The bar/restaurant has very good food and drinks, much better than the usual hotel fare. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a wedding going on right below us so it was noisy until about 11pm but quieted down afterwards. Nice gym and facilities.

From the minute we got to the property we were treated so kindly. The guys standing outside the door by the entrance to the ramp helped us with parking directions with friendly smiles. The ramp is a challenging drice with very low clearance and tight turns but we found close easy parking to the elevator. Front lobby is metropolitan decor and beautiful and staff were very kind and efficient. The room was fresh and clean and my only inconvenience was that the thermostat wouldn’t change to heat and the room was icy cold for us ( turning AC off didn’t get it very warm for the stay.). The shower is large and comfortable and had a hand held shower too. Soap bottles were full and there were plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable and had four feather pillows each. No noise from other rooms was heard. The pool is beautiful and warm and we enjoyed the covered area in the courtyard during a rainstorm. All in all it was the high quality I’ve come to expect from Marriott. Very pleased.

You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . Many people coming in had the same problem as we did. Where it says Marriott Conference Center, put a sign there also as well pointing in the direction of the entrance, as well as one hanging from overhead.

We love staying here but this time we had a couple difficulties. The toilet was plugged when we arrived at the room. Maintenance did come to plunge it but I think housekeeping should’ve caught the non flushing issue while they were cleaning. The pool is a big highlight for us and when we went down ready to swim it was closed for some kind of emergency. The water was opaque white. So that was disappointing. However the people we encounter at the hotel are so professional and gracious. Room had some stray hairs but otherwise clean. Marriott is still my favorite.

The Marriott caters to huge groups of kids at competitions. The result is noise and a mess. I walked literally across the street to the Sherston for peace and quiet in the restaurants bar dinner and breakfast. Yes the kids are fun and I played with a couple in the pool. But the (fast) elevators were slow because everyone was going intrafloor, there was a barrage of noise in the lobby, and the pool was cloudy andnless than clear or clean

We enjoyed the location, close to shops and arena. The property has been updated in the past few years, rooms were clean and modern, parking was easy to get in and out, Hitel restaurant and bar were very well staffed and the food was great. We had a few in our party who had food allergies and the staff was knowledgeable and happy to help.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Marriot in Springfield. I will get this out of the way quickly, but the parking situation was confusing and frustrating. If you plan on booking here, just pull up to the front first and ask for directions on parking. There's no signage until you're inside the lot, and the lot gates also didn't work so it was free for us. There is maybe 1 elevator total, and no stairs from what we could find. We looked kind of everywhere and ended up just walking back down all the ramps. I believe this lot is technically owned by the mall next door, but please be aware it's a confusing mess to park here. It's only $20 a day usually though, so worth it in my opinion. Otherwise, the hotel was really really nice, and the downstairs bar was so nice! The bartenders were really friendly too. The room itself was great (outside of the lack of hand soap which was a hotel-wide issue). It was a bit noisy due to the city traffic, but that's sort of expected. Overall it was a nice stay, no complications other than the parking.

The room was bigger than we expected. There were lots of charging ports. The only bad thing was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Other than that the room was very clean. After our concert, we went to the bar and waited for 20-25 minutes. No one waited on us, so we left and went back to our room.

The hotel is conveniently located, front desk staff very pleasant. The main issue was that there was no soap for the bathroom sink. When I called down, they said the entire hotel was out of soap, which was really weird. We had to step into the shower to get shower gel every time we wanted to wash our hands at the sink.

Everything was pretty good. Only 2 things could have been better, it is pretty loud. You can hear everything in the hall and toilets flushing in other units. The grossest issue was the blow dryer, it looked like the handle had dried blood on it. This must be something that does not get cleaned. Not sure how it ended up there but it looked gross and the sign hanging on the bathroom asking to use towels more than once also looked dirty/stained.

There were repairs going on in the hallway outside my room and the noise went on into the evening. I had to walk through sheetrock waste on the floors (no way to avoid it) and it got all over my luggage.

I was charged more than the Expedia price and had to have my bill adjusted accordingly. Parking is $20 per day. Assigned a room on a corridor with too many guests, can hear everything ( elevator, people chatting in the hallway, need soft -closing roomhallway doors). Needless to say, I didn’t get much rest.

The property was very nice and the rooms were very conduits and clean. Aside from the corkscrew parking garage, everything about this stay is quick and easy. No major issues using the elevators to get to our 10th floor room. The only major issue was that these are adjoining rooms with metal doors between. We could hear Everything from the raucous room next to us. I did have to call down to the front desk just after midnight. They offered to send security up to ask the people to be quiet. I do not know if they did. It was only quite for about 15 minutes or so after I called. The phone in the room did not work and the alarm clock was set to go off at 6am. So, I had to call down to the front desk with my own phone.

Check in was awesome, the front desk attendant was very accommodating and easy. Lobby was beautiful, room was very nice. Bathroom door didn't open all the way due to the track on the floor being off. Their was someone next door playing very loud music on and off for the whole night. You can definitely hear sounds from the room next door very easily. I did have a drink at the bar and the service was amazing. I had a chicken quesadilla from the restaurant and it was the best I have every had. I will be back, thank you for the nights stay.

Stayed only one night so didn't go outside the hotel. The room was great and the staff was very efficient and friendly. I was alone so sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and dinner; and the bartender was very friendly and easy to chat with. The food was great. All in all a great stay. The parking garage gave me a bit of trouble, but that was on me. Love that there was a big sign on the wall on the way out that told me exactly how to get onto 91N.

It's proximity to Mass Mutual Center and MGM Grand was great. There's not enough staff at this Marriott. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took 1/2 hour to get it to me. Room Service took so long we had to leave and met the server in the hallway with the food. Toilet paper holder was broken, M&Ms on floor near the bed, empty Kleenex box, and when housekeeping came in our second morning, the top sheet was crumpled at the foot of the bed and I had to re-make it. Even the front desk could not get through to housekeeping for us - they weren't picking up the phone due to lack of staff.

Upon check in, the person was disinterested and was very dismissive, felt like I was being lectured ,when we went back and asked a question later, that person was awesome, through out the night it was so loud in the hallway up to at least 3am because our room was right across from the elevator. Screaming kids running the hallway at several points of the night, room never got warm, even though I turned the heat up. Shower was awesome. Upon checkout the gentleman who was there was AMAZING, super attentive and cheerful.

The only small issue was our car didn’t fit in the garage so we had to park down the street in a public lot. I wasn’t sure how safe the area was. I arrived with my son who was very sick and the manager Shaka let us check in few minutes early. He helped us use the restroom, get our luggage, and gave us plenty of water. As another parent of 4 he totally understood and went above expectations to help us get settled. Truly appreciate it!

the pros...the hotel restuarant was superb. For dinner the food and drinks room service was spot on. The buffett breakfast was great as well. the cons...mainly the bathroom, parking woes, super noisy. the bathroom shower door wont stay closed, very annoying and messy. the shower head should have different speeds. took a while to figure out the seprate shower wand, figured that out by sheer luck. no exhaust fan for the bathroom, or it didnt work. parking for my all stock truck was not fun. the lot on the front of the hotel was full. the lot in the back my truck is too tall (height restriction of 6'4 the front desk doesnt tell you this in advance, then had to back out into a one way street which was not fun then had to do a very weird loop to get back to the front of the hotel to end up finally being told to park accross the street at a privately owned parking garage. the room next to us was so loud after 10am that mutiple people on the floor called the front desk to complain. kids running up and down the hall and doors slamming. the cherry on top was people from other rooms were yelling at loud people to shut up.

Restaurant takes a very very long time to make the food once ordered. Waited 1hr from the time I sat until the food came out. Ended up having to take the food to go instead so it would be a bit faster
