Cozy & Spacious Entire Home in Springfield

“Upscaled” is not the first word I would use to describe this property even though it is the first word in the property description. The home is older and while clean is not light and bright as the picture of the living room would indicate. In fact, the rug and the couches are completely different. Most of the blinds were missing slats or did not operate to let light in. Rose was incredibly responsive and personable. I did find it disconcerting to have one of the kitchen drawers nailed shut, a car in the driveway (not ours) with the garage door open, overflowing with things, and a closet/alcove with no door with cleaning appliances and children’s toys in the kitchen. Loved all the towels in the bath. If you don’t mind staying in a home that needs updating or that has window AC units this would be a fine place to stay.

Beautiful house, walking distance to Forest Park. Beautiful decor, a responsive host - an all-around great experience.

Rose was a wonderful host and was very accommodating with our early check in need. She was very responsive and helpful. The home fit our group well, but the home needs some light maintenance--there were some broken knobs and drawers. We had also wished the basketball hoop had been functional. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

If you are staying in Springfield, THIS is the place for you! The charm of a New England home with the flexibility to have several places for your family to meet up and relax. All appliances were new. I had trouble with the thermostat, and the host was most accommodating to assist. I had additional family that came up to visit after a wedding, and the home was able offer comfort and cozy stay that was appreciated. Please read all the additional options that make the stay most convenient. I would definitely stay again!!!
