We enjoyed our stay at this location. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I only had two cons: the workout room did not have anything to wipe down/clean the equipment. The EV chargers onsite are L2 but they are slow (charged my vehicle around 6 miles an hour), but with the abundance of fast chargers nearby I didn’t care.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the room was perfect. My only issue was how slippery the pool deck was. My daughter and I both fell pretty badly. I would definitely recommended this place.

Aloft is always a solid choice, super clean and great atmosphere in the lobby (nice bar, live music when I arrived). Helps me feel a little better while on the road for work, even if I'm exhausted I can just pop down for a drink without having to research and traverse Atlanta.

I loved their pool table and the fact that they had a rest area that was so cool. You could have family outings, you could smoke, you could just chill. It was a nice vibe. Very eclectic and the colors made it even more a comfortable area.

I stayed one night with my kids and we were all very pleased with the hotel. We loved the aesthetic and decorative touches. There was plenty of things to do other than being stuck in our room. The gym was fully equipped, the indoor pool was heated with plenty of lounge space. Thankfully, we had the pool all to ourselves though. There are board games, books and private nooks to sit comfortably as well as a full bar. The outdoor sitting area was nice as well. Plenty of space with a firepit. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening and relax. I did have an issue with our toilet but it was rectified promptly by giving us an alternate room. We will definitely stay here again!

Customer service was lackluster. The individual that checked us, gave us the impression that we were a bother just by showing up. There were dirty linen whwn we arrived in our room, and you could hear dogs barking in the rooms around you, plus doors slamming and the vibrations were felt through the bed all night. I should rate this lower, if im being honest.

I loved the room for the most part. It was very comfortable as far as the beds and the cleanliness. The only thing I did not like was that there was no door or at least a partition you can pull to block the shower area, especially since it is right by the door and there is a mirror right across from it that can be seen on the other side of the room. This is a privacy issue, especially since someone can come in the front door, such as staff, and see someone naked right there. That part is unacceptable. Also there should be a free breakfast.

Great bed and clean room though a little on the small side. The setup us more stylish than comfortable but it would be fine if you're traveling alone. The strange 2 part barn door to the toilet and clear glass shower don't offer any privacy from anyone else in the room. The weird diner booth style table and seat look great but aren't great for lounging.

Called the front desk, was told TV’s weren’t working but would be fixed shortly. Went out to a game with the kids, gone for hours. Returned, still no TV…Called the front desk was told that the stay would be discounted. At checkout, asked about the discount and was told that they put a note on my account for Expedia to take care of it (nothing was ever typed, so I’m not sure how they noted anything). I understand that things happen that’s out of our control but when you’re traveling with small children, it would be nice to atleast be made aware of the situation before you get settled in.

I stayed a week with family. Hotel location and condition is great. Issue I had was utities in the room. Layout, emenities including shower, sync and toilet is good for 2 occupant in my opinion. More than 2 is hard to manage. Room interior is modern but not practically useful.

Very disappointed in the management (General Manager Nadia Khalil) at this hotel. We returned to our hotel room after a long evening at a convention and wanted to take a shower. The shower started out fine but then became SCALDING hot. The individual taking the shower was burned. The water coming out of the sink was scalding as well. We talked to the front desk, and they said that this was a KNOWN issue that happens in some rooms between 12:00-4:00 AM. The only option we had was to pack all our belongings and move to another room. There was uncertainty whether the next room would also have this problem. No one seemed to be apologetic about this inconvenience. We requested a discount on our room and was told that the manager would be in touch with us the next day. It has been over a week, and no one has contacted me about this. I have called and left a message, and still nothing. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I do not appreciate being ignored. I have given ample time for management to acknowledge this. If the water was a known issue, why isn't there a notice posted anywhere? I am puzzled why there are so many great reviews here. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Night shift front desk need some work. Management wasn’t present and did not handle an altercation very well with another customer in which cause others a delay in check time after the hotel hours of 12:45 am. The cops was called and the customers that had the altercation did not make out well and all was too see infront of other customers. I particularly was not happy with my check in I arrived to madness was charged for a night that I didn’t even get to use at the hotel due to the altercation and was next explained the amenities of the hotel I later found out what the hotel had to offer by word of mouth from the in house bartender who is aweeesome!! I did not cancel my stay due to family events and because the President of USA Joe Biden was in town for Morehouse graduation and everything was book. This stay was not the best!

I just want to say Wowwww in the most positive way possible. We were simply blown away by our stay. Staff was nice and helpful, Todd stood out with his hospitality he is a charm. Our room had a beautiful view and the drinks at wxyz bar were amazing. Location was great so many things within 5 mins driving. We will definitely book here again, Thanks Aloft 😊

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve been to and I travel often. Felicia was the best hostess. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a joyful check in process. She was professional and had an excitement that fit atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were amazing. Modern, clean, great size and had everything that I needed to make my trip memorable. I was here for business but had the opportunity to unwind and disconnect in my free time to refresh for the next day. If you go to this hotel, ask for Felicia. You will be treated as royalty in your kingdom domain for the time you’re there.

After arriving from a long day of traveling and working, with a reservation booked days before, I was told by the front desk that they had oversold rooms and there was nothing available. I was asked to step aside while several other people behind me were checked in without an issue. I was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do. When asked how I would be refunded, they told me they couldn’t help me and I would need to contact Expedia. Terrible experience overall, unhelpful, incredibly difficult to get in touch with a manger of the hotel or a representative from Expedia.

Friendly staff, very clean property inside & out, plenty of well lit parking, and it’s close to shopping & a variety of restaurants. The only disappointment was our city view wasn’t actually of the city but of the highway, nearby apartment complexes & a mountain in the far distance. It was still a nice view & they offered to switch the room when I inquired about the difference between city view and standard. Very nice hotel. I would definitely stay again & recommend.

Very clean and room looks even better than pictures. Great location, located near Perimeter Mall. Only small minor issues with checking in like correcting the room type that we ordered, and checking out when our keycards weren’t scanning an hour before the declared check-out time. Otherwise, would stay again!!

When I arrived at 10:00 pm to be checked in it took close to a hour. They just offered free breakfast for me and my husband for the long wait in line. The breakfast was horrible microwaveable sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The hallway was very loud all night lone.

The staff was amazing, the room was extremely clean, and that BED was incredibly comfortable. This was my first time staying at ALoft. The only complaint is how you have to order your breakfast. I'd much rather prefer it being free (given the limited options) or able to cakled down the order.

The young lady at check-in seemed to be inconvenienced by us when we checked into the hotel. There was no soap, shower gel, or water pressure in the shower. And, we paid in advance for breakfast which was frozen and just microwaved. Out of four choices, I had the egg and my husband had the bagel sandwich. While we liked the location and the room, everything else was a true disappointment. I'll likely stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel is amazing! The hotel is very clean in all areas. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The lobby bar was an added bonus. Michelle and Nick were awesome! I will stay here again. The staff at the desk were also awesome!

Very clean property, lovely building. The bartender Brandon ia so much fun. Trevor is literally the best! He was so nice, kind, professional and a true help. He was always pleasant every time i came down. I truly hope The Aloft recognized this young man and all his efforts.

The staff was excellent during our check-in and check-out process. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so we did not get to try a meal there. The rooms are very contemporary styled, and the hotel was quiet which we enjoyed. I believe it caters more to business travelers since it is located in an office park environment, and we were there on a weekend night. The only negative we noticed was that the common areas had a damp smell as if the HVAC wasn't working to de-humidify very well. All around a nice stay.
