Nice hotel! The pools were great and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was a five minute walk to Disney Springs. The rooms were clean and nice.

Great stay as always. Stayed in tower for 2 nights at the end of our week long vacation. Room was clean and comfy. AC worked amazing! End of July in FL, IYKYK! View was great and overlooked springs! Pool was a great cool off spot with plenty of spots to choose from.

Overall our experience was OK. Substantial resort fee that does not include parking nor a free breakfast. All the resorts in the area have shuttles and pools and don’t charge such a high fee. Some don’t even charge a fee and you even get breakfast. Hotel is dated, old carpets like the hallways, paint pealing off bathroom doors, stained tubs/showers. We did love the pool area and poolside bar/restaurant.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with a very short walk to Disney Springs. Bus transportation to theme parks was excellent with hourly runs. The hotel was clean. No free breakfast, but the coffee shop had pre-made breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I would definitely stay here again! Being close to Disney Springs provides many food options and entertainment that you can walk to. Pool area was nice. Plenty of loungers.

We stayed 5 nights to go to Disney and Disney Springs. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were well appointed and clean and the beds super comfy. The dining options were great and the breakfast buffet was delish. The bell and valet service was outstanding. The only disappointment is the wind shear that blows right through the kids end if the pool. It blows the water spray across and meshes it uncomfortable.

Great place right next to Disney Springs, which is why we stayed here. Great lobby area and rooms were nice and a/c worked well. Only real complaint is they were pumping cold water into the big pool and it was freezing in the middle of summer. I never understand why resorts pump cold water into their pools to the point that the pool temp is in the 70’s?!

Excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is overall ok. Pros: Location, shuttle service, coffee shop and convenience store. Cons: Dated rooms, no room service, house keeping was not good (never cleaned the bathroom), towels are not of good quality.

Second time staying here but don’t think will be back. Ants in the room that got into the food. Thermostat in the room wouldn’t work properly, and woke up stuffy every morning…

Clean room with a good view of Disney Springs and even the Epcot fireworks and Spaceship Earth. You can't beat the proximity to Disney Springs!

Pool area is very nice, staff is very friendly, garden rooms need to be upgraded and are small, full size beds.

The view was amazing, the service was amazing, the only issues we had was the room was a bit run down and the noise level was high. Like thin walls noise level. Bit overall it was a good stay

It’s a convenient 5-minute walk to Disney Springs and only a 15-minute drive from the main Disney theme parks. ​The hotel's shuttle service to the parks is a huge plus, running reliably every hour. The pool and restaurant area are also fantastic, with a great atmosphere and comfortably warm water. ​The only real downside was the Wi-Fi. While staying in the main building on the top floor, I found streaming services like Disney+ and Netflix constantly buffered, so it could definitely use an upgrade. ​Despite the minor Wi-Fi issue, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Disney parks.

Stayed for one night, very quick check in. Clean comfortable room but paper thin walls and big 2 inch gap under door. Had AC set to 73 and woke up to the room being 67…brr! You could hear babies crying from down the hall and everyone’s conversations if out in the hallway or rooms next door. Not much can be done to rectify that on 55 year old Hotel.

Never stayed off site for our Disney trips, but this was PERFECT. We will be staying here again. Loved the 4 minute walk to Disney Springs, and buses to the parks was easy (and free). Rooms are not "decorated" like onsite but that was not important to us. From our room (DS View) we could see Disney Springs, EPCOT (and fireworks) and Hollywood - that was really cool. The only complaint we could even say is the temp showed 68 but it felt warm at nights. so we used our small park fans to help with that. Not a deal breaker but if you are a warm sleeper bring a small fan.

My air conditioner was making a lot of noise and would wake me up.

Room was very clean and the staff were excellent. I had an issue with the noise from the room next to me. There was a family with a group of children that were screaming. I addressed the issue to the desk staff and they accommodated me by assigning a different room for me. The new room was a huge upgrade with a better view. I was very impressed and appreciate the customer service provided by the staff. The hotel is very clean and very convenient travel to Disney Springs. I definitely will book and stay here again!

Wyndham at Lake Buena Vista is our go to hotel when we go to Disney. They are always great and we love the close proximity to Disney Springs. The staff are wonderful and go out of theirs way to make our visits memorable.

Michael the valet was sweet and helpful! The front desk (young African American woman, I believe her name was Antoinette) was pleasant and friendly. She was there a lot! She needs a raise or time off with pay :)

Overall, really good stay. Room wasn't ready by 4 so had to sit in the lobby for a while. Rude counter said "Well, when people leave, we cannot clean all the rooms at once". Advised him to hire more people. I asked if I could leave for checkout whenever I want since they can't clean all the rooms at the same time. He said, it doesn't work like rhat. 🤔

I have VIP status with Expedia and travel often. I completed the pre check in online and arrived at 3:40 p.m. I was told that if I checked in, I would have to pay $25 for early check in. This is ridiculous; rooms were ready. The manager said there was a new policy that check in started at 4:00. The hotel wanted to nickel and dime customers for the early fee. When we went back to check in later, I was told to wait in line, again. The next morning, the hotel messaged me to ask when we were checking out. I said 9:15 am and asked if they would give me $25 for an early check out. No response; check out is 11:00. Cheap hotel with stupid rules. Not worth staying there again.

Tata - bellman/valet was exceptional! I arrived at 8am and obviously could not check in that early but he kept my bag for me and directed me regarding parking/check-in. I observed him interacting with other guests and he treated them all as vips. He is a true gem! Give this man a raise and don't ever let him leave! The free parking as an expedia vip guest was a big plus ($25 savings!). The lighting in the bathroom is awful. The only lighting is around the mirror so it's very dark in the shower. Other than the rooms are comfortable and clean. The a/c only goes down to 68 which is kind of annoying and there is only a lightweight duvet on the bed and I enjoy a heavier feel when I sleep so a blanket would have been nice but I didn't bother calling for one. The location is walkable to Disney Springs so that is a huge plus. Overall, I would stay here again.

What really bothered me is being pulled into a pressured sales pitch when I was just trying to let the front desk know we had arrived. I was told to get my "gift", which was really a couple of coupons, and that was the lure to spend time listening to offers to spend money and make commitments. When I politely said we weren't interested and really just wanted to get to our lunch reservation, the sales person pushed back and completely changed tone. This is very off-putting, and it guarantees we won't stay at this property again. The next time I went to the front desk, a different person tried the same gimmick. Who goes to Disney World to spend their time like this?

Unable to check in even hour after their check in time at 4pm. Staff not attentive and let guest sits at their lobby for over 3 hours and not even following up on the room. Spoke with the manager and it is ready in 10 minutes after. Staff were also rude and can careless. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The condition of the property was good and generally the staff were friendly. However, when we checked in, we were pulled off to the side by an employee who then went into a long sales pitch about time share/vacation club. This person was telling us it was better to not use the early entry benefit of stating here and instead to go to a two hour sales presentation before entering Epcot at 11 am. It felt so gross. Quite frankly, staying at one of the Disney properties is a much better option. The room cost is comparable, you don’t have to pay for parking, and the transportation options are better.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a trip to Disney World. Overall it was very clean and their staff had great customer service, especially those in the cafe area and valet. Major thanks to those in housekeeping as well. We didn't expect to have our room cleaned daily, but they went above and beyond to do this so we always had a freshly made bed and clean towels. Additional info for potential guests: Upon check in, you will receive a folder with some hotel and shuttle information. You have to schedule which park you are going to each day and will receive a boarding QR code from the contracting shuttle agency. Make sure to use the shuttle code if you are using this mode of transportation to Disney Parks otherwise you will think you have to pay as it says on the shuttle website. You can only book so many days at a time, but this is such a convenient way to get to parks without fighting parking. One other thing to be aware of when you stay at this property, they do have a Disney desk downstairs, but they use this also as a platform to get people to buy into their resort timeshares. There's a little note in the folder provided by the front desk that you can get a "complimentary welcome package". You can get some coupons and a Disney Springs map, but again be aware that they may use this as a platform to get you to buy into their timeshares without actually saying it's a timeshare.

We always look forward to our stay at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. The hotel is easily accessible, close to Disney Parks and especially Disney Springs. Has transportation to the parks. Perks include extra hours at parks as well. The mini-cafe/market has many choices for all ages. The pool and Oasis Pool Cafe are also very well maintained.

We had a great stay overall! The view from the tower was incredible—you could see all of Disney Springs and even watch the EPCOT fireworks right from the room, which was a magical bonus. The location is unbeatable, just a quick and easy walk to Disney Springs, making dining and entertainment super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but still nicely updated and functional. Service was friendly and responsive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The pool was clean, cool, and very refreshing—a great place to relax, grab a drink after a long day in the parks. The only downside was the limited on-site dining options, so it’s best to plan to eat at Disney Springs or nearby. Parking was pricey—$25 per night for self-parking and $30 for valet—but considering the location and view, it felt worth it. We’d definitely book again!

We love staying at this hotel. The price per night cannot be beat. You are close to all the parks and they have dedicated, complimentary buses running all day long. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The pool is big and fun. The rooms are quiet and clean. Disney is expensive enough. Don't pay for on-property hotels.

Great place for disney tourism! But dining options are limited after 9pm! Otherwise would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the property a few years back as an employee to the brand and came back for a girl’s trip last weekend as a regular customer. The hotel was definitely as expected. It was clean, fun, great staff, and very convenient to all of our shopping and Disney Parks. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Such great food and choices for a reasonable price. They even made me gluten-free pancakes because of my allergies! I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels around Orlando and other cities and this property by far surpasses their service and amenities! Will definitely be back!!

The staff were friendly. The property was clean. It was located very close to Disney Springs (6 - 8 min walking). The room was small. It looked like it had been renovated and had a nice view (lake view). I did not like the limited dining/food options at the hotel. The only option they had for lunch and dinner was the restaurant in the pool area. They had a very small store/cafe in the lobby with limited options.

If it is raining no inside restaurant only a bar type and take out sandwiches. Just a short walk to Disney Springs!

I liked the rooms, and the fact that transport to the Disney parks was free. But I wish there was a full-service restaurant on the premises. Yes, it is just a few minutes' walk to Disney Springs, which has lots of restaurants. But after a long day at the parks, it would be nice to just head downstairs for dinner.

Service was outstanding, however the cost of food was Outrageous.
