Really good hotel, big thank you to all staff who were very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Hotels room very specious, clean, comfortable beds, great big swimming pool. Our TV was not working the staff replaced it straight away. Only minus would be no indoor kids area for kids, no slides in swimming pool and room towels were not very fresh even the new ones. We still highly recommend Rawai Palm Beach resort, very affordable and good quality.

Great hotel with a wonderful pool area. Hotel provides shuttle to the nearby beaches twice a day. There are some really, really good restaurants just around the corner.

Jag blev egentligen lite besviken på det att jag hade bokat hotellet pga hela anläggningen skulle ligga vid stranden enligt info på websidan men det stämmde alls inte. Vi har inte sett någon strand vid matsalen och de har en shuffle buss som tar oss till stranden. Bussen går 2 gånger om dagen. Om man missar bussen så är det bara taxi som gäller. Jag tycker inte att det är okej att man skriver så här fel information till websidan. Personalen var super snälla. Dem försöker göra det alltid sina bästa. Rummet var okej då hade vi bokat ett rum med poolacces. På den första steget in till rummet känner man en lukt av fukt. Jag tänkte att runmet öppnas direkt till poolen och det var därför. Så kan man köpa ursäkten. Möblerna i rummet behöver renoveras. Om har man inga problem med dessa punkter så är det perfekt att man kan utnyttja sin egen pool dygnet runt. Den gemensamma pool stänger kl 19:00 på kvällen. Frukosten var ganska bra men saknade lite mer ostsorter. Jag hoppas att fel information om hotellet på websidan kan redigeras.

Lovely hotel and resort and the pool is absolutely amazing. Downsides - Aircon is really weird, seems to work for 30 mins after you change the temp and then just goes back to being a fan leaving rooms really warm. Warnings everywhere about additional charges, towels, glasses, bottles, drinks, at the restaurant for breakfast "anybody caught taking food back to room" etc. Nothing says relax and enjoy your stay quite like the threat of fines everywhere you turn. Some staff are lovely, Nadia at the pool bar and a couple of the women in the restaurant for breakfast but the rest looks like they've eaten a sour apple. The kids smile and say "Sa-wat-dee" and they just glare back!! Shame as it could easily be an amazing hotel.

Fine værelser. Dog kunne rengøringen godt være bedre. Pool er super fin, men der er for få liggestole. Når man ligger ved poolen kan man ikke høre støj fra vejen, hvilket er et plus.

部屋は広いです。WiFiが弱いのか人が多いのか繋がらない事も多く不便でした。プールは大きくて良かったですがプールベッドの取り合いになるので、もう少しあればいいのにと。朝食はイマイチでした種類も味も今度泊まるときは無しでホテルの周辺で食べるとこも多くあります。プール第１ならオススメします。

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast with good standard Very good location. Near everything. Pool area fantastic. Gym small and a bit old, but had the most essential. All inn all, good value for money.

The property landscaping was beautiful. Hotel needs a lot of renovations and a little more upkeep as there was quite a bit of mold, mildew around the sink area. Bathtub and bedroom was very large. Local beach, not suitable for swimming has runoff from the streets when it rains goes right into the ocean 50 feet in front, which makes the water very dirty. Also too many fishing boats in front of the beach not allow swimming. They do have transportation to a couple of local beaches. Wish I would've gone to.Patong or Kata beach. Absolutely noting to do in Rawai. The Rawai Resort is a destination resort. It's excellent for families and children.

Room and bedding had extremely musty smell. Obvious upon the entrance to the room. Wife could not sleep all night.

Если бы полотенца как для ванной так и пляжные были бы чистые и со свежим запахом - можно было бы поставить отелю оценку 4. Но они были серого цвета , не простиранные и с затхлым запахом . Завтрак был не плохим, достаточно фруктов, овощей и горячих блюд.

Ansich zufrieden aber es gab am ersten Tag Kakerlaken draußen und drinnen. Wurde aber nach der Meldung behoben. Leider gab es viele offene Stromkabel die teilweise nur Zentimeter vom Pool entfernt waren.

Zu laut , konnte man nicht schlafen, Badezimmer nicht sauber. Frühstücksbuffet : nur billiges Lebensmittel ( es ist besser , wenn man draußen frühstückt).

If I could have given this property zero, I would have done. The arrival at 10pm was unbelievably unwelcoming, I had to ask if we could check in which was greeted with a grunt Even though the manager had the Expedia voucher number (from the online payment) our details which were already on her printed form, and copies of our passports, she insisted that I charge my dead phone to prove to her that I had a booking... bizarre and not needed after a long journey, especially since she had it all right in front of her. Then the journey began...the hotels highlight is definitely it's large pool, however, the corridors to the rooms were like a war scene with doors hanging off, exposed lighting wires hanging everywhere and rubbish littering the floor. The room smelled of damp, and it was, as the pictures show. The towels and bed linen were grey, although supposed to be white. There was no 'please clean the room sign' in the room, so after the first few days we had to write 'please clean' on a piece of paper and stick it on our door. At no time during our stay (5 nights) were the towels changed, despite putting them on the floor in a pile in the hope that they would realise that they were well and truly used. The same with the bedding, no changes at all. Room service was sad, at best. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and couldn't eat it due to a slime all over it. This hotel could be amazing with a bit of TLC, and staff actually caring or even being welcoming.

Highly recommend room with pool access

Very good overall. Clean and quiet and the staff was friendly snd helpful. The only problem was sketchy wifi, which had long lapses. Convenient location.

Air-conditioning kept me awake all night asked Reception to sort this out three times did nothing bath was very dirty shower was dirty no good experience whatsoever

This was our first trip to Thailand, Phuket/Rawai especially. The hotel is very nice on the outside. Our room was extremely spacious but kind of dated. The “king” bed was essentially 2 twin mattresses together and I ended up in the middle, which caused me back slight pain. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Huge breakfast buffet. The pool area was smaller than the pictures make it seem, also not a lot of lounge chairs unless you get there super early. Within walking distance from a town of restaurants and shops, as well as the pier where you can catch long boats and speed boats to some of the islands.

La chambre etait grande mais avec quelques améliorations nécessaires car in peu vieille! Rapport prix/confort tres bon!

Værelset var i god stand. Lidt slidt nogle steder, men vi var skuffede over altanens størrelse, da den var mindre end vist på billedet. Personalet var dog virkelig søde og prøvede at finde et andet til os, men da vi var afsted med forældre, havde de ikke mulighed for at finde værelser ved siden af hinanden, da de var fuldt booked. Døren til vores værelse var skæv og der var ikke særlig godt lydisoleret, så der var meget støj ud fra gaden, da det lå til en trafikeret vej. Men personalet på hotellet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Polområdet er fantastisk til både store og små. Maden på hotellet (thai maden) var god og til en fair pris. Ville dog mere sige det var et 3-stjernet hotel og ikke 4. Men måske deres deluxe værelser er 4-stjerner værd.

Our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort in Phuket was exceptional. The resort exceeded our expectations, with all our needs expertly met. The room service, front desk team, and taxi service were all highly attentive and accommodating. The resort’s layout felt like a private island, with lush palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. The well-maintained facilities and stunning pool access room added to our enjoyment. Located in southern Thailand across from Fisherman’s Village, Rawai Palm Beach Resort offers a serene and picturesque retreat.

Schöne grosse Zimmer mit Poolzugang, hochwertige Ausstattung, super Außenbereich. Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsdamen lässt zu wünschen übrig....Sonstiges Personal äußerst freundlich

Amazing location if you are looking for a more relaxed scene in Phuket, price is unbeatable for what you get to experience, beaches are very easy access. Staff was extremely welcoming and always going the extra step to make you feel comfortable.

The staff and facilities were brilliant. Our deluxe pool view room was perfectly located. Short walk to the beach and Main Street with plenty of options for activities and dining.

Nice spot close to most thing but still quiet. Only problem is it can he a real yrek to your room if youre in one at the back of the property. But woukd definitely stay again.

The property was great with a huge pool. Rawai is an average beach spot and there not much shopping to be done here, need to grab a taxi and head to Phuket old town or Kata beach for shopping. Food in the area was ok though.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, bodde 1 natt för att sedan ta sig vidare till Koh Lanta. Otroligt sköna sängar, väldigt bra frukost (gott kaffe!). Fint poolområde, en del med egen sandstrand och sandbotten. Fick lämna 3000 bath i deposition som man fick tillbaka när man checkade ut.

Everything here was very beautyfull. Especialy arround the pool. Breakfast had som isues. The break was not fresh and the fruit was not reif. But anyway a realy nice hotel where i am certainly Will come back

Loved the resort, room, pool, breakfast etc. The restaurant (road side) was very disappointing.

We loved our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort & we highly recommend for all types of travellers. The staff are really friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious & clean, the pool & poolside bar are awesome & the included breakfast has so much variety in Thai & Western food & the Thai changes daily - it's delicious!! We will be returning
