What guests think

At Bedline Hotel - SHA Certified, many guests praise the friendly, welcoming staff, quiet atmosphere, strong value for money, and convenient access to Phuket Old Town, night markets, and nearby cafes and restaurants.

Rooms are often described as spacious and comfortable, though some note hard beds, windowless rooms, mismatched photos, or confusion with hot water. Cleanliness feedback is mixed, with several praising tidy spaces while others report dirty bathrooms, poor drainage, or areas needing maintenance. The immediate surroundings can feel seedy or unappealing to some despite the convenience. Best for travelers seeking a simple, no-frills sleep and easy city exploring rather than resort-style features or a charming setting.

Chambre impeccable.

It was alright but the bathrooms are not clean. We found hair on the sink. There is no dedicated smoking place in the hotel. Staff barely speaks english. The cafe doesn't accept visa. The location was very convenient.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere and fairly quiet but still close to everything. More ritzy than we're used to, so good for the price. No hot water, or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Dear team at Bedline I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided during our stay. The staff was not only exceptionally clean and welcoming but also incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. I am particularly appreciative of the thoughtful gesture when we accidentally left important items behind, and the team promptly contacted us to let us know. This attention to detail truly made a difference, and I am very thankful for it. Many thanks again for making our experience so positive.
