Front desk staff were excellent even though they were very busy. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical but well prepared and lots available despite the crowd. The roads to the hotel were awful and the shuttle wasn’t on time either to the hotel or back to the airport.

The Comfort Inn - Nisku is a clean, relaxing hotel just 10 minutes from EIA. It’s convenient shuttle service to the Airport was helpful and the modest fee of $8.00 a day parking while away is a of great value. Breakfast had a variety of items for you to enjoy and the staff was amazing. Morning staff greeted each and every guests as they passed by the desk to and from breakfast. Definitely recommend the Comfort Inn for convenience, price, amenities, cleanliness and an overall appreciation of the staff to their guesta

The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The elevator was broken, so doing 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases after travelling all day was not ideal. There also is not enough parking for guest staying here. The front desk staff was good, the room was clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The price included a free buffet breakfast that included various items. There is a pool and an exercise room as well as guest coin laundry. A vehicle is needed to enjoy the various nice restaurants in nearby Leduc. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Front desk person was delightful with me on arrival. Please thank her again for alerting me for having left my rental car keys on the counter. Room was spotless, and as importantly, quiet. Not happy as the bed had some one hair on bedsheets. The microwave was very dirty and it looks like some one heated somethink didn't clean it or the hotel house keeper. The remote for the tv was missing. The hotel cleaning crew shoudl check for all these when cleaning the rooms. Should have cleaning check list.

The hotel was VERY clean. That is my first and #1 thing I look for so gold star on that! The staff (all staff) were really kind. The beds were comfortable… Check, Check, Check. The ONLY downside were the pillows. They were horrible on every level. Both my son and I woke up with bad headaches in the middle of the night. The pillows were all identical. They need to go. Past that… great stay and I would and will definitely come back. But I’ll be bringing my own pillow (and I am an outback guy who sleeps on the dirt)…

This hotel was very disappointing. The entire place has a bad smell, and the location is in an industrial area — though it is fairly close to the airport, which is the only convenience. There are some restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself is poorly maintained. The tub clogged every time we showered, making the stay uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The first day our air conditioning was making a huge noise. The staff were so good. They moved us right across the hall. We cannot say enough about the staff. They went over and above on everything! So friendly, always cleaning. The breakfast area was constantly being cleaned and refreshed. I would for sure stay there again in the future!

Overall, pretty good. Stayed for 11 nights, and the housekeeping crew was very nice. Otherwise, breakfast was average, and if you are a light sleeper you are going to hate the CN train hooting and hollering all night. My sheets were switched out every other day, and the comforter on the last switch was all torn up. Average stay, staff was definitely super friendly though.

The breakfast wasn’t amazing. No gluten free options, which my child requires. Sheets on one of the beds had a warn out spot right at the top, which was weird. We weren’t sure if it was dirty or warn. Kind of gross either way. Pool is small and cold. Otherwise the room was clean. I liked the AC to cool down the space and white noise to drown out the loud guests.

We came to Edmonton on an emergency for my brothers funeral. Our flight came in at 130 but check in was not till 3pm. We called the hotel and the lovely lady at the counter gave us our room early so we could quickly check in and freshen up so we could get to the mosque on time for his funeral procession. We were so stressed about everything and the kindness and ease with check in made a horrible day that much easier. The breakfast the next morning had mini omelette that had bacon in them and we don’t eat pork so my husband asked the lady if they cold make him some veggie omelettes and she was absolutely I can! The staff at this hotel were so kind and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean and had micro and mini fridge and vending machines on the floors. I would stay here again for sure. The hotel is a 10 min drive to the airport and 15-20 mins from most areas. We found everything very convenient. Thank you for your service

We booked two rooms for one night as I was dropping my family off at the airport early the next morning. The front desk charged me a $200 safety deposit after noticing my sister’s special needs condition. My father urgently needed to use the bathroom, and instead of assisting him by showing him the way, the staff member laughed as he searched for it in the lobby. I received a message from Expedia the day before stating uptoo 100$ deposit would be required, and while I have no issue paying any amount, the way the additional deposit was demanded felt discriminatory due to my sister’s condition. Some staff members need better training in customer service and sensitivity.

Another great stay at Comfort Inn. Shuttle was great and the accommodations did not disappoint(again). Great option to leave your vehicle there while you travel and come back to it safe and sound. Staff are always friendly and outgoing. Nilda again outdid herself and has a great memory and remembers guests from previous visits.

The only reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 was because of 1st reception employee. We stayed twice once going on vacation and once coming back. The rooms are worn and filthy. In hopes the 2nd stay would be better they could not get a shuttle to pick us up, kept saying they are coming 1 hour later we took a taxi $30. Would not refund for taxi. Horrible experience.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a long flight and was so tired. We have to do an eraly check-in and it was such a breeze, no hustle or delays at all which we really appreciated. Willie, who was the one who helped us with checking in was very friendly and nice! Definitely choosing this hotel to stay again whenever we visit the city!

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was extremely busy and we had to wait for a second which came along within a few minutes. However the roads are full of holes and the shuttle felt like there were no shock absorbers. A rough ride at 11 PM.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was ok, not a-lot of choices, one of the staff told me I couldn't take my bagel to my room and eat, I did anyway. Close to the outlet malls and costco, easy access to get to West Edmonton Mall. Gas stations and a few fast food places were walking distance from the hotel which was nice

It's a basic airport hotel, I've stayed several times, it's always clean and comfortable, staff are professional and helpful. It's a bit further from the airport than the other hotels, but there is a free 24/hr shuttle and it's only 15 minutes away max, and it's close to two 24/hr fast food outlets and a convenience store. It's also economical. It's perfect for what it is.

Really nice hotel. Outside noise was a little distracting but it is close to an industrial area. The location makes up for it with it being close to retail outlets , Costco and a variety of fast food restaurants.

It was more than adequate. The only complaint, if any, was that the large breakfast room was completely full and people had to wait in line to get food and the tables were full. This was possibly because it was a weekend? Otherwise it was just great all around! Thanks for a great stay!
