Non è un Hotel 5 stelle!!! Si trova su una strada trafficatissima, la prima colazione non di qualità e scarsa scelta, la piscina comune piccola e poche sdraio. La stanza pagando un cospicuo supplemento comoda e grande.

Without a doubt the best about the hotel is the staff, they’re wonderful and friendly Rooms are very nice and step to the pool access was a bonus. It’s great value for money. The hotel has a small private beach, there’s a daily shuttle to Nai Harn though (amazing beach) and to Rawai beach which is a must visit for the seafood market (you buy the fish fresh and walk into a restaurant so they cook it for you). There isn’t much right by the hotel though, we took taxis (booked with Bolt app) and went everywhere and despite being on a main road, it’s very quiet. On and all, we have an excellent stay and loved our week there

The room was nice and clean and the service was phenomenal. They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. Also, I didn’t know how to lock the back door and no matter what I did it didn’t lock.

The hotel is not connected buildings, so getting to the beach/breakfast/restaurant is a long uncovered downhill walk that is not for those with impaired mobility. The pools are not cleaned often. Our private side pool had dead birds & trash floating on separate occasions. The empty lot next door is just that, next to it was another large lot doing renovations & burning trash fires for 5 of the 10 nights we stayed. The smell was awful. Restaurant was nice, but everything is outdoors & anything after 6pm & the mozzies dine on you while you dine. A bit overpriced as well compared to local places or what you can order via Grab delivery.

Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.

La piscine a beaucoup d’insectes dedans quand on se baigne … il faudrait que quelqun le fasse même l’après midi .. l’emplacement de l’hôtel est assez loin de tout . La pente pour aller dans la piscine … et le plus dur de la remonter à chaque fois est un peu lassant. Propreté 10/10 ainsi que le personnel très gentil 10/10 Très belle vue depuis la piscine . Ne comptez pas vous baigner dans les piscines du milieu ( pataugeoire ) sauf si vous prenez une chambre avec accès piscine . Elles sont souvent toujours à l’ombre et il y a peu de transat

The pool is great but you can’t swim at the beach. It is low tide. They have a bus that takes you to two beaches for free. We booked an elephant tour with them, it included transportation from the hotel. The free breakfast was yummy. Not a lot to do around the area.

Our room and the hotel generally was kept nice and clean. The facilities were a little disappointing - the pool area is quite small and is surrounded by rooms that open out to it so no space to sit around and enjoy relaxing or privacy. There is also no spa. In the room TV options very limited and the water system was off and on. There isn’t much immediately close by so walking isn’t an option- we had a car so it wasn’t an issue but would have been difficult without. Overall these were minor issues as most time was spent out and about and the most important thing was that the bed was comfortable (firm) and the place was clean and well maintained

Almost everything is broken in gym, old stuff, and it smells strongly of humidity in gym and room, about the pool could be nice if you have pool access if not it’s uncomfortable to Swiss near the room. Breakfast so simple, I don’t understand why they don’t serve the breakfast on the beach because there nice beach under the hotel

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was mold all over the shower and bathroom floor, and the balcony door was broken with a sign asking guests to always keep it closed due to past issues with theft. The on-site restaurant offered very limited variety, and the prices were high considering the quality. The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Honestly, the experience felt like a "catfish" situation when compared to the pictures used in the advertisement.

The common areas, hallways and walls were dirty and in poor condition. When I booked, I booked for 3 adults and they charged me for the extra person but when I got to the hotel they made me pay for the extra bed.

Nous pensions avoir une chambre avec une jolie vue sur la piscine (option prise pour avoir accès à la piscine) et à notre désespoir nous avions le droit à une vue sur un terrain vague, bien loin des photos vendues. Les odeurs de poubelles dans les parties communes et le petit déjeuner de piètre qualité. Heureusement, le personnel est très serviable et la chambre est propre. Nous avons passé un séjour mitigé.

Expedia sold the hotel as a 5 stars its not. The hotel is okay the staff is really nice. The room was nice and big but no view and the pool way to cold to swim in and beach you can't swim it the there. If you are Muslim the hotel cater to you perfectly, if you are not and like bacon to your eggs in the mornings this is not the place to stay.

They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Run don’t walk away. Cockroaches in room, terrible service at beach bar (drinks were weak if they had any alcohol, food was terrible, service was terrible). Breakfast staff were nice. The listing of amenities supposed to be in room weren’t there and didn’t get delivered after asking several times (towels, wash clothes etc.). The hotel is called beachfront but they don’t have a beach! I’ll post a pic if I can of the mud that was “the beach” and they tell you on check in no swimming. Pool was small, water freezing (no sun) no pool chairs etc. there was a hideous trench outside my room that was an eye sore, roosters crowing all hours of day/night. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. Location is terrible, you cannot walk to hardly anything. Would have had a much better experience in a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. The overall hotel is nice. The beach is beautiful and could go along way if only it was clean. Such a beautiful beaches lined with trash. Please have staff clean the beach every morning so guests can enjoy the view and take pictures since we’re cannot get in the water at this “Beach Front” hotel. Rooms were clean. Balcony is nice to watch the sunset. Walking distance to dispensaries etc. The pool bar staff was very dismissive.

Everything was great but hotel very isolated, too dangerous to walk anywhere and taxis/grab very expensive! $30-40 aud return to the town/beach if you don’t get the hotel shuttle (goes once a day, dep 10am returns 2pm… not very convenient). Other than that hotel was great. Would return if had my own transport :)

The staff was a amazing. The beach was terrible and not outlined on the hotel description. We had to cab everywhere since it wasn't walkable, but cabs are cheap when you book them on BOLT. The app is very foreigner freindly!

The pool is great but you can’t swim at the beach. It is low tide. They have a bus that takes you to two beaches for free. We booked an elephant tour with them, it included transportation from the hotel. The free breakfast was yummy. Not a lot to do around the area.

Our room and the hotel generally was kept nice and clean. The facilities were a little disappointing - the pool area is quite small and is surrounded by rooms that open out to it so no space to sit around and enjoy relaxing or privacy. There is also no spa. In the room TV options very limited and the water system was off and on. There isn’t much immediately close by so walking isn’t an option- we had a car so it wasn’t an issue but would have been difficult without. Overall these were minor issues as most time was spent out and about and the most important thing was that the bed was comfortable (firm) and the place was clean and well maintained

Almost everything is broken in gym, old stuff, and it smells strongly of humidity in gym and room, about the pool could be nice if you have pool access if not it’s uncomfortable to Swiss near the room. Breakfast so simple, I don’t understand why they don’t serve the breakfast on the beach because there nice beach under the hotel

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Great area to walk. If you don't want to use their laundry services you can walk around and find a laundry not far from the hotel. As well 711 store 8 minutes walk. Safe to walk.
