Few things to say: - the room has no mosquito net and we are talking about a hotel near a delta. All the areas are flooded with flies and mosquitoes all the time. - the main restaurant is awful, the food is repetitive and bad tasting, and the place is dirty to a level you can’t even imagine. Very hard to find a clean fork and knife. - all the drinks in the mail restaurants and also in the lunch restaurants, come in a glass. The glasses are dirty, very dirty. - the cleaning in the general areas is ok, the gardens are wonderful and well maintained. - the dinner restaurants are from another story, they are clean, with decent to good food ( we recomend the italian restaurant ), the drinks come in bottles and so on. My opinion, they have a very low level of food, cleaning and service in the main restaurant, just so you can go to paid restaurants. We always go to the so called a la carte restaurants, howerv, for all the other people, i don’t know if they want to pay extra. Don’t go to the Steak restaurant, for us 4 it was 165 euro extra, plus 20 euro the tip. It is not worth it. The food was average at best. The aquapark area is ok, there is shuttle to the brach with is nice and you don’t have to wait anymore. Out of the 2 rooms we had, 1 was not made for 4 days, ultil i called them and stated screaming at the receptionist. In the end , i would give a -8 to this hotel, and mainly because of the level of cleanliness.

The outside amenities are quite spread out re pools, water slides, theatre, sports etc. plenty sun beds. Good kids club and games room with free machines there. If weather full there is free access to reasonable sized indoor heated pool in spa building.

Room was immaculate and the fruit platter and bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. All staff were so attentive and polite. Very engaging. The meal at the à la carte Beef Club was simply sensational. For the additional cost of €55 per head one of the finest meals of our lives. We took advantage of the spa and had a massage. Again, a delight. Overall, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need and then some. Quality of food and variety, the bars and drink options plus the poolside waiter service to your sun loungers. Excellent. Of course, if the beach is your thing it’s all there too. We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing

The best hotel in Belek for sure. The staff are amazing the service is exceptional and Dinara is the most wonderful person I have come across hence the reason I always keep going back to this hotel
