Fantastisk pool og strand og i løbet af dagen er forplejningen fantastisk. Det er ikke så hyggeligt i aftensmad buffeten grundet for mange mennesker og meget støj. Spa’en er super, fitness er godt og servicen i top.

Hotel is good, food tasty, good quality and variety of drinks. Clean facility. Pillows uncomfortable. Tennis courts in poor condition. Overall had a great time.

Leider hatte noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet, ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Otelin dekorunu, yemeklerini, hizmetini, tüm imkanlarını çok beğendik. Çok havuz var ve havuzlar çok kalabalık olmuyor. Yemekleri muhteşem. Tasarımı inanılmaz göz alıcı. Animasyonlar ve partiler çok kaliteli. Hem çocuk için, hem yetişkin için çok güzel bir otel. Otel konaklamamızda her detayla yakından ilgilenen Handan ve Nehir Hanım’a ve çok lezzetli yemekler için şeflere ve tüm otel personeline çok teşekkür ederiz.

It's fully recommended ... amazing teams from reception, guest relations, house keeping&cleaning team, animation, spa and lifeguards ... they made our vacation magnificent.

Das Hotel und die Hotelanlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Vor allem der Kinderbereich mit Kiss-Club und Kinder-Aquapark. Das Essen war TipTop und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere das Housekeeping-Personal (insbesondere Emine) haben das Zimmer einwandfrei gehalten. Einziger Schwachpunkt: Aquapark für Erwachsene geschlossen, dafür durfte man ab 5 Übernachtungen ins Land of Legends!!!

Food was delicious, staff are always helpful and smiling, pools and seaside is beautiful --- Some parts of aquapark facility was not working, some stations for water, ice-cream etc. was not open

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen !!!! Der Aquapark war ein Traum. Das Essen wie letztes Jahr auch totale Spitze. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wir fühlten uns immer gut aufgehoben. Danke an das KIDS-CLUB Team. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei GECEM bedanken. Sie hat sich 24/7 um unsere Anliegen gekümmert !!!

One room had a bad smell in the room on 1st and last day (air conditioner, smell like toilet leak somewhere). They never gave me the WhatsApp contact for personal relations, until night before we left. I contacted them 3x with no response.

Leider hat das Hotel im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch abgebaut. Man erkennt einen deutlichen Wartungsstau in den Gebäuden der Anlage. Die Zimmerreinigung ist ebenfalls leider negativ anzumerken. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut.

Some super and very poor services not worthy of 5*.. The hotel could use a renovation. Soundproofing 0. Above the beach, the party ends after midnight. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax. Lots of cigarette butts thrown in the sand next to beach sunbeds. Guests do it, you have to talk to them normally...Pools are very cold.Staff at the reception could be faster and more helpful.I don't like being made to look stupid. Room change. They wanted to exchange a superior room for a standard room in the worst location. The restaurant is good and everyone is nice. There is a wide selection of food. Vegyes érzelmeink vannak a Selectum Hotelel kapcsolatban. Valami szuper és nagyon gyenge 5*-hoz nem méltó szolgáltatások.. Hotelre egy felújítás ráférne. Hangszigetelés 0.Tengerpart felöl éjfél után van vége a bulinak. Pihenni vágyóknak nem ajánlom. Tengerparti napozó ágyak mellett rengeteg cigicsikk eldobálva a homokba. Vendégek csinálják rájuk kell normálisan szólni... Medencék nagyon hidegek. Személyzet lehetne a recepción gyorsabb és segítőkészebb. Nem szeretem ha hülyének néznek. Szoba csere. Superior szobát a legrosszabb helyen lévő standard szobára akarták kicserélni. Az étterem jó és mindenki kedves. Ételekből bőséges választék van.

Sie haben sich nicht nur unglaublich gut um uns gekümmert, sondern auch um die Gäste, die ich auf meine Empfehlung hin in das Hotel geschickt habe. Beide waren stets aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass alle Gäste eine wunderbare Zeit hatten. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, und auch das gesamte Team war immer freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel selbst überzeugt mit extrem sauberen, luxuriösen Zimmern und einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Anlage. Besonders die Vielfalt der Snackbars, die den ganzen Tag über leckere Snacks und Getränke boten, hat uns begeistert. Auch die große Auswahl an Aktivitäten war beeindruckend: Von Wasserrutschen über Tennis bis hin zu den fantastischen Abendveranstaltungen, die jeden Abend unter einem neuen Motto stattfanden. Diese Events machten den Aufenthalt besonders unterhaltsam. Der Strand war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Bequeme Liegen und der exzellente Service direkt am Strand sorgten für perfekte Entspannung. Auch hier wurde stets auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es gibt nur kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Essbereich könnte etwas größer sein, und das Buffetessen war gut, aber es gibt noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Auch fehlte in den Zimmern ein Schminktisch, was meine Frau vermisste. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon, nächstes Jahr länge

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and what a great experience it was from the minute we stepped into the resort till the minute we departed. We would like to say the biggest thanks to Samet & Handan (guest relations) for the superb hospitality we were provided throughout our stay! Samet & Handan were always friendly, attentive and went over and above to ensure we had an unforgettable stay - it was truly a pleasure getting to know you both and look forward to crossing paths in the near future. The hotel itself, facilities and entertainment was 11/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and spacious and resort is spotless throughout. Location is great and only a 35 minute transfer from the Antalya airport. We would highly recommend the resort to friends and families. Samet thank you once again to you in particular and the Selectum team for an unforgettable holiday.

When we arrived at the resort, there was little to no introduction or orientation, which made it hard to settle in or understand how things worked. Unfortunately, our water stopped working twice, and we also experienced a power outage, which was unexpected for a resort claiming five-star service. We had a disappointing experience with the Puppy’s Club (kids club) — not all staff were friendly, and communication was a major issue. My son asked for water and to participate in an activity, but they misunderstood him and did not assist, likely due to the language barrier. Most staff appeared to speak Russian only, and this issue was consistent throughout the resort — with very few staff fluent in English or even Turkish. This made it difficult to get proper assistance or feel fully included as an international guest. While the entertainment was well-organized, it also catered almost exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, with little representation of Turkish culture, which we had hoped to experience. As an Australian traveler, I felt that the resort was heavily geared towards a specific demographic, and not very inclusive of others. Additionally, the spa staff were overly persistent, constantly approaching us to sell treatments. When we did book a spa session, it came at a very high price, and the experience did not meet five-star expectations. On a positive note, the pool and restaurant facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delicious.

This is an excellent property, We stayed as a family with our 7 year old for 4 nights. The facilities are perfect for this resort to have an nice rejuvenation. The all inclusive food package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air conditioned it actually isn’t. When i enquired why the room wasn’t cooling they said , Quote “ I(receptionist)spoke with the technical service department and because of the weather conditions and many claims about the cold weather they decided to turn off the cooling system.“ it was difficult to sleep at 26-27degree celcius inside the room. Finally after 2 days of argument they provided me a fan. I couldn’t leave the windows open also because from 9pm to 1am every night there is very very loud disco/karoake. Another drawback I found is the bathrooms have no doors which is a privacy issue when you have kids. Also the toilet and ensuits have only a glass door(frosted glass) but everything is visible from outside, we found that very difficult. Apart from this everything was top notch. I would highly recommend

Das Hotel bietet eine Menge für groß und klein. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. das großartige Essen und eine breite Getränkeauswahl haben uns täglich begeistert. Unsere zweijährige Tochter hat den Puppiesclub und die zahlreichen Spielplätze voll ausgenutzt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Außenpool - Top! Hervorheben möchte ich auch den großartigen Service. Wir wurden von Yalcin sehr warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Man konnte ihn 24/7 via Whatsapp erreichen. Bei jeder Frage stand er mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Tolles Essen. Super Strand. Schöne Anlage. Leider alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.. Zimmer war sehr dunkel von der Beleuchtung. Haben uns aber super wohl gefühlt!

We had a fantastic time! The service was impeccable, and the food options were excellent, including plenty of choices for kids. There was something for everyone, with great activities for families and adults alike. Sebiha and Samet were wonderful hosts who made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Wie waren das dritte mal hintereinander da. Leider mussten wir Gestellen, dass das Hotel abgebaut hat. Die Familienunterkünfte bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Zu allem Überfluss waren meine vor die Tür gestellten Schuhe (im Schuhschrank) plötzlich weg. Es war auch keiner bemüht sich drum zu kümmern.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich entspricht die Anlage einem gehobenen Standard. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch gravierende Mängel im Bereich Sicherheit und Notfallmanagement überschattet. Am ersten Tag ereignete sich ein schwerer Unfall im Wasserpark: Ein Kind und sein Vater stürzten aus über 10 Metern von einer Rutsche. Es war kein Arzt vor Ort, und der Rettungswagen traf erst nach über 20 Minuten ein. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Am dritten Tag erkrankten mein Sohn und ich an einer Lebensmittelvergiftung. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption kam lediglich am Abend eine Krankenschwester, die meinen Puls kontrollierte, aber keine Hilfe leistete. Eine Stunde später erlitt ich einen Kreislaufkollaps und musste per Rettungswagen in eine Privatklinik gebracht werden – fast 40 Minuten entfernt. Für zwei Tage Aufenthalt wurden uns fast 2.000 € berechnet. Auffällig: Das Krankenhaus wollte nicht bestätigen, dass es sich um eine Lebensmittelvergiftung handelt, was den Eindruck einer Kooperation mit dem Hotel verstärkt. Vom Hotel gab es weder Unterstützung noch eine Entschuldigung. Auf meine Bitte um Hilfe oder zumindest eine Bestätigung für die Versicherung wurde ich abgewiesen und sogar darauf hingewiesen, ich könne „gern einen Anwalt einschalten“. Für ein Luxushotel ist fehlende medizinische Notfallversorgung ein gravierender Mangel. Das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko und für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Fazit: nie wieder!

everything was super, but their are no transfer from the hotel to Belek or somewhere, only taxi , no bus too. the taxe from hotel to the airport war excelent, also the driver.

Auch die große Auswahl an Aktivitäten war beeindruckend: Von Wasserrutschen über Tennis bis hin zu den fantastischen Abendveranstaltungen, die jeden Abend unter einem neuen Motto stattfanden. Diese Events machten den Aufenthalt besonders unterhaltsam. Der Strand war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Bequeme Liegen und der exzellente Service direkt am Strand sorgten für perfekte Entspannung. Auch hier wurde stets auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es gibt nur kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Essbereich könnte etwas größer sein, und das Buffetessen war gut, aber es gibt noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Auch fehlte in den Zimmern ein Schminktisch, was meine Frau vermisste. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon, nächstes Jahr länge

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and what a great experience it was from the minute we stepped into the resort till the minute we departed. We would like to say the biggest thanks to Samet & Handan (guest relations) for the superb hospitality we were provided throughout our stay! Samet & Handan were always friendly, attentive and went over and above to ensure we had an unforgettable stay - it was truly a pleasure getting to know you both and look forward to crossing paths in the near future. The hotel itself, facilities and entertainment was 11/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and spacious and resort is spotless throughout. Location is great and only a 35 minute transfer from the Antalya airport. We would highly recommend the resort to friends and families. Samet thank you once again to you in particular and the Selectum team for an unforgettable holiday.

Fantastisk pool og strand og i løbet af dagen er forplejningen fantastisk. Det er ikke så hyggeligt i aftensmad buffeten grundet for mange mennesker og meget støj. Spa’en er super, fitness er godt og servicen i top.

Hotel is good, food tasty, good quality and variety of drinks. Clean facility. Pillows uncomfortable. Tennis courts in poor condition. Overall had a great time.

This is an excellent property, We stayed as a family with our 7 year old for 4 nights. The facilities are perfect for this resort to have an nice rejuvenation. The all inclusive food package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air conditioned it actually isn’t. When i enquired why the room wasn’t cooling they said , Quote “ I(receptionist)spoke with the technical service department and because of the weather conditions and many claims about the cold weather they decided to turn off the cooling system.“ it was difficult to sleep at 26-27degree celcius inside the room. Finally after 2 days of argument they provided me a fan. I couldn’t leave the windows open also because from 9pm to 1am every night there is very very loud disco/karoake. Another drawback I found is the bathrooms have no doors which is a privacy issue when you have kids. Also the toilet and ensuits have only a glass door(frosted glass) but everything is visible from outside, we found that very difficult. Apart from this everything was top notch. I would highly recommend

Unser Hotelaufenthalt war hervorragend, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Optionen für Kinder. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Essens waren fantastisch, vor allem die frisch gebackenen Brote, die Gözleme und die Grillgerichte am Snackbar waren köstlich. Leider gab es jedoch ein großes Problem mit dem Besteck im Buffetrestaurant. Es mangelte ständig an Löffeln für Kleinkinder, und manchmal fehlten sogar komplett Bestecksets an den Tischen – entweder nur Messer, nur Gabeln oder sogar nur Servietten. Es war eine Herausforderung, Besteck zu finden, und das Personal musste fast immer aus der Küche welches holen. Abgesehen von diesem Problem fanden wir die Angebote des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel bietet eine Menge für groß und klein. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. das großartige Essen und eine breite Getränkeauswahl haben uns täglich begeistert. Unsere zweijährige Tochter hat den Puppiesclub und die zahlreichen Spielplätze voll ausgenutzt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Außenpool - Top! Hervorheben möchte ich auch den großartigen Service. Wir wurden von Yalcin sehr warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Man konnte ihn 24/7 via Whatsapp erreichen. Bei jeder Frage stand er mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir werden wieder kommen!
