very charming property. classic style of a bed & breakfast. Daily homemade breakfast which was nice-- would be nicer to have some options, toast, cereal etc rather than just the same thing for every guest, however the food was good, just sparse. Tea/coffee always available. Very cute set-up for a breakfast bar, or can eat outside on the porch. The staff (I think the owner?) Marci was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms seem nicely decorated with modern bathroom. Our room was Anthony's Room-- it was a bit small and there was no where to sit to eat our take-out dinner while watching TV except on the bed which can get messy-- I would recommend to the property to offer trays so guests can more easily eat in bed while watching TV as there was no sitting area for that in our room. Some of the other rooms seem larger with more sitting space. TV includes netflix. Overall the property itself was quiet, but the hospital is across the street (ambulances), and we were on the first floor and could hear the guests and staff speaking loudly in the eating area right outside our door which kind of killed the romantic vibe in the moment that my partner and I were having. The property is cute, there's a little garden and chickens in a coop. It could probably be improved a bit to make the vibe more romantic with more services-- maybe some hanging christmas lights, special services for couples, etc. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely be back but would try a larger room.

Naomi’s Inn was utterly adorable! It was clean and well-decorated. Our tall mattress was lusciously soft and there were plenty of pillows of varying softness. There was an in-room drip coffeemaker (with cream kept in the common-area fridge). Breakfast was tasty and filling; we were allowed to eat in our room or outdoors on the deck (we follow strict viral precautions). There were a good number of options for dinner delivery (Janna’s Grill & Social Club deserves 5 stars!). Check-in and check-out were via text, which was very convenient! Host Marci was very kind and helpful. In summary, we will stay here again when we go to Brimfield next year, and we hope you stay here too!

The room, beds, bathroom, everything, were all great. Breakfast and the dining area, clearly the hosts go out of their way and put a lot of passion and effort into making the experience memorable, in a very good way. There's an outdoor patio area and fire pit - although we didn't use it, it looks really nice. I can't say enough positive things about our wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

Naomi’s Inn is an eclectic place, each guest room has a unique look and feel. It’s a warm inviting place, and your host provides a warm breakfast. Plenty of on-site parking, and conveniently located near highway access and downtown. I’ll definitely check their availability next time I’m in the area.

This is a cute and eclectic B&B. Delicious breakfast served on China with stemmed glassware for juice and big mugs for coffee. All served around an old grand piano. Animated conversation with other travelers a plus. The shower in our room was very nice, but the room was a little light so needed my face mask. Not the first time I needed it on our journey. ( I need it really dark). We retire early so did hear other people coming and going. All in all…enjoyable!!

We stayed for two nights in April 2025 in the Louis XIV Room. What a lovely stay. The room is spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the host is kind and has lots of information on local points of interest. There are many free parking spots on site. Centrally located to everything, and location was nice and quiet.

I have stayed here a few times now and enjoy it very much. The check-in process is all provided to you ahead of time so you just need to enter a code to get into the building and into your room. The place is always well appointed, clean, and in a safe quiet area

As dirty as the room was we didn’t care to have breakfast there even though it was free. Cleaning standards are very low if owner considers that clean is leaving hairs from previous guests in bathroom. Dusty bedroom and dirty floors. No visual signs to guide you in the right direction of where to park upon arrival. Not the best customer service from owner of property.

Naiomi was wonderful. It’s incredibly impressive how she runs the inn by herself, and she made us a very yummy breakfast. The other guests were friendly, and the liveliness made us feel right at home. We stayed in the “Cape” room, and the TV in there is HUGE. Would stay again!

The good: This is a nice place to stay for a night if you like quaint bed and breakfast places. It's a large house with uniquely decorated rooms. Marcie is the host and cook. She's great to deal with. She customises the breakfast for individual tastes. She has an extensive variety of coffee and tea. They have a chicken coop in the back yard. The OK: The room was small. The desk was small. The bath space is small. There's no closet. It would be really helpful if they would add some hooks to hang clothes. I personally would stay only for 1 night.

Very nice little room for 1-4 people! The beds felt great, and the room seems very premium. Quite affordable—a good bang for your buck, and also great for short term stay! The room features creative and whimsical decorations. Whole house fun and charming.

We did not receive the room we booked and paid for. We were put in Morts with a questionable Queen and not Simply Elegant with a king. No one greeted us and I called the number on the door and was told we had the library room. Not what we booked. Location , however was great.

3 night stay for doctor visits and to visit friends. Inn was very nice and Marci was fantastic. I felt safe once I was at the Inn but I wouldn’t walk around the area alone especially after dark. However I would absolutely stay there again.

Very convenient for overnight stay before a procedure at Baystate Hospital as it is directly across the street. We live an hour away and were required to check in at 5:30 am. We set our phone alarm for 5 am and were on time! We would have had to get up at 3:30 am otherwise!

This is a quirky bed & breakfast, in a nice neighbourhood - a lot of reviews comment on the hospital proximity / noise but this didn’t bother us at all. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the huge TV in the room! Naomi was helpful in telling us nearby spots to walk our dogs. The theme of our room was quite dated / out of touch and could be offensive to many (“Asian flair” - yikes). The breakfast was unfortunately really terrible. Everything was wet/cold/poorly flavored, and frozen fruit used. I was really looking forward to a fresh, delicious breakfast so that left our stay on a bad note. I am not at all a picky eater and had to abandon my plate after a couple bites. The breakfast area was very cluttered and could use some attention and care to be more comfortable and clean. Overall, a fine stay for a night as it was a unique experience!
