Resort kind of atmosphere, sweet two pools with warm water, super friendly staff, breakfast more than adequate with hot and cold dishes, soup, fruits especially sweet mango. No problem with parking. Don’t expect high class service it’s not a 5 stars place. Hotel sitting on the riverside. Highly recommended.

Unsere zwei Nächte im Resort waren super. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Für die Kinder waren die zwei Pools eine willkommene Abwechslung. Wir konnten unsere Tour zum Erawana Nationalpark mit einem eigenen Fahrer direkt im Hotel buchen. Der Preis war sehr fair. Wir waren super flexibel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, vorallem mit der Lage direkt am Fluss. Da unser Zimmer am Durchgang zum Restaurant lag, war es nicht ganz so ruhig und die Frösche im Teich haben nachts mit ihrem Quaken wirklich genervt, nichtsdestotrotz würde ich das Resort weiterempfehlen!

We stayed in the Deluxe River View room, the best room in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The only fault we could find with the room was lack of storage. The 2 pools were lovely, they were quiet during the day when people were out on day trips. Staff were great. We give a special mention to the reception staff who advised us where to go for day trips which they easily arranged for us. The hotel is in a perfect location within easy reach of shops and restaurants/bars and close to Bridge over the River Kwai. This hotel is highly recommended.

Nice place along the river in town. Short tuk tuk ride to all of the sights in town and train station. Wi Fi is ok but only allows one device at a time to be logged in. Staff did provide extra login codes on request. TV did not work but not a big deal since we were not here to hang out in room and watch TV.

Charlee and her staff were as usual very polite, friendly and attentive. Super relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic position by the river. The hotel grounds are kept immaculately and rooms spotless. 오래된 리조트지만 관리가 잘 되어 청결은 좋아요 정원도 예쁘고 수영장도 좋아요 정원에 고인 물이 많아서인지 강때문인지 저녁 레스토랑 이용시 모기가 많았어요 하지만 도로의 소음,공사 소음,화장실 수업 너무 낮음 이 점만 체크하시고 개선 후 숙박하신다면 아주 괜찮은 가성비 리조트 입니다

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel. The first two nights we stayed in the river view room and it was gorgeous. There happened to be entertainment one of the nights which we watched from our huge terrace. We ate in the restaurant several times because the food was great, the price were very reasonable and the atmosphere right on the river with the fairy lights and river cruisers was lovely. Also the staff were super helpful answering my questions before we arrived. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property felt very exclusive though it is located near shops and restaurants. The staff were remarkably attentive and the access from the AMAZINGLY charming rooms to the resturant/bar and pools was perfect. We had a fantastic room facing the river, with two of our own personal 'porches' one facing the river and another facing a pond. We also booked a tour through Good Times to visit Erawan, Hell Pass, etc. It left from the hotel and was also OUTSTANDING!! If we are ever back in Kanchanaburi we definitely plan to stay at Good Times again! Thank you

Good value for this hotel. We had room 925 . Large ,clean, but room with no view … dont take this room. All staff are very kindly. Lafge pool. Excelldnt breakfast riverftont. We go to hotel restaurant : good and cheap.

Our stay at The Good Times Resort was excellent. The location is great, 1km from the Train Station, and around 1km from the River Kwai Bridge. Both easily walkable, althout Thai pavements never the best. 30bhat Taxi ride if you don't like walking. Staff were all friendly and spoke good english. Room was clean and spacious and well equipped. Bottled water and coffee/tea replaced every day. Breakfast a highlight, a buffet with a good selection with a view of the River Kwai. You are right by the River. Whilst I also recommend you try the local resturants outside, make sure you do take at least one evening meal in the hotel resturant. Evening view and atmosphere in the hotel resturant at night is fantastic. Plus prices very reasonable, food excellent and service good. Highly recommend The Good Times Resort.

Beautiful property right on the River Kwai, a short walk (less then 1 Km) to the Bridge over the River Kwai. Also the excursion packages are really good. We did one with Ricky Ricky to Hellfire Pass and he was so excellent and knowledgeable.

Magnifique grande chambre, petit déjeuner buffet excellent dans un cadre superbe. On peut facilement aller à pied au pont de la rivière Kwai et réserver une excursion par l’hôtel. Seul point négatif, le bruit des navettes sur la rivière, un bruit de tondeuse électrique très fort, et le bruit quasi permanent des motards sur la route derrière l’hôtel le soir et la nuit…

Good times resort was perfect for my 3 days in Kanchanaburi. Quiet and lovely with the pool, big rooms with amazing air conditioning. Breakfast was nice with variety and a lovely setting. Staff very helpful. I am a solo traveller and it was a perfect hotel and I would definitely stay there again. Close to most things to walk or bike.

We stayed there one night, and wished we stayed there longer. We took a tuk tuk to the Thailand Burma Railway Centre and the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery War. We came back and ate at the Good Times Restaurant, which was excellent. We later took a swim at the beautiful and refreshing pool, then called it a night. The next day, we enjoyed a huge delicious buffet breakfast at the same restaurant. The staff was amazing, and deserve recognition for phenomenal service… thumbs up to the staff and resort. It was so good, we went back there twice to eat at the riverside and enjoy Good Times. Thank you! We would not hesitate to book here again!
