The villa was really nice and the pool with waterfall was worth it. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The spa on the property was nice, relaxing and worth it. The restaurant daily buffet was delightful and the evening cocktails were well made. The hour drive from the airport was worth it and the cost was very economical. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Amazing experience. Wonderful hotel, excellent amenities and very friendly staff. The rooms are very large and the private pool is a great treat. Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. But close to many beaches and restaurants. Breakfast not amazing but the other food is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing. Private, quiet, clean. The duplex villa with waterfall and pool was so beautiful. I highly recommend and would go back. I treated myself to spa treatments and they were well worth it. I’ve already recommended to friends. Not much within walking distance, but I felt I didn’t need to leave to enjoy my stay.

Beautiful villa for an affordable price. 2 levels with your own infinity pool. Bedroom feels like you’re in the trees in the jungle. It’s so cool. The food is excellent too. Breakfast buffet and the delivery dinner were fantastic. We did a cooking & yoga class and enjoyed both. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here 1000 times again. The staff was wonderful, food options were amazing, views and facilities were beautiful. If you are not comfortable with wildlife (smalls bugs, lizards, birds etc.) then this place may not be for you as it is up in the trees but as someone who loves the outdoors, I was so happy to be immersed in nature. The spa was so nice and floating breakfast basket was great as well. Overall I give this place a 10/10.

The first thing of note definitely was the peacefulness from the time we reached the main entrance before the lobby. The transport service to get around the villas is 24 hours, and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes anytime we requested it. The rooms (and the view) were exquisite, and the restaurant was top tier. Their breakfast and dinner options were excellent. We started our trip in Bangkok, then to Chiang Mai, and finally Phuket. This was absolutely one of the biggest highlights of our trip.

The pool was excellent. The Spa was not open. There was quite some noice from construction on one of the resorts villas, it would have been prudent for a 5 start resort to have advised that at booking.

It was my first time to stay in a villa hotel. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Since I booked from Expedia, they offered me a discount for the spa and F&B. The spa was great with nice decoration and a view. I love the huge, infinite pool the most; the gym is decent. The villa, although it looks a little bit aged, is huge enough. Finally, the restaurant food is very delightful

We booked a tree top villa and stayed there for more than 2 weeks, I would say this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful private pool at ground floor. The breakfast at bamboo restaurant is superb, we always look forward to it every morning and didn’t want to miss any meal! We also tried their yoga classes, the spa, and floating lunch, I would say everything is perfect and worth every penny we spent. The sweetest part is their service which made our trip very memorable, all the hotel staff are friendly, kind and thoughtful, they never failed to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. Love it! ❤️

Disappointing Honeymoon Experience My wife and I checked-in at Villa Zolitude for our honeymoon, expecting a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. Our villa had multiple spiders and lizards inside, making my wife extremely uncomfortable due to her severe herpetophobia. We understand that nature is part of the setting, but the room should have been better maintained to prevent these issues. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, the response was not handled appropriately, and no real effort was made to improve the situation. This completely ruined our stay, and instead of enjoying our honeymoon, we spent most of our time feeling uneasy and looked for a new resort/hotel right away. We did not even stay the night. For the price and reputation of this resort, we expected much better. If you have any concerns about cleanliness or wildlife in your accommodations, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

We had a great experience at Villa Zolitude, Room was soo beautiful, clean, suspicious and comfy. The pool in the room was clean, the team is helpful and very friendly, the massage was great. There is a restaurant at the hotel, this is a must. We had dinner 2 times and both times the food was delicious. Did not need to go out. One note that the hotel location is a little out of town and you need to plan in advance if you wanna get a cab. Over all I definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the seclusion so much, but do be aware that you are away from everything (shopping, dining, etc.). There isn't much near by but that is the point of being secluded. We did sometimes have issues with Bolt (pickup service) cancelling rides because we were so far out, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff were so nice and we enjoyed the room service and the spa also. The breakfast in the morning is enough to get you through the day, but I would have liked a little more breakfast style food, its more of lunch or dinner options. Our house keeper was great, our room was cleaned so well every day and it was such a relief walking into such a clean and comfortable villa after walking around and being hot all day. It was so nice having our own villa with a pool and just being able to enjoy each other and relax.

The place was a dream gorgeous rooms super clean waterfall, private pool, beautiful bedrooms, fantastic soaking tubs. We are two primary suites perfect for two couples with their own privacy. Room service was excellent service and food.. breakfast was beyond what you would expect and so comfortable you did not want to leave. The views are beautiful and gave you an authentic Thailand experience.. proximity to the elephant Refuge is also a huge plus. Highly recommended five stars.

Love this property so much. If you are looking for something a bit more central in Phuket but bit of a hideaway this is perfect. Important to note it is not anywhere near a beach. We had the two bedroom villa with our private pool. It was heavenly. Every time we left the villa to go out a car picked us up and dropped us off at the lobby. The only reason this property wasn’t 10/10 is because I had to keep asking for room to be cleaned and and water to be stocked and to get fresh towels. That being said I would recommend this place.

We booked a duplex pool tree house which was beautiful. But if you’re looking for some private sunbathing (which we were) this may not be for you. The pool was always in shade which made it ice cold. We ended up using the main pool so would have been better booking one of the lower end rooms which I’m sure would have been lovely. I’ve only given 3 stars as I've marked down on the following points. Firstly, the area is HOT. That in itself is fine but the aircon only works when you are in the room and insert your key. It would have been much more comfortable to be able to go for dinner and come back to a cool room rather than come back to a sauna and have to wait a fair while for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. In the restaurant there is possibly the most irritating music ever. Think 2008 R&B - Chris Brown, Rihanna etc sung so sweetly to instrumental music. On repeat. It wouldn’t have been out of place to have NWA being sung as a lullaby. Another downfall was a bit of an over eagerness in some areas. We had booked a private tour with transport (not through the hotel) and got a lift down to the collection point where one of the staff asked us conversationally where we were off to. We told them & the next minute we were in a car which had nothing to do with our booking. We had to get them to turn around and take us back. Little things like not REALLY listening to what we were saying became quite frustrating. Lovely touches though like mosquito spray & earplugs

Had to leave the property before my checkout time due to cleanliness and quality of property. Got no help from management on changing my booking or fixing the issue and they said it is normal in Thailand to have lizards in bed! Do NOT recommend and this is definitely not 5 star!

Fantastic place, the accommodation was great - well designed, pristine, cleaned properly regularly. Staff were very friendly and really going the extra mile to make our stay excellent. I would highly recommend the place, we will definitely return.

The stay was OK, but unfortunately not more than that. There are many reasons why the rating is bad, and I'm going to list a few. - People/neighbors think you are on Patong beach and play loud music around the clock. Something the hotel management thinks is OK. - We had a constant smell of smoke when we were outside. - We only had one cleaning of the room during our three-night stay. In other words, there were piles of garbage and other things. - An enormously loud tinnitus sound starts early in the morning to scare away insects, and the same thing for an hour or so. Extremely loud noise that was not mentioned when booking. - Automatic coffee at breakfast does not consider us 5-star! - We asked for a ride to the main pool - but were refused because there were "too many people in the pool" - so we instead walked in the heat to the pool, where it turned out there were many free sun beds. We never understood why they wouldn't allow us to go there!? - They charged, late at night because our daughter wanted yogurt - 9 euros for two mini-yogurts from breakfast. Hello like!? Thats a few comments, we have more!

The villa is amazing, spacious, gorgeous. It is very zen and calming with nice view. Two stories, master and living room / pool layout is beautiful. The location is a bit remote, but chartering a taxi for the whole day is very affordable. The breakfast buffet has limited options, mostly western dishes, but well prepared. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing. Private, quiet, clean. The duplex villa with waterfall and pool was so beautiful. I highly recommend and would go back. I treated myself to spa treatments and they were well worth it. I’ve already recommended to friends. Not much within walking distance, but I felt I didn’t need to leave to enjoy my stay.

Beautiful villa for an affordable price. 2 levels with your own infinity pool. Bedroom feels like you’re in the trees in the jungle. It’s so cool. The food is excellent too. Breakfast buffet and the delivery dinner were fantastic. We did a cooking & yoga class and enjoyed both. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

We booked a duplex pool tree house which was beautiful. But if you’re looking for some private sunbathing (which we were) this may not be for you. The pool was always in shade which made it ice cold. We ended up using the main pool so would have been better booking one of the lower end rooms which I’m sure would have been lovely. I’ve only given 3 stars as I've marked down on the following points. Firstly, the area is HOT. That in itself is fine but the aircon only works when you are in the room and insert your key. It would have been much more comfortable to be able to go for dinner and come back to a cool room rather than come back to a sauna and have to wait a fair while for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. In the restaurant there is possibly the most irritating music ever. Think 2008 R&B - Chris Brown, Rihanna etc sung so sweetly to instrumental music. On repeat. It wouldn’t have been out of place to have NWA being sung as a lullaby. Another downfall was a bit of an over eagerness in some areas. We had booked a private tour with transport (not through the hotel) and got a lift down to the collection point where one of the staff asked us conversationally where we were off to. We told them & the next minute we were in a car which had nothing to do with our booking. We had to get them to turn around and take us back. Little things like not REALLY listening to what we were saying became quite frustrating. Lovely touches though like mosquito spray & earplugs

Breakfast buffet was not great considering its 5* My wife is terrified of snakes and having read some reviews was constantly looking over her shoulder in case a flying snake accosted us. We didnt see any snakes but there were some cicadas which make a real racket in the early hours. The porter staff may try to hook you up with a dodgy moped when they drop you off to your room. I cant offer any advice on if this is a good idea but i personally declined the offer. The site is quite far away from any of Phuket's main tourist areas, for example Bangla Road is around 45 mins by cab, so transport can end up being quite expensive since Phuket is not cheap like some other parts of Thailand.

Pros: - Most comfortable bed I have stayed in (ever?) - Very attentive staff who goes above and beyond to make youe stay memorable. - Villa itself is very spacious and gorgeous in design and amenities. - Robust breakfast with various delectable options. Cons - Area will require a taxi/transport every time you want to leave the villa. It is not really walkable. Expect 300-500 baht every time you want to leave the villa one way (unless you are using motorbike taxi which can be significantly cheaper). - Breakfast buffet uses very tiny drinking cups which inconveniently has you go refill every few minutes due to their small capacity. - Wifi on mobile is NOT the fastest and can be hit or miss, though on the computer it seemed stable enough for work purposes. I think overall it is an amazing property for an even better price, you cannot really get much better value for the price in Phuket.

Feels like this resort is nestled in the heart of a lush hillside. I was upgraded to the Waterfall Villa and I have to say, this villa was laid out quite nicely. Extremely extravagant but in an understated way. The plant life is well kept and very attractive. I noticed that there are different outlets with adapters from other countries. Certainly saves the pressure of bringing your own adapter. Breakfast and lunch were divine.

The beautiful photos don’t even do it justice - this resort is pure luxury and beauty. We stayed in the waterfall duplex villa and it was so romantic, secluded, and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was kept clean by the staff, and the amenities were lovely. We went to the spa every day during our stay and each treatment was so relaxing as we heard the cicadas and birds in the background. We dined at the resort restaurant Bambu everyday during our stay too and there were PLENTY of delicious options. The buffet style breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the entire resort was lovely, friendly, and extremely attentive. If you’re looking to explore around Phuket this is definitely a more isolated resort. If you’re looking for a luxurious, romantic, and private getaway this is 100% the perfect place.

The tree villa (pictured) has an amazing view and so much space. The location is excellent but its not quite up to standards again post pandemic. WIFI is shocking, food is okay, yoga class BRILLIANT. We tried to extend our stay but they are fully booked up - will stay again because it was beautiful and peaceful.

Everything was magnificent! The facility is wonderful and the service from the staff was some of the best we have ever experienced. We were only there for two nights and when we left my wife had tears of gratitude in her eyes for the amazing treatment. We highly recommend Villa Zolitude to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and the heart of Phuket. 5 star all the way!!

Disappointing Honeymoon Experience My wife and I checked-in at Villa Zolitude for our honeymoon, expecting a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. Our villa had multiple spiders and lizards inside, making my wife extremely uncomfortable due to her severe herpetophobia. We understand that nature is part of the setting, but the room should have been better maintained to prevent these issues. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, the response was not handled appropriately, and no real effort was made to improve the situation. This completely ruined our stay, and instead of enjoying our honeymoon, we spent most of our time feeling uneasy and looked for a new resort/hotel right away. We did not even stay the night. For the price and reputation of this resort, we expected much better. If you have any concerns about cleanliness or wildlife in your accommodations, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

The staff at the reception (like Oil, V and Ma) was very friendly and helpful. The place was gorgeous, the view from the villa was beautiful, the restaurant was great and it was pretty easy to grab a taxi a go do things around. I'll go back if I have a chance with no hesitation, highly recommended.

The stay was OK, but unfortunately not more than that. There are many reasons why the rating is bad, and I'm going to list a few. - People/neighbors think you are on Patong beach and play loud music around the clock. Something the hotel management thinks is OK. - We had a constant smell of smoke when we were outside. - We only had one cleaning of the room during our three-night stay. In other words, there were piles of garbage and other things. - An enormously loud tinnitus sound starts early in the morning to scare away insects, and the same thing for an hour or so. Extremely loud noise that was not mentioned when booking. - Automatic coffee at breakfast does not consider us 5-star! - We asked for a ride to the main pool - but were refused because there were "too many people in the pool" - so we instead walked in the heat to the pool, where it turned out there were many free sun beds. We never understood why they wouldn't allow us to go there!? - They charged, late at night because our daughter wanted yogurt - 9 euros for two mini-yogurts from breakfast. Hello like!? Thats a few comments, we have more!

Villa Zolitude was an incredible experience & the name Zolitude was the perfect way to describe this location as it was away from the hustle and bustle of busy Phuket, tucked away in solitude. We decided to stay in this villa for the last leg of our two week stay in Thailand and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff was incredibly kind, service was impeccable and breakfast fresh. We received a taxi from the hotel on day one who ended up being our personal driver our entire stay - we could not recommend Ken more! On our last day, our flight did not depart until 6:00 pm and the Villa allowed for us to leave our luggage in their lobby while we lounged at the pool and was able to freshen up before we took off on our long flight back to the States. Thank you Zolitude!

Amazing experience. Wonderful hotel, excellent amenities and very friendly staff. The rooms are very large and the private pool is a great treat. Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. But close to many beaches and restaurants. Breakfast not amazing but the other food is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the seclusion so much, but do be aware that you are away from everything (shopping, dining, etc.). There isn't much near by but that is the point of being secluded. We did sometimes have issues with Bolt (pickup service) cancelling rides because we were so far out, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff were so nice and we enjoyed the room service and the spa also. The breakfast in the morning is enough to get you through the day, but I would have liked a little more breakfast style food, its more of lunch or dinner options. Our house keeper was great, our room was cleaned so well every day and it was such a relief walking into such a clean and comfortable villa after walking around and being hot all day. It was so nice having our own villa with a pool and just being able to enjoy each other and relax.

Amazing property. Definitely 5 stars. The only "con" is that it is far away from all entertainment and nightlife. Every drive was 40 minutes plus. However, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff was absolutely incredible, we appreciate them so much for making our time here unforgettable! Such a beautiful resort/villa, outstanding restaurant (Khamin), nice pool, incredible Zense Spa. We can’t recommend this place enough! We absolutely loved our stay here.

The place was a dream gorgeous rooms super clean waterfall, private pool, beautiful bedrooms, fantastic soaking tubs. We are two primary suites perfect for two couples with their own privacy. Room service was excellent service and food.. breakfast was beyond what you would expect and so comfortable you did not want to leave. The views are beautiful and gave you an authentic Thailand experience.. proximity to the elephant Refuge is also a huge plus. Highly recommended five stars.

Beautiful villa for an affordable price. 2 levels with your own infinity pool. Bedroom feels like you’re in the trees in the jungle. It’s so cool. The food is excellent too. Breakfast buffet and the delivery dinner were fantastic. We did a cooking & yoga class and enjoyed both. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

The first thing of note definitely was the peacefulness from the time we reached the main entrance before the lobby. The transport service to get around the villas is 24 hours, and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes anytime we requested it. The rooms (and the view) were exquisite, and the restaurant was top tier. Their breakfast and dinner options were excellent. We started our trip in Bangkok, then to Chiang Mai, and finally Phuket. This was absolutely one of the biggest highlights of our trip.

Loved the tranquility, however both of us were ill which we narrowed down to the pizza at room service (it was the only thing we had eaten the same in around 5-6 days due to different diet preferences) and both were ill for 24 hours 4-5 hours after eating. Everything else perfect!

The beautiful photos don’t even do it justice - this resort is pure luxury and beauty. We stayed in the waterfall duplex villa and it was so romantic, secluded, and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was kept clean by the staff, and the amenities were lovely. We went to the spa every day during our stay and each treatment was so relaxing as we heard the cicadas and birds in the background. We dined at the resort restaurant Bambu everyday during our stay too and there were PLENTY of delicious options. The buffet style breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the entire resort was lovely, friendly, and extremely attentive. If you’re looking to explore around Phuket this is definitely a more isolated resort. If you’re looking for a luxurious, romantic, and private getaway this is 100% the perfect place.

The villas were huge and the private pool was wonderful. It was a nice getaway from the busy cities. Service staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first night we arrived, we saw a lizard in the room and they were quick to come and deal with it. The only real complaint I have is the lack of variety for the food.
