I stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights. I arrived at 2:30 AM, and I was immediately checked-in. This hotel was quiet, but it was packed during some of my nights. I had no issues with the free wi-fi, the television, the shower water, and the air temperature. There was a lot of available parking. A Boston Pizza was right next to this hotel, and Highway-1 was also within an easy reach. The breakfast was outrageous, and l ate some foods, to include: bananas, waffles, bagels, hash-browns, eggs, and cereals; there also was a variety of beverages which were present. This hotel had a small store to buy some basic necessities, a computer office, and some meeting rooms. The staff was friendly. The gym was great to use, and it had: a weight machine, an exercise bicycle, and some treadmills. This hotel had a small and a shallow pool which was warm, but the children within it could get very loud. I found the bed to be comfortable. My only complaint would be about my room's curtains, since I felt that my privacy with these curtains was limited.

Internet was free for email and web browser but streaming was extra. Pool was "close for maintenance". Breakfast items were almost all gone 20 minutes before closing and not replenished. Otherwise room was great and beds were comfortable.

Stay was ok, parking lot was a complete nightmare... snowed in vehicles, barely any vacant parking spots. We had to park on the Side of the building, which was fine if the side door was functioning properly. We did manage to go out through this door but not in. the steps there where completely covered in ice and major safety issue...and the front entrance as well. this was brought to the front desk staff, and when we left later for errands it was not salted. And again at check out I slipped in the front entrance because nothing had been salted.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, we got to the pool the evening we stayed to find it so dirty that you couldn’t even see the bottom it was so cloudy and dirty. I refused to let my daughter swim in it because I was sure it would make her sick. The guy at the front desk assured me it is cleaned nightly and would be better in the morning. We returned first thing in the morning and it was as if nothing had been done. Filthy dirty, nothing had been cleaned. It was gross. Aside from the filthy pool, our bathroom in our hotel room also looked like cleaning is far from thorough. There were hairs all over the sides of the wall in our bath/shower. I don’t think cleanliness is a priority at this hotel. I would never return.

I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed my stay, this time I found the cleanliness not up to par. The pillows in the bed were flat and uncomfortable, the mattress cover, computer chair and the couch were stained. The toilet had flakes all over the seat when I first went to use it (no idea from what, but cleaned it myself)

Our room upon coming in our room we noticed snott rubbed on the washroom door the tub was all mold bed headboards were covered in black dust which is what was on the cloth when i cleaned it seeing it was after 7 when we checked in from driving aross the island I juat went out and bought cleaners to clean so we coukd bath and go to bed then when i closed the curtains i noticed the filt that first looked like blood but when housekeeping came in the next day they said it was just coffee..When we checked out and went to let the female manager about our stay he told me the other manager took care of me so it was done and he had no time.

Amazing stay! Loved the room, the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. And lots of room in the bed. Only downfall was the WiFi was absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Breakfast was also amazing. One woman with blond hair and black glasses and pretty petite. Wasn’t that nice to us at the breakfast. I believe she was a server. Other than that it was fantastic. The staff that greeted us, checking in and out. Free cookies when checking in were great! Also loved the house keeping checked to see if we needed anything on our two day stay, and didn’t complain if we needing anything extra.

The room was not in good condition. We found the beds to not Be comfortable at all. There was no window blinds for privacy or to blow out the early morning sun. The shears were ripped. Would love a refund or a discount actually. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. We had an older room. However these issues could have been easily fixed without doing a complete overhaul.

Nice room. The tv channels left something to be desired. Some didn’t work at all and the ones that did constantly froze. The tub drain was very slow to drain. If you went to have a shower, you ended up having a bath as well.

Staff was helpful on check in and out. Breakfast was great with more options than I expected. Shuttle, while in the shop, was easily rectified with taxis arranged both ways. Room was clean and quiet. 7 mins away from the airport so great location for a night before an early flight.

I would not stay here again. Breakfast was stone cold and we requested a shuttle to the airport in the morning which never showed up. When we inquired why it was late, they gave us a runaround story about it being at the airport picking someone up, but that it would be back in 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we were waiting to make our flight and the inquired 3 times as to the whereabouts of our shuttle, but Bailey just stood their unsure of how to offer actual customer service. After protesting, they finally called us a cab, which luckily came within a couple of minutes. We made our check-in with only two minutes to spare, but had originally given ourselves 40 minutes - an hour before our flight was to leave. This hotel needs to train their staff in customer service, or maybe don't have kids run the front desk. Never again!

Overall the hotel is good but after arriving from 15 hours of flights very late only wanting to sleep the management tried to scam me into paying for two nights upfront as the did not process Expedias cancellation of second night and luckily my bank would not process the transaction after an hour they finally admitted to their mistake but I am done with this hotel.

My third review and still can’t get past the fact that they gave me a key to a room that was occupied. How embarrassing for both parties when I unlocked the room door!!! How does this even happen??? The company done nothing to fix this, both parties should have been given full refunds for there rooms for this mistake!!! We will never stay here again.

Breakfast was good, but the eggs were a little salty. Oatmeal was very good. The beds were super uncomfortable and unfortunately shortly after we fell a sleep a guest pulled the fire alarm which disrupted our already short sleep.

Awesome stay, just disappointed in breakfast , as not replenished reg basis , often no fruit or eggs left and long wait before any shows up, especially hot water and tea bags which is my must have in the am. Love that safer for vehicle parking in the city. Front desk staff were amazing. The man who checked me in remembered me when i would come in. A nice warm welcome.
