Stayed as a family of 5, we had a great experience...our accomodations were clean and airy. The front desk staff were wonderful....shout out to Juan, Shane and Shannon absolute dream team. On property activities (water park etc) was fantastic for the kids and the food at the restaurant (Ship Wreck Sally) was well priced.

An enjoyable visit to the Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol in Orlando. We were a family of three, two adults and one 8-year-old. We stayed in a 2-bedroom townhouse, which was clean, tidy and relatively modern, overlooking the lake. The water park was great for our daughter, who can swim well, but with the added knowledge of lifeguards on duty. We didn't struggle to find a sunbed or seating area, and most times with an umbrella, bonus! I used the gym/fitness centre on several occasions, and it was well-equipped, nice and cool. The staff were helpful and even allowed us to store our cold food on the day we checked out, allowing us to stay on site until we could check in at our next HGV apartment. Overall, it's a great place, and we would undoubtedly come back and stay again.

The room and pool areas were outstanding. The family enjoyed the hot tubs and comfortable living space. Very happy with our stay overall. The start was rough though. We arrived at 3pm, for a 4pm checkin. Our room wasn't ready until 5:30pm, they give us wristbands but no key and said to use the resort pool areas while we wait but only way into those areas is with a card. They said we could get a text when room is ready but that never happened. The front desk area for Hilton Vacation does thier little sales pitch which even though we already paid months ago for this stay, I figured that was coming because they've been calling me everyday for a while. You have to meet the person because he has the parking passes. We lost some grocieries that went bad from room not being ready at 4pm too. The line at checkin wasn't long but took a while to move. Overall the first 3 hours sucked, even the front gate area was a mess with a car almost reversing into our vehicle. There were people smoking pot in our building but thankfully not near our rooms and noting the staff can do about that really. If they could get the arrival to be better, no need for jokes from staff on how long it takes or sales pitches, just have the room ready as outlined, honestly this property is then a gem. Hope they fix it.

The resort was great. I was intrigued with the daily activities scheduled for the guest as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities. Drawbacks were ants in the sand area and on the pier. Also, the resort does not provide fishing gear, but we brought our own. We were informed the lake was stocked with fish but then informed that was not the case. The cost for snacks/food was very high in addition to playing the games in the game room.

The property has plenty of activities to do, nice waterpark with waterslides, paddle boats, basketball and tennis ball courts plenty to do also planned activities like movies, art projects etc.

This property has so many amenities for adults and kids such as miniature golf, pickle ball, basketball, paddle boats just to name a few. Great pools and water park for kids is awesome. Lots of games and tournanents on the premises too. Rooms are full efficiency apts and very convenient. Great affordable place to vacation. My go to place...

Friendly and accommodating staff. Tons of fun activities for families. Awesome pools. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Great location near plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful. Very nice water park for the kids. Only down side was that the water park pool closed so early for no reason, while the other pools stayed open. If you go to a nearby theme park, by the time you get back to the hotel it’s already closed. They could also use some more security and lighting in the parking lots. There were people smoking marijuana in the parking lot every night. But other than that, a beautiful hotel.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is completely unprepared for the amount of guests it serves at the pools. Extremely limited umbrellas around all the pools. Be prepared to burn in the scorching hot sun with very limited chance of finding shade.

You could stay here for a week and never leave. There’s so many options. Had a great resort feel super clean and great location.

This property was great! The only problem was the cleaning - darts for nerfs guns everywhere and a lot of hair in the master shower… But loved the property!

Very big spacious rooms and comfortable beds! Close to Disney but not Seaworld! Not sure about the resort fees when not used much and also taxed?! the master bedroom shower had 3 shower heads but only one worked?! Some outside areas need renovation and the lake next to buildings not very clean!

Neighbors Were Extremely Loud And Floors Were Dirty , Our Feet Turned Black After Walking Around Our Room . Love The Water Park ! Beautiful Property

All the furniture had dust all over it couches were very uncomfortable and had stains on sides of them sliding glass doors were filthy. Will never stay again

We stayed in the 500 building, which had a nice pool, hot tub, and gym behind it. I thought all were very clean. The front desk staff was very kind. The communication via text was on par and very helpful. Our room was clean. The mid week cleaning was a excellent

We had a great two nights stay with our 7 year old grandson. The unit was beautiful, clean and quiet. The main pool and arcade was a hit! Great place for families!

As soon as we got there we examined the room and behind the blinds there was a bug infestation and on the floor there was a dead worm. They upgraded our room ( which was nice) and when we got in there was a small lizard on the bathroom sink. We noticed a huge gap between the floor and both doors in our room. We moved rooms again!!!! We had to ask them to fix the doors since there were gaps under the doors again. By this point we were tired of moving rooms. This room was nice but it was poorly cleaned. They refunded us one night and promised 50,000 Hilton Honors points which we never received. The pool was nice with the slides for the kids. We’ll never go back. I expected more since it is a Hilton resort but was very disappointed

Items and trash were left from the previous guests. Soap dispensers were broken off of the walls and left on the dirty floor of the shower with dirt and hair. We had to take showers with our shoes on. The water pressure was very low. The porch was full of ashes from smoking. The glass table on the porch was cracked. The floors hadn’t been mopped, my feet were sticky and dirty when I walked from the kitchen to the bedroom. Check in process was horrible, although the employee that checked us in was pleasant, they were unaware of how to work the system and need continuous assistance, which took a long time. Once we got our room keys we were inconvenienced 4 times, waiting outside the room with children and a service dog because the room keys never worked. We had to call the front desk each time for them to send security to open our room. The first time, security never came and a housekeeping employee that happened to be leaving off her shift opened the door without identifying us.The second time security gave us keys to a different room. The next 2 times, we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys that still didn’t work. The manager made an unauthorized charge to my card for $250 service animal fee. There was absolutely no damage done from the service animal, the excuse was b/c we left the dog and went to the store for 20 min. I would have authorized it had it been explained at check in. I would NEVER recommend this horrible inconsiderate place and the horrible managers

Overall great experience! Only downside was there was a pretty bad WiFi issue. The WiFi signal was terrible.

Our stay was pretty good for the most part. A little confusion when we went to check in as I was told previously where we would be located, but upon checking in, we were put in a different building (500). It ended up being decent. The room was nice and the beds were actually comfy. They had it stocked with towels, laundry detergent, clean kitchen wear and such. Downside was the elevator was wonky. It jumped around when it was supposed to be stopped and the door wouldnt open, so we had to hit the "open" button. Also our ceiling fan clicked and ticked so we couldn't use it. Only other complaint was the "children" and "young teens" jumping in and out of the hot tub. There should have been an "Adult Time" or "Nobody Under 18" sign. At least for later in the night from 8-11pm. It was hard to relax. Other than that, it all went well.

Everything was great, the townhouse is somewhat outdated in decor which ages it furniture was fine just pics lighting etc for price point (stayed margaritaville last time which is very modern and similar price)

The condos were clean and updated, the service is excellent, the water park is bigger than it looks in the picture. Great place for family fun on a budget, but I wouldn’t want to buy a timeshare. Here are a few things I didn’t like. It was crowded (we stayed at the end of July) and some of the guests were scary. Even though marijuana is prohibited on the premises, I could still smell it from my balcony and when I passed guests walking by. Not what I would expect from Hilton. Also, there doesn’t seem to be much insulation between rooms. I could hear the guests’ conversation in the room next door so clearly as well as when they coughed or when something fell on the floor above my room. Overall, it suited our needs for the trip. My kids loved the waterpark and the other activities.

Our room was nice and big BUT you can hear the family above you and that kept us awake. Didn’t get to sleep till 1am . Was not asked feedback at check out. I wouldn’t stay here again. Swimming pool was good as I have young children.

Great place. Conjoined rooms with beds for 10. Nice kitchens, nice restrooms. Clean. Nice swimming pool. No complaints at all.

Always a great stay. WiFi and cell service was horrible where we were, but it’s not every room.

This was a short vacation - 3 nights with kids. The kids loved it! The water park was wonderful. They have a great bar and restaurant and ice-cream is available near the pool. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a text message system which was great - If I needed something or had a question I would text the number and have an answer within a minute. The only issue was the internet was very spotty but everything else was fantastic!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times when it was Liki Tiki and loved my experience. Now that it’s Aqua Sol it was a horrible experience. All the staff looks bad and is rude. I will NEVER return and I would suggest you stay away You have plenty other hotels who offer more at the same rate

The day was great, however upon checking, I don’t believe that we really got instructions and information about the entire facility because I know there were things that we didn’t get to see or check out during our stay. The room that we stayed in had a door that connected to the room next-door, which obviously was locked, but they were so loud. We could hear them when we were laying down in the sofa, bed watching TV and then upon sleeping it was just so loud and it was 1am in the morning so we didn’t bother Asking for another room. We had our 9month old with us. Everything else was great when we asked for linens and things that we needed and we received them right away, which was great. The parking was easy. During check-in, they do tell you go across the desk where they’re going to give you your parking pass and that’s where the lady wants to invite you to a breakfast presentation where they want to sell you the timeshare and I straight up told them no she didn’t bother pushing it. We had our baby and our 5 year old who were waiting in the car and we had just had a long drive in so I was annoyed because all I wanted was to check in and relax for a minute.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The property had everything you could possibly need and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Lots of fun activities on the resort property and very kid friendly.

Hilton needs to do better - everything is outdated and staff all have attitudes . Manger took close to $800 of my debit card while trip was already paid. Had to wait 7 days to get my cash back with 7 children gave me $60.00 to the bar . That’s all he could say. Never staying here again. The staff not friendly at all. Pool Was great for kids.

The check in experience was great, room nice and clean. However, a sofa bed is advertised for the second bed in the room. There was no sheets, blankets or pillows left in any closet for that bed. We called for extras at 11pm for them to be brought to us. After 3 more additional calls we finally received them after 1am, and was treated like we were inconveniencing the staff by requesting them for our children to go to sleep. We also woke at 9:50 to no power in the room and am not sure how long the power was out for the food in the fridge to be good bc the room was hot when we woke up.

This first night was disappointing due to the communication regarding the pools reopening due to lightning. We were told water park was closed but not informed other pool was open. The chat option was not helpful because they were not up to speed with the communication. We found out by a manager pool has been open and water park should have been but they closed it early instead. I will say the manager on site went over and beyond when she found out how we were treated. I believe her name was Serena. Her and Wendy provided exceptional service to ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. On another note, I wasn’t happy that I was pressured into signing up for a timeshare opportunity upon arrival. I was tired from the drive and just wanted to check in. I ended up just signing up bc I was done listening and unfortunately my son wasn’t feeling well and I missed the appointment. I reached out bc I was charged $40 and due to the circumstances, I should be refunded. Still pending that transaction.

The check in process took forever, once checked in they have you go to a different desk area to give you the parking pass, this is also where they try to book you for a time share presentation and at the end of the 5 minute rant, they tell you they’re going to put a $200 hold on your card in case you cannot make it. when i told the lady i wasn’t interested, she quickly snatched back the pamphlet and any ounce of decent customer service that was left.

Its safe and secure with gated entry and security that walks around the property at night. We picked this place because of the separate bedrooms and full kitchen. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Far enough away from the busyness of the city but still close if you're going to the parks. Would definitely look to stay here again

Apart from nothing near by foot there is nothi g bad to say about this place

The comfort of home away from home. The rooms were great. Shopping and restaurants are all near even an ER. So quiet at night. We are able to see the Disney fireworks from our room Gated community a plus. Any issues with your room staff was in point to help. Totally my new option for future trips. Totally recommend it for families.

Great place to stay! Close to a lot of different things to do.

Great pool! Love the extra space in the rooms and having a full kitchen saves so much money. Also so close to so many things.

It was a great one night stay close to Orlando and quick access to the highway as well. Gated entry; large bedroom suite with outside balcony space (table and chairs outside as well). Great rate. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked inviting!

Great facility, great location for a Disney trip.

This was a great hotel and very convenient location set slightly out of traffic noise but close to everything. The room was spacious, had everything you need for a week. It was the cleanest and coziest hotel, I am huge fan of the nice texture of the sheets and towels and slept well there. The balcony and screened in porch were bonuses! The room has basic cooking equipment in the nice sized kitchen. My family enjoyed all the activities like the pool and slides, the arcade, the bike rentals, basketball courts, and the planned activities like foam parties. Shout out to Jenny, in customer relations, for making our stay extra special on the last day!! We highly recommend and will be back soon.

Staff was not welcoming when we arrived to check in. Also the pools were closed early that was not mentioned when booking and no place to get something to eat at the resort after 9pm

The water park was fun. Hotel was very clean!! Arcade was fun but VERY expensive. The food from the restaurant at the water park wasn’t all that great so a little over priced for what we got.

We used to com here when previous owner. Hilton has improve lots of rooms now and some areas. The shipwreck/pool area, Bar n Grill still our favor area. With Mr Kevin, Goran amd other team members, make always our stay memorable. The drinks, food n staff are always amazing. We fill like home every time We go to Shipwreck Bar n Grill/pool area. Thank you so much Kevin. You are a great professional n friendly manager that shows care for every guess. Rooms are big and have everything need it to enjoy the stay.

Paid extra for two rooms on Expedia that included breakfast for a week for six people, only to find that there was no breakfast offered. Further, the “restaurants” on site were hardly ever open, excepting the poolside snack bar that offered 6 menu items at exorbitant prices. This place is a clip joint - stay away, or bring your wallet. Coffee, for a medium machine brew cup was $3.25 at the “store”. The management refused to resolve with me directly or Expedia.

Room was wonderful & spacious. Bar/restaurant needs to be updated & open longer instead of on pool side where kiddos play.

This property exceeded our expectations! We didn’t realize all of the amenities included until we arrived. Our kids loved watching for turtles and birds in the on-property ponds and of course they loved having multiple pool options . Staff throughout the property was friendly, even though not always the quickest in the poolside bar. Definitely would return!

This property customer services is horrible and the way expedia gave it high ratings this is unreal and please correct the part that breakfast is available because that only happens on a weekend
