Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast room on the 5th floor was a lovely surprise with such a nice view. Refreshing pool and hot tub for relaxation. We will be back!

Easy check in and check out. Very nice and clean rooms. Parking on the property, lots of room for my truck. Not a ton of spaces if the place is packed, but we had no issues with our stay.

Property and cleanliness of room excellent, front end staff not super friendly and that lets the hotel down. Breakfast good, lovely hardworking lady (l didn’t get her name unfortunately) but she works Friday to Tuesday she is wonderful, keeps the breakfast well stocked and is always busy. Location is a little far if you are thinking of walking anywhere, it’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the nearest restaurant/bar. Would we stay there again Yes, but please employ some more user friendly front staff or get them some customer service training they are the first point of contact and they let the hotel down unfortunately.

Accessible Room was terrible—in so many ways it fell short of what any respectable accessibility consultant would have advised. High shower head only accessible if you could stand. Shower caused significant flood and pooling of water onto the floor due to poorly situated shower head and inadequate design of shower curtain. No hooks or surfaces adjacent to shower to place clothing, towel or toiletries. The large, deep sink in the “kitchen” near the bed was not remotely WC accessible. The entry door to the room was completely inaccessible except to a large strong capable male person. That left egress from the room by a special needs guest completely impossible. Why is there not an automatic door opener press plate—at least from the inside? Oh, and the closet has a pole to lower the clothes hanging rack, but it is stymied from lowering by the closet door hinges that obstruct the path. Surely this room was AI designed.
