Everything was great and ammenities were excellent but I didn’t like using a code for door. Who knows who else has code.

Overall a good motel, especially for the price. The showers could use new caulking, but other than that it was pretty clean. Good location and great price. Bed and sheets were comfortable.

Woman who checked me in had some unnecessary attitude. Apparently there was an issue with my card on file. They sent me a message through hotels.com saying that if I didnt update the credit card on file they would cancel the reservation. She says they emailed and called multiple times. No calls were made and no actual emails to my email address just to the hotels.com message service. Its not like the motel was over run with people trying to book in- so not sure why she was so hot headed and snarky over it. Started the stay off on a bad foot for really no reason at all. Room was clean enough. Bed was super comfortable. Walls are paper thin could hear every word the person beside us said. I loved that they provided ear plugs and robes. It was a nice touch. If I was looking for a cheap place to just sleep, would stay at again.

This hotel was in the heart of the city, but Calgary is under construction, so it was not easy to get off the property. We had to go around the block to find a stop light and get onto the roadway that way. The coffee maker in the room did not work and the showerhead spurted water, but no steady stream. Definitely a two star establishment. They gave us earplugs, but fortunately we did not have to use them. The noise from the room above us was very loud. They went to bed at 9:30 and got up and moving around before 6:00 am. Not pleasant and nothing we could do about it. AC did not work well either. Hotel lost power the first night we were there. Nothing to do about that either.
