Roger is great, they are very easy to deal with, cute little breakfast station, clean pool, and staff are super friendly and helpful. It's convenient to the main roads and hidden at the same time. Room was modern and clean

Definitely not bad for the price and location. Room was very clean, no issues with anything in the room. Just had a strange smell but nothing that would prevent us from stay. Easy to find and parking was convenient. Jay the assistant manager was super nice, courteous and hospitable. Spoke to him the day before we arrived and he also checked us in. Bed was comfortable and had a good night rest. About 30 minutes from Orlando airport and lots of restaurants around.

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the only ice machine they have isn't big enough. Other than that, my stay was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and always went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Can't thank them enough for a great stay.

I stayed there for work because pets were allowed. Room was big enough, air was cold. No TV the first nite due to a problem with the company unrelated to the hotel. My concern lies in how high the bathtub was & no grab bars of any kind: super slippery & dangerous when getting in & out. Not a fancy place, but staff was friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Lots of happy kids in the pool! Many popular restaurants nearby. Thank you for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our time here. The pool was just a little dirty but not enough to stop us from enjoying it. The staff was great. The overall room was neat and clean. If and we come back to this area we will stay here again

This is a decent hotel for the price. It’s a typical budget hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was quiet for the most part and on the surface it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had standard amenities. However, if you are looking for anything above and beyond, this isn’t for you. The comforter/top blanket on one of the beds had crumbs on it, long black hairs, and multiple stains (at least 2 that were very likely blood. They looked like they had not been washed. Since this was not a blanket I was going to use for sleeping, I just threw it on the floor. The bathroom had stains/spots that hadn’t been cleaned both on wall behind the toilet and on wall in front of toilet. The shower/tub had a lot of mildew around the nonslip pads. There was a pill left on floor from a previous guest. This would have potentially deadly if a child or pet had found it. The floors were clean if you looked at them but walking around without socks made you realize they hadn’t been mopped. Again, we did not expect 5 star accommodations at quality inn, but we didn’t pay $100 a night either. This wasn’t a cheap hotel. I would stay there again bc the beds were comfy and it was quiet. But I think the cleanliness could be kicked up a notch.

The check-in procedure was very easy, even with our later than expected arrival. We only got a couple hours of sleep that first night before we needed to be out and about. My husband developed what he though was an allergic reaction to something in the room the next morning, but we weren't concerned with it. The next morning, he woke up covered in bites. We began to suspect bedbugs, but had somewhere to be so we left for the day so we packed up our stuff and went and bought him some cream and a can of bedbug spray. Upon returning to the room, we did an inspection of the bed and did in fact find bedbugs. We alerted the lady working the desk. She called her manager and they moved us to another room (which we checked before hand). We both didn't sleep great due to worrying about possible bugs that we didn't see in the new room. The staff was supposed to call an exterminator the next day to spray our original room. (We were not around to verify that happening) After an after hours clinic visit, prescription meds, over the counter creams, purchasing bug spray, and a room change, we were offered a $20 credit towards Hotels.com. Now that we are home, we are working on cleaning all of our belongings and suitcases to make sure that we did not bring any of the bedbugs home with us. While the room appeared nice and the front desk staff was nice, I would avoid this hotel unless you want to have to deal with all things that come along with sharing a room with bedbugs.

The evening check-in lady, Fannie was absolutely fabulous!!! 5* WELL WORTH the salary she SHOULD BE RECEIVING. Keep in mind, I’ve never met her in my life until check-in and she just blew me away!! “Well worth the price of admission” as they say. The most egregious aspect I discovered, is this motel won’t clean your room once unless staying 3 days!!!

Property is in a good location. It's right off a major road and has a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also not that far from Disney. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't like that in the three nights we stayed, no one emptied garbage, checked on supplies, or changed towels. However, they gave you clean towels & toilet paper on request. You really couldn't beat the price.

When I got out of the shower, the floor was wet which is no problem. I wiped it up after I wiped it up. I looked at the towel. The towel was black.

Fairly new and friendly reception. Coffee maker didn’t work and not replaced. Shower head was set high and water spilled all over the bathroom floor. Used towels to dry floor; clean towels were left on bed but dirty tower were not collected. In addition first coffee bag filter was there and ground went all over. No broom, swept with towels

Booking my stay via Expedia, I truly was just looking for the cheapest option for a quick trip to see a friend. I did not do much looking into the area or hotel itself at all besides reviews to make sure it wasn't totally gross or anything sketchy. It is located effectively off of a highway behind a little strip mall style building. It is very motel-y. I did not expect that but that is definitely my fault for not looking more deeply into the location. It was not "dirty", but it also did not feel clean. I will say there were certainly no bedbugs, and the toilet and shower were clean. The bathroom shows its age and wear in the walls and fixtures/hardware, the bed was extremely hard so I was slightly sore in the morning but for 2 nights it was no big deal. I considered going to a different hotel for the second night, but the truth of this place is that for the price it was a fine spot if all you need to do is sleep and take a shower. The shower head is very old and reminds me of one you would have had in your first ever cheap apartment, the kind you immediately replace when you move in. Everything was as you would expect for the price, and at the end of the day it was a fine stay. The staff were perfectly pleasant and never bothersome- checkout and in was a breeze. I wouldn't *not* recommend this place if you just need a quick cheap spot to park and sleep for a night or two max, but I personally will choose to spend a little bit more next time for a more comfortable experience.

This place was good overall, seems to be a recently renovated hotel and they did good! Our room had everything we needed and it looked newer. The beds were hard and so were the pillows, but we still rest. The surroundings were maintained clean and the lady (Frankie) that assisted us during check in was superb!

The room serves its purpose and is clean and comfortable. TV wasn't working the first night we were there. Breakfast was a let down as only hot food was pancakes. And on the 2nd there was only 2 muffins and some cereal because they were out of everythign else and the pancake machine broke.

This choice for a hotel was completely enjoyable and reasonably priced. The room had no issues at all. The room itself was newly refurbished and it felt very modern. We would definitely stay here again. The gentleman staff at checkin and checkout were highly professional and courteous. Though the weather did not permit us to use the pool, the pool area was clean and the pool itself was clear and well maintained.

On check-in my CC was charged $100, instead of the usual "HOLD). When I checked out the staff had to inspect the room for damage/missing items. I received a full credit as soon as this was done and received a receipt. The reasons I was given was because it was in such a busy/transit area that was there policy".

Front Desk ckerk Frankie was wonderful and very friendly, also the gentleman who runs the breakfast on Sunday was very sweet, and professional(didnt get his name) The older gentleman at rhe front desk on Monday was rude, and barely looked up from his phone to answer a question. Otherwise it was a nice stay..room was quiet and clean

My wife and I arrived at 10:00 PM. There were so many vagrants loitering in the parking lot that we drove away even though we prepaid for a room. The $20. pet fee had been attractive; for safety we drove to Clermont where we paid a $75. pet fee and slept soundly.

I picked this place at the last minute due to how close it was to where my daughter is living. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and updated. It's set back from 192 so I didn't experience any highway noise. Breakfast was a standard continental. Enjoyed my stay and would definently recommend.

The facilities are fine but the experience was mediocre at best. Customer service was good, but the actual stay was just serviceable. A little too out of the way in terms of location and not worth the money saved up staying at a little nicer hotel with a better location.

Always stay here when visiting the area. Basic, no frills, but the rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. Didn’t use the pool, but it was clean. Breakfast was your basic breads, fruit, cereal as well as waffles, which we found adequate. Worth the price.
