Wir verbrachten 3 Tage in Phuket im Noku Hotel und verbrachten eine tolle Zeit. Der Check in verlief problemlos. Freundlicherweise wurde uns ein Upgrade auf die nächst höhere Zimmerkategorie gewährt, sodass wir im Premium Loft mit Whirlpool waren. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer sehr schön groß; sauber, der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse malerisch. Das Frühstück war gut, der Service im Restaurant war zu jeder Zeit sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Diese Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit durften wir die ganze Zeit von allen Mitarbeitern erleben. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen! Die Anlage ist auf einem Berg gebaut, wenn man die steilen Wege nicht zu Fuß passieren möchte, kann zu jeder Zeit ein Pick- Up- Service in Anspruch genommen werden! Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Geräte modern. Wir können das Noku Phuket nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

It’s a wonderful spot located on top of the hill. What a view 😍. Rooms as spacious, clean and mini fridge topped up daily. Breakfast was great with quite a selection catering for both asian and western cuisine. Restaurant serves wonderful meals for both lunch and dinner as well. We chose this hotel as we wanted to relax. Hotel do offer daily trips to town- Phuket Old Town, Kata Beach and a couple other tourist attractions. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay then Noku Phuket is highly recommended.

This hotel is incredible. From the delicious food, to the beautiful lush greenery that surrounds the grounds. Our room was always clean each day, mini bar stocked. BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one! By far a top 10 experience for me.

The staff were very friendly, quick to respond, and outstanding in their sensible work. I especially appreciate the staff who responded on the first day and the staff who drove the buggy on the last day. Everything from the room condition at Noku Phuket to the breakfast and the landscape of the resort was good. It would be perfect if the water at the main pool was kept a little cleaner. However, my three days at Noku were enough to give a great impression of Phuket. I had a great rest.

Our villa and the hotel common spaces were so beautiful, and the view was amazing. The whole hotel has a spa-like feel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Be aware that the hotel is built on a hill, so some rooms are a bit of a walk from the main building (but there is a shuttle that you can call for. They arrived at our villa within 5 minutes). We did not have any issue with the supply of water, as some reviewers mentioned. Getting into town also wasn’t a problem, as the hotel offers a free shuttle and reception can arrange for additional taxi services. Breakfast was great, they even prepared a to-go box for us when we had an early pickup. This place is a gem!

Super Unterkunft! Der Ausblick vom Infinity Pool ist traumhaft schön! Nachteil dabei ist jedoch, dass man sich relativ im Abseits befindet. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker, aber für thailändische Verhältnisse ist es wirklich sehr preisintensiv. Dieses Manko wurde jedoch durch die Akzeptanz von Lieferdienste (Grab) ausgeglichen. Lieferdienste können das Essen in der Lobby abgeben und das Essen wird zum Zimmer durch Hotelpersonal gefahren. Schade fand ich jedoch das vor Buchung zu lesen war, dass das Spa (Dampfsauna) kostenlos sei. Tatsächlich ist diese Anwendung je Aufenthalt nur einmal kostenlos und zeitlich bis 17 Uhr limitiert. Gut fand ich 3 Transfers zu Katabeach, Phuket old Town, Shopping Center. Nachteil hier ist jedoch der feste Fahrplan. Das Angebot ist nur unter Voranmeldung nutzbar. Der Service war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben uns überaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Weitere Infos: Wir waren in einer Villa Tree. Die Villa selbst ist meiner Meinung nach keine 120 qm gross. Die komplette wohnfläche mit außenfläche jedoch schon. Der Privatpool war sehr schön. Es gibt keine 100 prozentige Privatsphäre. In unserem Fall fand ich es jedoch sehr angenehm. Ringsherum wächst viel grün. Es gab nur ein Nachbar oder auch ein Weg der Einblick auf unseren Pool hatte. So fühlten wir uns nahezu unbeobachtet. (Dieses Thema greife ich auf, weil ich diese Frage in einigen Portalen gelesen habe). Wenn es nicht so weit weg und für uns so preisintensiv wäre, wäre eine Wiederholung für uns Gewiss!

The staff at Noku were so welcoming the minute we came through the door! Tea on arrival, easy check in and a lift with the porter who kindly took our bags to the room. We we’re amazed at how beautiful the tree villa was! The king bed was the best night sleep, internet access was easy, room service and menu choices were great! We tried out all the pools at the hotel, including the villa, main and spa pools and none of them disappointed! The complementary Thai tea and snacks each day were amazing, as well as the view of Chalong Bay! Would recommend 100%!

Everything was amazing, the grounds, the room, the pool especially. Architecture was stunning and the staff were so friendly and accommodating Everyone needs to experience this hotel! Only negative was that the bathroom had a smell that didn’t go away but we kept the door closed and it didn’t bother us too much

本人入住帶有私人泳池的房間，(1)冷氣出口竟然設定在浴室內，睡房相對比較焗。(2)浴室中沖涼地方是可以作為浴缸的，但因為是一個四方形的石缸，酒店沒有細心的清潔，以至距離花灑較遠的兩邊石缸角積聚了沒沖走的污漬(似是沐浴露或洗頭水遺下的殘餘)。其他的都很滿意，職員的服務十分好。

I had an incredible stay at Noku Resort in Phuket! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The resort was spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing—truly some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Their kindness made the trip even more special. The air conditioning in the room worked really well—so much so that it was actually a little too cold at times, but I’d much rather that than being hot in Thailand! The views from the pool were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect place to relax and take it all in. The resort itself is huge, giving it a private and peaceful feel even when other guests are around. The drivers were quick, timely, and very professional, making getting around the property and nearby areas effortless. And I can’t forget the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. Everything from local Thai dishes to international favorites was available and prepared perfectly. Overall, Noku Resort is a beautiful, peaceful getaway with top-tier service. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Fair room decoration and poor quality of furnitures and fixtures, such as difficult to move and close the curtain in bedroom. I stayed in the Private Loft with Whirlpool, but the bathroom drainage was poor. The room is located very close to others of the same type, so if you are in the Whirlpool, guests in the adjacent room can easily see you. There is absolutely no privacy while using the Whirlpool.

Very nice view as it sits on Chalong Hill but there is nothing around as you have to drive up about 5 mins up the hill for the resort. They are nice and big villas and are well managed. The prices for the spa and food are quite crazy and I have stayed at 5 star hotels but they are charging high end chain prices. The staff are nice and there is shuttle service for some popular attraction which is convenient. I will say it’s far from many popular attractions and beaches with traffic it averages 20-30 mins one way, so if you’re out doing a lot it can be tiring. If you want to relax and want to be away from hustle and bustle it’s a nice property!

Gut fand ich 3 Transfers zu Katabeach, Phuket old Town, Shopping Center. Nachteil hier ist jedoch der feste Fahrplan. Das Angebot ist nur unter Voranmeldung nutzbar. Der Service war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben uns überaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Weitere Infos: Wir waren in einer Villa Tree. Die Villa selbst ist meiner Meinung nach keine 120 qm gross. Die komplette wohnfläche mit außenfläche jedoch schon. Der Privatpool war sehr schön. Es gibt keine 100 prozentige Privatsphäre. In unserem Fall fand ich es jedoch sehr angenehm. Ringsherum wächst viel grün. Es gab nur ein Nachbar oder auch ein Weg der Einblick auf unseren Pool hatte. So fühlten wir uns nahezu unbeobachtet. (Dieses Thema greife ich auf, weil ich diese Frage in einigen Portalen gelesen habe). Wenn es nicht so weit weg und für uns so preisintensiv wäre, wäre eine Wiederholung für uns Gewiss!

I had an incredible stay at Noku Resort in Phuket! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The resort was spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing—truly some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Their kindness made the trip even more special. The air conditioning in the room worked really well—so much so that it was actually a little too cold at times, but I’d much rather that than being hot in Thailand! The views from the pool were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect place to relax and take it all in. The resort itself is huge, giving it a private and peaceful feel even when other guests are around. The drivers were quick, timely, and very professional, making getting around the property and nearby areas effortless. And I can’t forget the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. Everything from local Thai dishes to international favorites was available and prepared perfectly. Overall, Noku Resort is a beautiful, peaceful getaway with top-tier service. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely property! Everyone from Pem, John at breakfast and the front staff ladies were wonderful. We felt safe and loved the peace and views. Would definitely come back here! Breakfast was delicious 10/10!

The staff at Noku were so welcoming the minute we came through the door! Tea on arrival, easy check in and a lift with the porter who kindly took our bags to the room. We we’re amazed at how beautiful the tree villa was! The king bed was the best night sleep, internet access was easy, room service and menu choices were great! We tried out all the pools at the hotel, including the villa, main and spa pools and none of them disappointed! The complementary Thai tea and snacks each day were amazing, as well as the view of Chalong Bay! Would recommend 100%!
