in room 150, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The issues I encountered include: Dingy, brownish bed sheets and a warped mattress Excessive decorative pillows with no sanitary place to store them Unclean floors, dressers, and chairs Water leakage from the ceiling Broken shower handle, weak water pressure, and slow drainage Lack of electrical plugs and noise from the connecting room Additionally, I witnessed a report of bed bugs by another guest's room, which is a major concern. No resolution was provided for my concerns.

The lobby and breakfast area are nice. However, the cleanliness of the hotel room was not! We felt like we were walking on the most sticky floor ever! The bathroom floor was extremely dirty. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable. The curtain gaps brought in lights at night so much that we had to use our suitcases to hold the curtains in the right place.

I had booked an elite room (1 king bed, 1 sofa bed). Upon arrival, we were placed in the wrong room; the room with 2 queen beds. Front desk informed me that they didn't have any elite rooms available, so we settled for what we got. The next morning they offered to move us, but at that point we were unpacked and settled and busy with park days that we just stayed. They don't administer refunds under any circumstances either, so it was a bit inconveniencing. However, the comfort, cleanliness, and modernness of the room was very nice. I believe it was just a simple mistake and would like to try again sometime.

The bed was really uncomfortable and we had an elite room it felt like we were sleeping on a wood board. The rooms were also really small for families and to be a family resort. Breakfast did not have good options and wasn’t tasty we didn’t go back after the first day . The pool wasn’t warmed but ofc kids don’t mind but I as a parent woulda preferred it warm for my kids . The play area was fun for my kids they throughly enjoyed all the kid activities other then that not really worth the expensive price tag based off space in the room and the comfort of the bedding. Staff was also great !

The photos do not reflect the actual conditions of the room. The room was repainted from whatever condition it was left in. Floor is uneven, furniture is heavily chipped and scratched. The mini refrigerator was basically a freezer, froze every drink that was in there. Staff was great and friendly though!

The staff was great. Nice breakfast options. The shuttle service is not great. Their times aren’t convenient and the bus drivers don’t communicate well as to where you are going. Tip for Universal: If you are waiting for lane #83 like we are suppose to, apparently the buses will park in surroundings lanes. Be aware of your surroundings and speak up! Also had another driver drop us off at the wrong location one day. I asked to make a formal complaint and the front desk referred me to the company. I sent an email and 3 days later have heard nothing.

Service is terrible! I inquired at the counter for a housekeeper to come clean the bathroom as my son threw up and he told me they were around and that they would come to me eventually. They only came late afternoon and I wasn’t going to wait so I cleaned it myself. To get toilet paper it was asking for a lot. They would give one roll at a time and we were 4 in one room. Also 3 days back home and I still have not received back my security deposit on my credit card. Breakfast was not the best and the same food every day. My son believes he got sick on the first day because of the breakfast as he was fine by the evening. A friend of mine staying in a few rooms down from me had 2 or 3 cockroaches in her bathroom so no I will not be back nor refer to a friend.

This was the perfect location to stay. Quick access to the Disney area, conveniently located near many businesses like Aldi, CVS, Dollar Tree and Souvenir gift shops. All of which were walkable. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have and the lobby and cafe had tasty snacks, coffee and treats to buy when we wanted something to-go. The lobby is beautiful and elegant and the girls loved the red carpet/and step-repeat background at breakfast. They felt famous, in their pajamas! We also liked that the kids had plenty of fun things to do when we wre taking a "rest" day. The play area was well maintained, the bounce house, pool and tree swing were a big hit. We loved that there was also picnic tables with shade and porch swing seating for when our kiddos were playing that the adults could chill on. Our room was the furthest from the lobby and play area, but that was okay as it gave us a quiet spot to hang out when we needed it. There was plenty of parking spots and we liked that it was a gated and fenced in area. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Kissimmee area again!

The hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Disney, Universal and Sea World. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the theme parks. It is very clean with a great play area and pool for young kids. The included breakfast was great. The kids loved the Mickey shaped waffles. The staff were extremely friendly and help. Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I took a quick trip to Florida. We enjoyed our stay at Magic Memories. It is kid friendly with lots of things to keep the kids busy. They even had a bounce house. The minion showed up at breakfast. They had the best continental breakfast with the most choices I have ever seen.

The property is wonderful for families with children. The swimming pool area is very relaxing, and well appropriate for families. The play areas, and the rest and relaxation areas are all padded with the fake grass with plenty of seating areas for all. The only negative I have for this property is that the buffet breakfast has fake eggs and real fake sausage. The waffle makers work however, and there is always toast, cereal, and extremely limited fruit. I would stay here again, but eat breakfast at McDonalds.

It was a great 2 day trip for us. The room was perfect and clean. One suggestion is for someone to prepare the waffles and keep them warm instead of having guests do it themselves. The guests were burning waffles and holding up a long line which is not a very nice breakfast experience.

My kids and I loved the cute family and inspirational quotes found all along the property. I wish we had time to go to the pool and play house. The breakfast was AMAZING! Mickey waffles, eggs, meat protein, hot chocolate, fruit (oranges, apples, and pineapple), yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, juice, coffee, toast, peanut butter and jelly. We didn’t use the shuttle service because both times were too early for us (8:30 am drop off and 4:30 pm pick up) but we appreciated that it was offered. We were very happy to stay here!
