Hotel location and free breakfast were great, but other than that I would suggest travelers book a different hotel. Location was not easy to find if you were not familiar with the area. There was valet parking, but we were not informed of the cost and received a bill after the fact for $42 a day and were charged twice for the same day. Room was adequate, but the light over the mirror in the bathroom was half burned out. Had to call to get it replaced. The sink had no stopper and the rim around the drain was dirty, as was the full-length mirror in the room. Called to get the bathroom light replaced and no one in maintenance picked up. Had to call the front desk several times over the course of our stay and it was not unusual that no one picked up that phone either. Trying to reach the $42-a-day Valet by phone was impossible. No answer, no way to leave a message. AND - there was a note on each breakfast table that said, in essence, leave your table clean for the next guest by clearing away your plates, etc. Not that I minded, but I had to go to the "kitchen" to ask for cream for my coffee and got a very curt "It's coming" response - it took 5 minutes for them to bring out the cream. I am thinking that their signs really meant "We don't have adequate staffing to keep our dining area running properly." Waited more than five minutes to ask a question at the front desk and the only person working there never even acknowledged that we were standing there. UGH!

Delicious breakfast, professional and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working, which caused delays.

Good stay downtown! Valet service was convenient but hard to get an employee through out the day/evening to take the keys of our vehicle. There is also barely any spots available for valet parking which made it difficult as we would have to drive around the block a couple times before a spot became available. Room was very clean and met our needs! Only recommendation I would say is have more valet parking spots available and more staff to help guest with there vehicles, especially for $40 a night, we expected our parking experience to be seem less. Great location for bars and restaurants as well!

The staffs are good and friendly. The room has enough space, fridge, microwave and iron. It's good for a long stay, and I stayed for more than 10 days. The complimentary breakfast offers breads, bagels, omelets, bacons, yogurt, and the like. No veggies, but some oranges and apples. I would expect the fitness centre has more equipment.
