The service was excellent. Stayed one night before our flight home. Rooms are very clean. The pool was one of the dirtiest I have ever seen at a hotel. Bugs and debris floating in it. Algae growing in it as well. There are half full little concrete ponds outside the room that did not work. Perfect for mosquitoes. Food was below average, but they did have a person making omelets. If the pool was cleaned up and the outdoor mats were cleaned it might be ok for 1 night stay.

Clean room and resort. Some problems with wifi but staff responsive. Had issue with thick pillows and were offered alternatives. Rough volcanic tiles in private pool. Be aware as scratches/removes your skin. Side of pool a bit green. Needs a good scrub. Bathroom needed redesigning. Lots of wasted space. Blackout lining on curtains would be appreciated and an extra curtain between bedroom and living area would be nice.

This resort was the absolute highlight of our Phuket trip. If you want to be in a quiet, relaxing resort bubble, this is your place. Such friendly, helpful staff, stunning rooms, stunning pool and beautiful surrounding gardens and trees. The breakfast buffet was a pretty decent price and mix of both western and Thai food. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, but no airport noise, so very convenient to get to after a long flight. It’s in a quiet area that’s got some restaurants, shops and cafes just accross the small river. The area is a bit far away from most attractions though, so I’d suggest staying there for half your trip then moving to a busier area if you’d like to be closer to the action. We had the pool access suite and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. The room was very affordable, beautiful and spacious. It was particularly glorious laying on the sunbeds on our little deck and slipping in and out of the pool whenever we pleased. We enjoyed it so much we went back on our final day. The rooms are very clean, the gardens are well maintained. My only criticism is that the pool needs a serious clean where the sunbeds in the pool are. There was thick, green algae on the steps and sunbeds. It was also very slippery and my partner fell over walking on it. The rest of the experience was flawless though which is why I’m still rating 5 stars overall. We had such an amazing experience and we hope to come back one day! Highly recommend!

Hotel is great with excellent staff, super helpful. Only issue is the "raft" across the river to get to the beach, this certainly lets the hotel down and needs to be fixed as its not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

This property was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. What I didn’t love is the pool was dirty and needed to be skimmed and they had no way to do that. Kinda ruined it a bit because the room was swim up and the pool and area so pretty. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Helpful staff but wasn't given the room we booked initially. We did swap rooms but still wasn't given the room we booked, but was ok with taking the new room. Very dated resort. Breakfast menu could have some more variety. Food was not kept warm but they did make great poached eggs. Beds were big and the water was hot. Our indoor pool was small but ok to use. Dated and could use some maintenance, but was excellent for cooling off in. Main pool was not maintained as well as what should have been, steps were slippery and algae was present. Lovely people and very pleasant. I would rate resort at a 5 out of 10.

Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hat getropft so das meine Sachen auf der Couch nass geworden sind. Safe viel zu kompliziert um diesen zu nutzen. Lage nicht gut außer das der Flughafen in der Nähe ist. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht schön. Pool war mehr als dreckig. Schlierfilm im Wasser und tote karkalaken. Geht gar nicht. Essen in der Unterkunft viel zu teuer.

To get to the beach or the store, you need to use the raft. The raft operates from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.. If you are delayed, it is difficult to get to the hotel. The hotel does not deserve a 4. The villa is dirty and leaks when it rains. Frogs swim in the private small pool. There are problems with food

This place wasn't the cleanest and our room had an unidentifiable odor (fart?) every time we entered, but the service, food and drinks were excellent. The pool area was nice. You definitely want to get a swim up room. The plunge pool in our room looked sad and dirty. We definitely were not getting in there.

Firstly the staff are excellent but the hotel is in desperate need of some renovation to the villas This is my fourth time staying at this hotel in one of their villas unfortunately this villa was not in great condition the villa had half finished repairs to the paint on the walls broken window in the bathroom old leak stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom door handles fitted to the wrong door so you can’t open the door if shut it from the outside on the decking area the tv picture isn’t clear and it must not be a smart tv as you don’t have access to Netflix like the other villas have the bedroom needs curtains for the joining doors to the sitting area for better privacy although the pool is cleared of any debris every morning the pool itself has algae on the steps and on most of the floor area furniture it would be great if the hotel had bicycles that you could use or rent for your stays otherwise you reliant upon getting taxis everywhere

Arrived and was welcomed by the very friendly staff. I was early and they were able check me in and I was shown to my my suite. The landscape is tropical and lively. My room was spacious and exceeding my expectations. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The restaurant has delicious local food options as well as western choices if needed. Vegetarian is also available on the menu. The seafood is very fresh and delicious. I was sad to go, but my adventures took me further south. I will definitely stay again at L'esprit de Naiyang Beach Resort. Wonderful!

The room was very nice and spacious but the remote for the TV did not work, the WiFi was spotty, the water in the shower was cold, and I could tell that the property was in need of maintenance. I only stayed for one night but I wouldn’t book this resort again. It’s also very far from the nightlife and any other activities in Phuket. Convenient for the commute to the airport but besides that, I would consider other options. Plus side is the staff is very welcoming and the property is very safe and beautiful.

Very nice and clean rooms. If the walls of the rooms would be bigger, there would be 5* in every category. Unfortunately there were many involuntary wake ups because of the neighbors noise. Nontheless a beautiful stay!

Our grab app wasn't working so the front desk lady charged us for a cab which should have been $200 baht she charged us $550 Baht. Took advantage of us becauee grab wasnt working. Staff at the front desk was always rude to us. We extended our stay and they made us change room really far away when we asked to keep the same room. Wasnt so clean compared to other hotel's we stayed in the area. Overall front desk ladies arent very nice and very rude to us. Took advantage of us when we couldnt get a taxi as its a more secluded area.

This resort is perfect— accommodating, friendly, and safe. The staff are wonderful and will help you out with whatever you need whether it’s getting a ride, advising on excursions, or even just a friendly smile. The food for breakfast and the restaurant is super tasty and affordable. They have many options from Thai to international cuisine. The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and private. The beach, restaurants, and market is a short walk away. You can even walk down the beach to see planes fly in! The rooms itself are more than expected. The staff will clean your room and provide water and new towels daily. The bed is super comfortable and the AC works great. The staff EXCEEDS expectation throughout your stay as well. I will forever hold this experience in my heart, and when I return to Nai Yang one day this is where I will go.

I had booked this property for 6 night but due to medical concerns I couldn’t stay because there was no elevator. I checked out after only one night and was told that I forfeited my entire hotel cost because once you check in you have to stay the course. I think that policy is dumb because circumstances change. The Wi-Fi in the room was TERRIBLE. I moved 3 inches and Wi-Fi would disconnect. When I checked in there was a towel swan on the bed. I thought it was marvelous. I went to take a shower, there were no towels, when I called the front desk they said use the swan that’s your tower. Upon checking out they said if I needed a lower floor I could book a platinum room. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Service in the restaurant was amazing. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again based on hotel policy.

Stayed at this property many times and still love it. Great location just away from the main part of Nai Yang but over the little river on the raft and 2 minute walk into town. Staff are helpful and polite and so friendly, cannot do enough for you. Great villas and pool, excellent food and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!!

Loved the L’esprit. A tucked away hidden gem. A little removed from the mainstream beach so peaceful. Only neg were no free coffee in lobby. In room was instant. Pool cleanliness was not the best. The “huckleberry raft” to get beach was an adventure. Had to take bolt at night because no lights on path back from town for safety sake But all in all loved it and even brought rest of family and some from wedding party there for last few days of stay. Goed hotel. Ontbijt kan gevarieerder. Netheid kuisploeg was uitstekend. De veerbrug is primitief, er mag eens iets beters bedacht worden. De kamer was prima. De eenmalige luchthaventransport moest betaald worden, ondanks de misleidende foto bij de booking. Zie bijgevoegde foto. 350 bath was wel heel duur op de koop toe.

The room itself is clean and comfortable. Service is good. The hotel is kind of aged. Big pool but water looks dirty. Dont see anyone cleaning the pool during my stay there. The pool chair is dirty and old. There is only 1 restaurant and food is expensive and not tasty at all. The so call beach is dirty. You have to take a raft to cross a dirty ririver/canal and walk a short distance to get to the beach. Hotel is in a remote area and you definitely needs a car to stay here.
