This hotel was perfect. Location could not have been any better. Easy access to interstate and could get to any attractions quickly and easily. Food options were close and great. The hotel even provided a helpful list of the restaurants in the area. Pool was nice as well.

Generally clean but gym and pool closes at 10pm. I understand pool time can be limited but gym closing at 10pm is inconvenient. breakfast was ok but no eggs or any other hot food. There was some sandwiches which were in the mini fridge and we have to heat up, it’s not really healthy for kids. I will not be returning here.

Not a great value considering how stinky the rooms are and how dirty the carpet was. I was kind of grossed out. I had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like smoke. The second room smelled like smoke too but was covered up more with freshening scents. The carpets in the rooms were stained and gross...had to keep my flip flops on. I wouldn't stay here again. I'd try somewhere else.

Do not believe any of the reviews on this site that are positive. Check out the Google reviews before making a reservation. We were in town for parent weekend at UB and to catch a Bills game. Hotels rooms were hard to come by so we ended up here instead of our go to. If we hadn’t been 500 miles from home without another place to stay, I would have left this place upon check in. The room was absolutely filthy. The carpet was stained and probably older than me (I’m 45!!!) the plush chair in the room also stained along with the curtains. The icing on the cake was the cockroach crawling out from behind the bathroom mirror the morning we checked out! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place.

The hotel is outdated, dirty, stained and we found bed bugs! Staff quickly moved us to a new room without argument, suggesting this is a common occurrence. The GM did comp the room, but I would have preferred to pay and have a clean, not infested room. Carpets and bedskirts were in stained. Sheets were stained and had holes. We will never stay here again.

We were only in town for one night and basically just needed a place to sleep. This was one of the only affordable options for us but was still a couple hundred dollars. The sheets and bathroom were surprisingly clean considering the carpet and chair looked like a murder occurred in the room at some point. The amount of stains and dna were inconceivable. Do not walk around without shoes. Better yet just don’t stay here. I barely slept.. the bed was like cement. I kept waking up because my body ached. Husband went to check out breakfast.. I do not know why. He said options were subpar.

I totally understand that when I choose to stay in a quality inn for a football game that I am not getting the Ritz but maybe throw out the chair that was so covered in stains that I wouldn’t put my bag on it or maybe replace the carpet that was torn up in half the room. Dings and nicks on every piece of furniture and a $14 costco tv. The bed and bathroom were adequate at least.

We had a bumpy start . The gentleman at the desk was phenomenal! Very friendly. Hit to the room and the air conditioning was wonky and the tv would only stream tv from my phone no local channels at all The front desk guy tried to fix it but no luck. Ge got us a different room very quickly so it all ended well

Marcia and Kionte provided excellent service at check in and help me fix a booking error. There was not their fault those two people made my stay much better than it would have without them only negative I had was that there was no housekeeping for my room and the two days I stayed there, they said it was because of low staffing understandable

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They gave us a great recommendation for where to go for dinner. On our way to our concert at Riverworks. The hotel itself was clean. The room was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be rebooking when we go back for a concert in November.

Very nice hotel, right next to the highway. I didn't mind the noise but if you want quite, this isn't the hotel for you. The parking lot could definitely use some repaving. Be careful the first entrance off the highway has a lot of holes, there is a second entrance if you go down a little further. I didn't feel the room was as cold as it could have been. I love my hotel room to be ice cold. It was okay. The staff was very nice. The lady at the desk our first night was very accommodating. She gave us a list of all the local restaurants. Thank you Judy. FYI...this hotel is not in the best area, but convenient right next to the highway.

Very easy access from the highway. Despite calling the front desk for housekeeping before 10 am, nothing was done - no bed linen or bath towels replaced. TV is very slow to respond to remote. Very basic breakfast options - no plain eggs. Basic motel with minimum features but the beds were good and the linen was clean.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was great, good variety and the lady who staffed it was friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean, although the carpet was stained and looked old, but the bed was comfortable and the larger sized fridge was nice for storing our snacks and leftovers.
