I had reserved 3 nights at the hotel based on picture, description and reviews. What was not stated by anyone was the fact that the hotel wasn't maintain properly resulting in a rodent issue which is a health hazard. On my second day, I stayed in my room to work and saw a mouse running in my room twice. I have a picture and video of it. When I pulled the dresser from the wall to confirm it was a mouse, I was able to see 2 mouse traps hiding underneath the dresser (took video and picture). This confirmed that the hotel knew they had a rodent issue. I went immediately to the front desk and asked to change room. They were fully booked and couldn't move me around, and had no one on maintenance that day either (week day - Wednesday). I asked for the manager to contact me to see what could be done about my stay. The next day (Thursday), I saw the mouse again in the morning and maintenance showed up. They did confirm they knew about the issue and offered to come back as soon as they could buy the proper foam to block the holes where the mouse was coming in from. Management still didn't contact me that day. Friday, I left at 4am to go back home and management still didn't contact me. Once back home, I contacted Hotel.com to for a resolution was given 15% refund offered by the Hotel itself as my stay was now over and $50 credit from Hotel.com for the inconvenience. I will never stay at that hotel anymore and will not use Hotel.com again for not taking a health hazard seriously.

Breakfast was tasty at the pub but limited to $30. Rooms are looking very tired. Vanity top was titled off the wall and covered with burn marks. Bathroom light cover was hanging askew. Hair dryer was broken, just flamed red with no air. Floor was sticky. Person at the front desk was helpful getting the tv to work. Internet was far from reliable.

The property was not clean. I stayed there for 4 nights and they didn’t clean up the room even once. Breakfast was not too good. Overall not a hygienic place to stay.

we heard this was a quaint & charming older Inn, and had medium-high expectations when we arrived. At check-in we were not told that towel/room refresh was every second day so were surprised when we came back to find our used towels still on the floor. don't have an issue with every 2 day service, but would have been nice to know. Air conditioner made more noise than the Dash 8 plane we flew in on, and could not make enough cold air. low/high control did not work, only low was an option. Beds squeaked when sitting on them or rolling over, which contributed to our restless nights. Bath towels small and very thin. overall the rooms were very tired, and it showed. One positive is the Pub, which had great food and great servers. Parking was a challenge as it seemed people from the restaurant would take the spot in front of our courtyard room. While we knew we were booking based on price point first, features second we had much higher hopes for the place than we got.
