An amazing place. The beauty of the beach and scenery is matched with amazing amenities and architecture at the resort. Starting with the Quality of rooms, and cleanliness to the staff. One in particular that made every guests experience more fun is the manager Rida. This gentleman went out of his way to interact with us, and every other guest. Can’t say enough about how welcoming he is.

Lovely property, some downsides with freezing cold pools but overall it was great. The food was good, the facilities good and this was as good as an all inclusive we have had. Everything included plus more. Entertainment wise it was okay to. Just make sure you have local cash or euros as the taxis etc age expensive and want cash.

Tolles Upgrade auf Swim Up Suite bekommen, Essen einfach nur hervorragend, Massagen ebenso sensationell. Service von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach 1A, sehr Gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonderer Dank geht an Buse Demirtürk, die junge Dame hatte jeden Tag ein Lächeln und ein tolle Energie, und hat sich einfach immer unkompliziert um uns gekümmert. Wir sehen uns bald wieder 👌🇹🇷

We were catered to very well. There were an abundance of staff, facilities and food. Property was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We were impressed with how there was very good quality food and drink everywhere in the resort. Staff were very friendly and lots of activities every day. Only two things would have it made our stay perfect. One the ability to control air conditioning from our room, they switch off air conditioning centrally in October which is fair enough but it’s still quite hot in October at night so we were quite uncomfortable with no air conditioning. Two the quality of the buffet was really good, lots of fresh food every day with a lot of choice. Understandably they do cater to European palettes mostly but I wish they had offered some sort of South Asian cuisine too. We had a lovely time as a family though this is definitely a lovely high end resort with lots to offer.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Antalya that we have been to so far. Cleanliness, attentive staff, great service, courtesy, luxury, large rooms, helpful people, amazing room service, amazing reception service, luxurious and sophisticated hammam and spa, food above and beyond, everything was perfect. In general, the Turkish people are very friendly and kind, Turkey is simply wonderful, we enjoyed every moment. We absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, and will come back again soon.

I stayed in a hotel with my wife, it was a short romantic break. We liked the hotel as a whole, infrastructure, variety of food, the entertainment provided, i.e. live music, disco, performances. Thank you to our guest relations agent Rida and to our assistants Kardelen and Durmus, they were very kind, attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to visit the hotel again with our children in a near future.

the pools where huge , the outdoor buffet dining area during dinner time was very nice as it was by the water front. the entertainment is great! every night they have a different show and then live music. lots going on at this hotel and so many bars to hang out. great for families and for couples.

We stayed for five nights in a luxury suite. The room was terrible — damp and musty. When we checked in, the bed was dirty. The service was awful; we had to ask for everything multiple times. The waiters were unmotivated and indifferent. We are very disappointed with our trip. We paid a lot of money but received the lowest level of service. I strongly recommend that you check carefully before going to this resort.
